"The fifth room on the second floor, no one should go there until it's safe. Especially you," Rohan said firmly. "He's fighting the corruption, and any scent of flesh could tempt him. Be careful around him for now; he's no longer the Rav you know, but a hungry savage."
With that, Rohan sped away to tend to Angel's arm and then to deal with Cordelia, whom he had knocked out in his room.
He didn't even know where his wife was, and the thought of not knowing was killing him from within. Where was she, and in what condition? The fact that she had been taken on the very day she was sick, and he hadn't known, was more than he could handle. He was deeply disappointed in himself for not catching up fast enough.
