[POV - Rito][Neutral Dimension - Battlefield]
Whoosh.
The golden portal closed behind the evacuees like a theater curtain, leaving only the echo of relief in the air. But I wasn't done. Far from it. Nobody attacked my family and got away with it.
Snap.
With a finger snap, I teleported back to the center of chaos, materializing right beside Michael and Azazel, who were still fighting against unfavorable odds.
— Miss me? — I asked casually, as if I'd just gone out to buy bread.
— RITO! — Michael shouted, dodging an energy blast. — I thought you had evacuated!
— I evacuated the others — I corrected, letting my presence expand slightly. — But you still need help.
CLANG!
The sound of metal against metal echoed when Azazel blocked an attack with his light wings, grunting from the effort.
— About that... — he panted — we have problematic company.
That's when I saw her. A woman who looked like she'd stepped out of an ecchi anime — long hair, generous... figure... and an aura of power that screamed "ex-Satan with daddy issues."
— Katarea Leviathan — I murmured, recognizing the descendant of the original Satan.
Dramatic pose.
She positioned herself in front of Azazel like a western duelist, that typical arrogance of someone who had too much power and too little sanity.
— Azazel! — her voice echoed through the dimension like distant thunder. — Finally we meet face to face!
— Katarea — Azazel responded, assuming combat position. — Still stuck in the past, I see.
— The past where my ancestor ruled with an iron fist! — she screamed, demonic power manifesting around her like a purple storm. — Before you traitors ruined everything!
Eye roll.
I almost rolled my eyes. Classic ancestral superiority complex.
Quick scan.
I took a quick look around. Sirzechs had managed to reach Rias and her nobility — all safe. Good. But there was something else calling my attention.
Dragon roar.
ROAAAAAR!
The roar that echoed through the dimension made even me pause for a second. Pure draconic power, ancient and overwhelming.
There.
There they were. On the other side of the battlefield, two figures facing each other like gladiators ready for war. Issei Hyoudou, with his Boosted Gear finally manifested as a red gauntlet. And in front of him...
— Vali Lucifer — I murmured, recognizing the bearer of Divine Dividing.
Oh boy.
Red Dragon vs. White Dragon. The eternal confrontation was finally happening.
Backup time.
But first, I had to ensure my allies had adequate support.
Snap.
Another finger snap, and golden portals opened in the sky. My Super Angels emerged like celestial cavalry — Seraphiel in front, followed by a dozen of the most powerful I had created.
— Seraphiel — I called. — Tactical support. Protect the leaders.
— Yes, Father — he responded, wings spreading in combat formation.
Now for the show.
Now I could watch the spectacle without worrying about unnecessary casualties.
[Azazel vs. Katarea]
BOOM!
Katarea launched toward Azazel like a demonic missile, purple power trailing behind her like a malevolent comet.
— DIE, TRAITOR! — she screamed, conjuring an energy spear that could pierce mountains.
Dodge.
Azazel moved like a ghost, light wings carrying him upward while the spear passed where he'd been seconds before.
— You were never good with aim — he provoked, retaliating with a rain of light spears.
CLASH-CLASH-CLASH!
Katarea dodged and blocked with demonic shields, but some attacks got through, leaving shallow cuts on her skin.
— INSOLENT! — she roared, power increasing exponentially.
Transformation.
Her power exploded, transforming her into a more monstrous version of herself. Larger, more demonic, definitely more dangerous.
— Now I'll show you Leviathan's true power! — she declared.
TSUNAMI!
She conjured a massive wave of demonic water that rushed toward Azazel like a tsunami from hell.
Counter.
But Azazel wasn't the leader of the Fallen for nothing. His wings expanded, light power concentrating in a barrier that split the wave in two.
— Impressive — he admitted — but not enough.
Strategic thinking.
I saw when Azazel changed tactics. Instead of brute power, he began using speed and precision, hitting weak spots that only someone with millennia of combat experience would know how to exploit.
Slice-slice-slice.
Light blades cut through Katarea's defense, each hit strategically placed to maximize damage while conserving energy.
— IMPOSSIBLE! — she screamed, frustration clear in her voice.
Finishing move.
Azazel positioned himself above her, twelve wings spread in full glory.
— Katarea — he said calmly — you live in the past. It's time to move on.
HOLY LIGHTNING!
A blast of concentrated light energy descended like divine judgment, hitting Katarea dead center.
CRASH!
She fell, defeated but alive. Unconscious, but breathing.
— One down — Azazel murmured, landing gracefully.
[Issei vs. Vali]
DRAGON POWER!
But the real action was on the other side. Issei and Vali circling each other like predators, dragon auras clashing in a display of power that made the dimension tremble.
— Finally — Vali said, that voice loaded with excitement that bordered on insanity — I can fight against my eternal rival.
— Rival? — Issei responded, confusion clear in his voice. — Dude, I don't even know you!
Facepalm.
I almost slapped my forehead. Classic Issei.
— BOOST! — Ddraig's voice echoed. — Partner, this guy is serious trouble.
— DIVIDE! — Albion responded from Vali's gauntlet. — Finally, a worthy opponent.
CLASH!
They collided in the center, red and white energy exploding in shockwaves that rippled through the entire dimension.
BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!
Issei's power multiplying rapidly while he pressed his advantage.
DIVIDE! DIVIDE! DIVIDE!
But Vali was stealing his power at the same time, creating a precarious balance.
— Incredible! — Vali laughed, clearly enjoying himself. — Your power keeps growing!
— And yours keeps stealing mine! — Issei grunted, throwing a power-enhanced punch.
DODGE.
Vali moved like lightning, avoiding the hit by inches.
— Too slow! — he taunted.
Strategy.
Issei stopped, thinking. I could see the wheels turning in his head.
— Ddraig — he murmured — what if we...?
— Try it, partner.
PROMOTION!
— QUEEN! — Issei shouted.
His power spiked dramatically, catching Vali off guard.
IMPACT!
The punch connected, sending Vali flying across the battlefield.
CRASH!
He hit a crystal pillar, but recovered quickly.
— Interesting technique — Vali admitted, wiping blood from his lip. — But not enough.
WHITE WINGS.
Suddenly, white draconic wings sprouted from Vali's back.
— BALANCE BREAKER! — he declared.
Oh shit.
This was about to get serious.
DIVINE DIVIDING: SCALE MAIL!
White armor encased Vali's body, power radiating off him in waves that distorted space itself.
— Now — he said, voice echoing through the helmet — let's see what you're really made of.
BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!
Issei's gauntlet went crazy, power building to dangerous levels.
— BALANCE BREAKER! — he shouted back.
RED DRAGON EMPEROR!
Red scale mail formed around Issei, dragon power matching Vali's white energy.
STARE DOWN.
The two stood there, power crackling between them like contained lightning.
— This — Vali said — is what I've been waiting for.
— Then come on! — Issei replied, confidence finally showing.
CHARGE!
They launched at each other like missiles, red and white energy creating a light show that lit up the entire dimension.
Because when dragons fight, you know it's going to be one hell of a show.
