Chapter 49 - Chapter 10 (part 3)

"Hey Hiyama, I know this is too sudden. But in our team, you're the only warrior with the heavy sword. So I would like to ask you a favor to train Hiro. Is that okay with you?"

Hiyama scratches his head and says "I honestly thought it was a serious matter." He pulled out his sword on his back and pointed it at Hiro and said, "So are you ready, kid?"

Hiro, who was just exhausted from the battle with Hikari, held up his sword once again and smiled, "Yeah, I'm ready for whatever it is." Mika then dashed towards Hiyama and began his attack.

"PANG!"

When Mika was fighting with Hiyama, Hikari saw that Aikari and Hirumi were there. So he then goes to them. But as he was walking to them, he realized that there was something weird happening there. But he couldn't be sure what it is. He then went to them and he asked them how their day was.

Aikari usually was the one who would talk to him, but at that time Aikari didn't answer it and instead it was Hirumi who answered it.

"Well, as usual, yesterday was a hard day with Aikari all laid down on the bed. But, so far there has been nothing that happened and that was the same as here, right?"

Hikari nods and he then can see that Aikari was thinking about something. But he just wasn't sure what it was. But it seems to be something important. So Hikari then hands a cup of coffee to Aikari and says, "You seem to be thinking about something. What's wrong? If you don't mind." Aikari shook his head and told that there's nothing.

Of course, Hikari could feel that there was something wrong there. But since Aikari didn't want to tell him, he then just ignored it and talked about the other thing.

"The tragedy that happened yesterday was really weird. It feels like we have been wiped off the map. I have no recollection of what happened. Did you remember what just happened yesterday?"

Hearing that from Hikari, it just makes Aikari shocked by it. So he then quickly asked Arithia and Hirumi if they did remember anything that happened yesterday. Because he didn't think that they all would forget about everything.

Arithia was the first one to answer the question, and she then told Aikari that she didn't remember much about what did happened yesterday, but she could say that all she remembers is that an unknown loud explosion happened. Then she didn't remember anything further.

But Hirumi did tell Arithia that she saw black trails filling everything there and somehow caused a lot of people to faint down because of that. Then not long after that, she saw a red light within that trail and magically Aikari was home. She feels like she has seen that red light before, but she doesn't really remember anything about it.

Hearing all of that from both Hirumi and Arithia, it just makes Aikari wonder if what happened to him back then was what happened to Hana now.

He still remembers the memory of when he was fighting with Yami and chose to live with him so that they could become close and understand each other.

(This battle that has been mentioned was a battle between Aikari and Yami at the start of the Hikari Origin: Hitaku Quest. Which it was a story on where Aikari explored the world he wished for after that. That battle was a prologue of the story, which was the final battle in the series of Hikari Origin, page 168.)

Aikari did remember that certain people like Akaru and Ageru would remember him because of the protection for their brains that they wore at that time. To avoid themselves from being affected by the Brainwaves of Quantum Memory, the machine Aikari was attached to at that time.

But this time Aikari didn't have that kind of machine. The Quantum World is linked directly to his and Hirumi's brains. Why did that kind of thing happen? Why doesn't he get affected by it? But for how it sounds from Hirumi. It seems like she didn't forget about it.

Does this mean the world got reset? But at what kind of perspective? Did they only forget about what happened at that time? Or did they forget about Hana? But even if they do, none of them know about Hana. So Aikari just wasn't sure how to put it.

Aikari then took a sip of the coffee and looked at his cup while wondering.

"Then does this mean Hana was inside this world? But how will we find her?"

Aikari then looked at Hikari and he saw Hikari was looking at him. It's clearly shown that Hikari could see that Aikari was thinking about something, but he didn't share it with anyone. Aikari then just looked away and tried to remain calm. But as he just happened to get calm, suddenly they all heard a hum.

They all then began to look at the direction where they heard that hum come from and they couldn't see anything. It all then makes them think if it was just their feeling or something. But Aikari did recognize that voice, and he then got an urge to run out and search for that person. But he shouldn't just leave that place. So he then just held himself off and sat calm.

Aikari continued to take a sip of his coffee and look at the mock battle between Hiro and Hiyama.

"CHING!"

"PANG!"

As expected from the hero of Atrium City, Hiyama was really skillful and he was able to predict and block every attack from Hiro. He also was able to make Hiro backed behind a bit just by a force from the wind that had been created by his sword.

Hiyama chuckled and he then asked Hiro.

"Is that all that you got, boy?"

Hiro grits his teeth as he realizes how powerful Hiyama is. But he didn't let his spirit down yet. He then began to charge at Hiyama. But as he was trying to, he then saw Hiyama throw his sword right on him.

