What did he mean—that unless her baby was a vampire? Did it mean it would harm a vampire? Belle thought anxiously, knowing her baby was not human and had vampire blood in him. She couldn't possibly take something that would harm her child, and if she refused to take it, she would give herself away and end up digging her own grave.
