Chapter 124 - chapter 120Frozen Fire

Anashia slowly stands in front of the mirror. He is refreshing his lips—cold, confident. But there is weariness in his eyes.

The washroom is empty.

Suddenly, a Russian voice from behind:

VOICE (O.S.)

(In Russian)

"Ты всегда одна, даже среди своих."

("You're always alone, even among your own.")

Anashia is startled. His eyes show fear and reflexive sharpness.

He slowly turns around.

CAMERA REVEALS – VICTOR.

There is no fire in his eyes—only frost.

He has changed clothes—a new black suit, gloves on his hands, with a shadow behind him.

ANASHIA

(Clenching his lips)

"Victor... you should be beside Alia.

Why are you here?"

VICTOR

(Slowly, in a cold voice)

"Because what I'm hearing...

You are not just her friend. You are her weakness."

Anashia steps back.

ANASHIA

"Are you afraid?

Or are you losing her?"

Victor steps forward—face-to-face, but not for a physical strike—for mental and existential pressure.

VICTOR

"I have seen it in your eyes before—lies.

Who are you working for? NLS? South Command?

Your game is coming to an end, Anashia."

ANASHIA

(With intense fire in his eyes)

"Whatever I am doing, Victor... it is for the state.

Neither you, nor Alia, is the state alone.

My place is here too."

Victor is silent for a moment.

Then he slowly whispers into his ear—

VICTOR

"You know, the moment my hand didn't hold hers, your time began.

But the end? I will write it."

Anashia slowly pushes him away.

The outside light flickers slightly. The door opens—an ordinary woman enters.

Victor smiles faintly and walks out—becoming a shadow.

Anashia turns back to the mirror—his lips are held tightly, as if they might split, but tears are welling up in his eyes.Scene Cut – "Frozen Fire"

INT. PUBLIC WASHROOM – LUXURY RESTAURANT – NIGHT

Anashia stands still in front of the mirror, his eyes fixed on the glass. The air in the washroom is even colder, heavier, after Victor's departure.

Anashia slowly takes a small microphone out of his pocket—Victor's entire conversation with him has been recorded.

Suddenly, determination returns to his eyes. He begins to speak in his mother tongue, as if this language is his shield:

ANASHIA

(Low, but fierce Korean, addressing himself)

"빅토르… 넌 네 무덤을 파고 있어."

(Romanized: Victor… Neon ne mudeom-eul pago isseo.)

(Translation: Victor… You are digging your own grave.)

He turns around, looking into the mirror. There are no longer tears in his reflection, only resolve.

INT. VICTOR'S PRIVATE CAR – NIGHT – MOSCOW STREETS

Victor is sitting in the back seat of his bulletproof car. He takes off his gloves, pressing his hands together. His mood is as cold as ice, but he is simmering inside.

He gives an instruction to his driver, but his voice sounds like a threat aimed only at Anashia.

VICTOR

(In Russian, mixed with intense hatred and disdain)

"Этот полукровка... Он думает, что он такой умный."

(Romanized: Etot polukrovka... On dumayet, chto on takoy umnyy.)

(Translation: That half-breed... He thinks he's so clever.)

Victor looks at the glass, where his reflection is visible. His face is hard.

VICTOR

(Louder, with authority in every word)

"Передай ему. Если он ещё раз приблизится к моей семье… Я уничтожу всё, что ему дорого. Он будет кричать по-корейски, но никто не услышит."

(Romanized: Pereday yemu. Yesli on yeshcho raz priblizitsya k moyey semye… Ya unichtozhu vsyo, chto yemu dorogo. On budet krichat' po-koreyski, no nikto ne uslyshit.)

(Translation: Deliver this to him. If he approaches my family one more time… I will destroy everything he holds dear. He will scream in Korean, but no one will hear.)

DRIVER

(Nodding fearfully)

"Я понял, Виктор Иванович।"

(Translation: I understand, Victor Ivanovich.)

INT. MARGARET'S APARTMENT – LATER NIGHT

Margaret is sitting at a coffee table. Anashia is playing Victor's conversation on the laptop for Margaret to hear.

Margaret listens quietly. There is concern in her eyes.

MARGARET

(Concerned, but calm)

"Victor knows you are not Alia's weakness, Anashia. He knows you are Alia's strength."

Anashia laughs—but there is no amusement in that laugh.

ANASHIA

(In Korean, with determination)

"그는 실수를 저질렀어. 왕비는 과거를 잊지 않아. 이제 그의 차례야."

(Romanized: Geuneun silsu-reul jeojilleoss-eo. Wangbi-neun gwageoreul ijji anha. Ije geu-ui charye-ya.)

(Translation: He made a mistake. The Queen does not forget the past. Now it is his turn.)

Anashia closes the laptop. There is now a political game in his eyes—one without emotion, only victory or defeat.

INT. MARGARET'S APARTMENT – LATER NIGHT

Margaret is sitting at the coffee table. Anashia has just finished playing the audio of Victor's threat. Deep contemplation is in Margaret's eyes.

MARGARET

(Concerned, but calm)

"Victor knows you are not Alia's weakness, Anashia. He knows you are Alia's strength."