Since it was still not possible to dodge the attack from Hiyama, Hiro then dodged it, and he quickly dashed towards Hiyama as he saw that Hiyama was unarmed. However, Hiyama just smiled as he saw that. He then pulled the chain that is attached to his arm to the sword and swung it towards Hiro.

Unable to evade it, Hiro then got tied by the chain and Hiyama then caught his sword on the edge of the chain and jumped on Hiro to finish him off.

Hiro tried to move but he can't. All he can move is his right arm that is not tied by the chain. Hiro then uses his sword and swings it hard on the chain to break it. But he was unable to. With that Hiyama then pushed him down and the battle then ended.

Hiyama releases Hiro from his chain and then wraps it around his arm again, and he then gives his review about Hiro's combat.

"I'm not sure about your potential when you're using Divine armor. But from what I can see from your fight just now. Is your battle IQ seeming to be... Not high. Your reflexes and everything seem to be very well, that's a good thing. boy."

Hiro thanked Hiyama for the compliment and he then told Hiyama that maybe he would need to improve himself in battle IQ as he seems to lack it. Hiyama was so glad that Hiro would accept that. But if he wants to train that, then he knows someone who is really good at it. So he then told Hiro to follow him.

Hikari, who was seeing everything, then saw they're talking about someone, and he was so sure that it must be someone from Hiyama's team. But when Arithia heard that, she then was the first person to go to Hiyama and then ask.

"Wait, are you going to meet Lolita? Mind if I go with you?"

Hiyama told Arithia that he doesn't mind, but maybe she should ask Hikari about it. But of course, Hikari knows that Arithia, Hiyama, and Lolita are in the same hunter squad before. So he agreed with them. It must be a reunion for the three of them. Plus, maybe Hiro needs to know something about his mother too.

So Hikari then just let them go and he then asked Aikari about what was on his mind. Because he knew that Aikari was thinking about something. Since Arithia was not here. He was thinking that maybe it would be more comfortable for Aikari to talk about it now.

So Hikari then told Aikari to just tell him about it. Since Hikari asked him to tell him, Aikari then just gave up and told Hikari about what was going on in his mind.

"It's just I'm thinking about this girl named Hana."

As when did Hikari hear about that name, he was so weird about it as he had never heard of it. While on the other hand, Hirumi used to remember Hana. But not too much about her. Hirumi tried to remember who Hana is. But she didn't get it no matter how hard she tried.

Then Hikari ask Aikari "Who is this Hana? One of your friends?" When Aikari heard that, he then just realized that he was the only person who knew about Hana's existence. He would like to introduce everyone to her. But looking at the current situation now. He might need to find Hana around the city. So he was then about to give the idea to Hikari. But then Himari walked to them and somehow she was with two people that were helping her carry some food. There were actually a lot of them. Because she thought that it would be good to sit down and eat with everyone.

But somehow it turns out that there is just Hikari, Aikari, and Hirumi there. She got weird about it and asked Hikari about where the others had gone to. So Hikari then told Himari that the others had gone somewhere else due to some problem. Those words then make Himari pout, and she then tells Hikari that she has prepared all the things for everyone, and yet they all leave to go somewhere else?

Himari then put the food to the table and when the person who helped her was about to leave, she then stopped them and told them to just join her and eat together since it seemed impossible for them to finish it all. So the two people appreciated the offer and ate with everyone.

(Arithia Situation)

Arithia, Hiyama, and Mika are walking to Lolita's Guard house and then they saw Lolita training some of her soldiers and Arithia quickly waved at her.

"Hey! Lolita! Here! here!"

Lolita could hear Arithia's voices, and she then quickly turned towards the direction where Arithia was calling from. She smiled and then waved back at Arithia.

She opened the gate and then asked Arithia what brings her and Hiyama there. So Hiyama then told Lolita that he wanted Lolita to train Hiro. Because it seems like Hiro needs the training from her to help him boost a lot of his battle IQ.

When Lolita heard about 'Hiro' she was so sure that it was the boy who was following them all the way. She nods and saw that Hiro was using a heavy sword. She then told Hiro to come at her and let her analyze his weapon.

Hiro agreed with it and he then gave Lolita his sword. Lolita takes the sword and she then asks Hiyama why he doesn't he train him. Because it should have been Hiyama's specialty to fight in a heavy sword.

Hiyama then explained to Lolita about the situation and if she would like to, he really is insisting her to train Hiro. Because of her ability, there is what kind of things that Hiro needs.

Lolita then understood the concern, and she then agreed on helping them. She was currently training the soldiers, so she told her upper-grade soldier to continue the training as she got a thing to do. Arithia also followed her along with Hiyama to watch the training that Hiro will be training.
