"I see," My voice came out barely above a whisper. I was the one who insisted on meeting the witch so Val brought me along.
But she had said something that almost took the soul out of my body
"You can't see who it is?" I asked, feeling nervous
"It hasn't fully evolved yet," I couldn't see her eyes, she had a black net veil covering her eyes, yet it looked like she was staring right at me, "So, I can not pinpoint it." There was devastation in her voice, "But the hero will meet her in her true nature in The Dark Woods."
"The Dark Woods," Val nodded, "I see," I turned to look at him. She had already told us our destination a week ago but this is the first time she said we'd meet the great evil there.
We all have been training together and the witch called Val to tell him it was time for the party to depart.