Anashia laughs—but there is no amusement in that laugh, only bitter truth.

ANASHIA

(Looking deeply, not in Korean—but in Bengali this time, the language of their old connection)

"I am not just her strength. I am her truth."

He lifts his eyes from the laptop and looks at Margaret. His voice is firm and undeniable.

ANASHIA

"I truly love her, Alia. All of her. I have had a physical relationship with Alia many times. I know, Margaret, you feel jealousy, because Alia was once yours."

Margaret's face turns to stone. Zainkha grips her hand tightly, as if to prevent her from collapsing.

ANASHIA

(Now looking directly at Zainkha, in an even colder tone)

"And Zainkha, I know this. That first child you had, was all three of yours—Alia, Victor, and you."

The air in the room seems to freeze solid. Margaret closes her eyes, her lips trembling. Lines of deep disbelief and pain are clearly etched on Zainkha's forehead.

INT. MARGARET'S APARTMENT – LATER NIGHT

Anashia has finished his explosive confession. Margaret and Zainkha are trying to cope with the shock. Margaret slowly opens her eyes.

MARGARET

(Broken, but firm voice)

"Why are you telling these truths now, Anashia? After Victor's threat? Do you want our sympathy?"

ANASHIA

(Calmly, pushing the laptop towards Margaret)

"No. I want assistance. Personal scores can be settled later. Now look at the real war, before which our personal relationships are trivial."

Anashia takes out his phone, and shows Margaret two pictures from the gallery.

ANASHIA

"Forget it. You will help me. Because Victor... he is not just a Russian of the royal dynasty. His father was once a Mafia Lord. Now Victor is everything. I didn't know then, but I know now."

Photo 1 (Victor and Alia)

The first picture appears on the screen: Alia is sitting on a sofa in front. Victor is sitting on the sofa beside her, his hand on her shoulder. Hung on the wall in the background is a large picture of Victor's parents—they are dressed in royal regalia. That old Russian imperial look, but with hardness on their faces.

ANASHIA

"Look! Victor and Alia."

Photo 2 (Alia and the Children)

He quickly shows the second picture. Victor is not in this photo. But Alia is sitting, with Victor's five children in front of her. Alia has the same stillness on her face. The children are dressed in royal attire.

ANASHIA

"And look at this... Victor's five children and Alia. Victor is raising them with royal blood."

Anashia leans in, his voice muffled like a conspiracy.

ANASHIA

"And speaking of you two, Margaret, Zainkha... you two, Alia, Victor—are involved with some Russian ancestor or another, which is reflected in your appearance. That old blood mark is in all of us. But you have suppressed it."

ANASHIA

(Now striking at the core of the mystery)

"And Alia? Everyone knows she is the descendant of a Bangladeshi Zamindar. But Alia actually has Russian blood, which is connected to the royal dynasty—that was unknown to me too, but not anymore. Alia is that lost blood, which Victor is using to rule this entire empire. But Alia is also an enlightened, very powerful woman, who is often referred to as the Phoenix. Victor, he is diving even deeper; he loves Alia so much that he is willing to die."

Margaret and Zainkha look at each other. They try to find the ancestral similarity in their faces. Their old relationship, their complex equation with Alia—everything seems to have become part of a larger political game.

MARGARET

(In a tone of concession)

"If this is true... then what do you want, Anashia?"

ANASHIA

"The four of us will break Victor's blood-based power game. Alia belongs to all of us—so she must be freed from Victor's control."

Scene: "Fool or Cunning?"

INT. MARGARET'S APARTMENT – LATER NIGHT

After revealing all his explosive information and photos, Anashia quickly leaves the room without waiting for an answer. The sound of the door closing echoes.

Margaret and Zainkha remain seated, still at the same coffee table. The air in the room is heavy with Victor, Alia, and the secrets of their ancestors.

MARGARET

(Looking at the table, almost a whisper)

"We know... Anashia is a fool. Or is he...?"

ZAINKHA

(Sighs, looks at Margaret)

"Forget it. He is not a fool. He is just driven by emotion. And his emotion is his weakness."

Zainkha stands up, looking out the window at the quiet Moscow night.

ZAINKHA

"But we need to focus elsewhere. Victor. He is very cunning. We both know... he is using Alia's blood and all our histories to create a power that no one will be able to stop."

MARGARET

(Slowly lifts her head)

"If Anashia is telling the truth, then we, Victor, Alia... all of us share that royal blood. Victor has made all of us a part of his game."

ZAINKHA

(Looks intently at Margaret)

"The decision is ours now. Do we join Anashia's foolish emotion? Or do we do something even more cunning than Victor?"

Margaret quietly picks up her coffee cup. There is no tea in the cup now, only emptiness.

MARGARET

"Victor doesn't just want the dynasty, Zainkha. He wants Alia—her love and her scepter. And Anashia wants to free Alia."

ZAINKHA

"Then our job will be to protect Alia, not just from Victor, but also from Anashia. Because Alia is no longer just a woman... she is the entire state."

Margaret and Zainkha sit in silence. Even though the Moscow rain has stopped outside, a new political and personal storm has begun inside the apartment.
