Chapter 212 - Chapter 212: The Final Battle

Chapter 212: The Final Battle

The true power of the sun was not something that could be easily absorbed and utilized.

Thus, the five God Kings did not believe Ye Cheng could succeed in absorbing solar energy to break through his limits. They were convinced he would fail perhaps even be burned to ashes by the very power he sought to harness.

In the video:

After his moment of contemplation, Ye Cheng extended his hand, summoning the Ten Directions Heavenly Tower. With a flash of divine light, a phantom image of the tower materialized around him.

The core energy of the sun was indeed extremely difficult to absorb, even for someone at his Nine God Ring level. But fortunately, the Ten Directions Heavenly Tower was not just capable of shielding him from the extreme heat it could also filter and refine energy.

It was precisely because of this divine artifact that he even dared to consider absorbing the sun's core energy.

Relying on the protection of this divine artifact, Ye Cheng transformed into a beam of light and shot straight toward the sun.

The closer he got, the more he could feel the rising heat.

Even space itself began to distort under the immense temperature.

Yet, thanks to the full protection of the Ten Directions Heavenly Tower, Ye Cheng remained unharmed.

As he neared the surface of the sun, his entire field of vision became a sea of fire he was now completely engulfed in a world of red.

Finally, his figure vanished into the fiery depths of the sun.

At that moment, the scene shifted back to Douluo Continent.

The Undead Army, now a force to be reckoned with, was wreaking havoc across the land under Tang San's direct command.

Recognizing the grave threat posed by the Undead Scourge, the three God Kings Sun Zhongjing, Neptune, and Silver Dragon King held a council.

After careful deliberation, they decided there was only one path forward:

Gather every last God level warrior and launch an all out battle to annihilate the Undead Army.

They knew time was running out.

Each passing day, the Undead spread the Deep Abyss' corrupting influence, bringing the world one step closer to true Abyssal invasion.

If the Undead Scourge was not eradicated immediately, then the Deep Abyss would soon fully descend upon their world.

And once that happened…

It would be too late.

Their primary target was, of course, the mastermind behind it all Tang San.

Streaks of light flashed across the sky.

The strongest warriors of humanity and soul beasts alike had mobilized leaving nothing behind.

[The final battle is about to begin!]

[I'm so nervous!]

[Tang San is doomed for sure this time! Three God Kings against him if he still survives, that would be absolute nonsense!]

[Agreed! No way he's making it out of this.]

The livestream chat exploded with excitement as countless viewers glued their eyes to the screen, not wanting to miss a single moment.

In the video:

King against King. General against General.

The three God Kings faced off against Tang San, while the other God tier warriors battled his undead legions.

The moment the battle commenced…

The Undead Army so fearsome, so overwhelming began falling apart.

Under the relentless assault of countless God tier warriors, swarms of skeletons were reduced to nothing but dust.

The strength of the Undead Army had always been its numbers and how difficult they were to eliminate completely.

But in terms of raw power, they were sorely lacking.

Even though Tang San had managed to bolster his ranks with fresh corpses, the sheer quality gap between his forces and the continent's elite warriors was too vast.

They could no longer mount an effective resistance.

Meanwhile, high above the battlefield,

Sun Zhongjing, Neptune, and the Silver Dragon King had completely surrounded Tang San.

Their spiritual energy locked onto him, ensuring he had no way of escaping.

Neptune narrowed his eyes and asked coldly, "So it was you who invited the Deep Abyss into this world?"

The sheer rage and killing intent in his voice were unmistakable.

For centuries, he had watched as the Deep Abyss brought death and suffering to millions.

And now, the man responsible for all of it stood before him.

"You have any idea how many people have died because of the Deep Abyss?" Neptune growled.

Tang San, however, remained calm.

If he felt any guilt, he didn't show it.

Instead, his expression was one of indifference.

"And what does that have to do with me?" he replied nonchalantly.

"You people are so ignorant… Why do you resist the will of the Abyss?"

His tone was filled with genuine confusion as if they were the ones in the wrong, not him.

"I merely opened the way for the Great Master's gaze to fall upon this world," Tang San continued.

"I am bringing blessings to the people, yet you fools cannot comprehend it. Instead, you label me as evil."

His voice was tinged with deep disappointment, as though he had been betrayed by his closest friends.

The Silver Dragon King scoffed. "Enough talk. Let's end this."

"No point wasting words on a monster in human skin," Sun Zhongjing added, his killing intent surging.

Tang San sighed deeply.

"…Since you refuse to see reason…"

His tone suddenly darkened.

"Then you can die."

As his furious roar shook the battlefield, his once handsome form began to grotesquely mutate.

In mere moments, his body expanded to nearly six meters in height.

His new form was bloated and hideous his head a grotesque goat's skull, massive curved horns protruding from his head.

His feet had become cloven hooves, his back had sprouted bat like demon wings, and a serpentine, barbed tail lashed behind him.

He was no longer human.

This monstrous, repulsive creature was his true form.

[Holy crap, he's ugly!]

[So his human appearance was just a disguise?!]

[That's the price of receiving power from the Deep Abyss accept their "gifts," and you become a demon.]

[So that was his original body… but after taking in Abyssal energy, he turned into this?!]

[Tang San, you fool… You could have stayed human, but you chose to become this disgusting thing.]

The livestream chat exploded with disgust.

In the video:

Tang San, now in his true form, suddenly tore open three spatial rifts.

A dark crimson mist seeped out from within.

And then…

Three massive demons stepped forth each one almost identical to Tang San himself.

These were not ordinary demons.

They were Great Demons the Abyssal equivalent of God Kings.

Including Tang San, there were now four of them.

The three vs one advantage that Sun Zhongjing's group had enjoyed just seconds ago was instantly reversed.

Now, it was four vs three.

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Tang San let out an ear piercing, high pitched cackle.

He leered at the now silent God Kings, his warped, ugly face twisting into a grin.

"You are the strongest warriors this continent has to offer."

"Once I kill you… no one will be left to stop me!"

His laughter grew even more manic.

Once he slaughtered these three God Kings…

Then White Cloud City's Ye Cheng would be next.

And after that?

Nothing would stop him from transforming Douluo into an Abyssal world.

Once the ritual was complete, he would ascend to the rank of Abyssal Lord surpassing even the God Kings themselves.
