The space beneath Noah disappeared again and Noah started falling in the never ending void but this time Noah was prepared, he had fully mastered the Void Steps and used it to climb his way back.
You can't scare me like this anymore, old dragon.
In the Dragon Realm many events occured in this one year. Noah mastered the basics and was now ready to form the dragon pact and get the soul and symbol of the space dragon. Many other trainees were also able to master the basics and many formed the pact already and some were forming the pact right now.

Yes, that is correct, Lance.
Lance was also a trainee and was among those who were able to reach to the level where they can finally form a dragon pact.
His dragon type was among the rare one. Every other dragon provide's it's element to their tranee where as Lance's dragon provided Lance the ability to change his body into that of a dragon one, that was the mutation the dragon and Lance created in the dragon's element during this one year.
Originally, Lance's dragon did not have any element but because of Lance's determination and their hard work, they were able to create their own element. Lance's dragon name was Rex.
Lance developed dragon scales on his body to increase his sturdiness and charged on his dragon.
I am really going to kill you, so you better be serious about this, Rex.
Do you really think a mere human like you can kill me!?
Rex attacked with his claws on Lance and Lance easily blocked them using his hands. He used his speed and charged on Rex without letting him know and punched on his right leg which made Rex fell on the ground.
Rex picked up a big stone and threw it on Lance and Lance, he easily destroyed it with his punch and jumped on Rex again. Lance again throw a punch on Rex and it connected and directly hit the Rex's face. Rex again fell on the ground and this time used his tail to grab Lance with full force.
If it was not for Lance's dragon scale than his whole body would have been crushed by Rex's force. Lance used all his muscle power and was successfully able to free himself. He grabbed Rex's tail and thrashed him on the ground.
When Lance first met Rex, he was not afraid but Rex was, because he was powerless. When Lance got to know about this, he was disappointed but he didn't change his mind and trained under Rex. He and Rex, both developed two elements, the scale element and the wind element.
Lance was able to manifest the scale element successfully where as Rex was able to manifest the wind element successfully.
Rex opened his mouth and blow the air towards Lance. The air which came towards Lance was not normal but quite sharp, sharp enough to cut Lance's body even though he was in the scale mode.
Lance used his left hand to block it but several cut developed on his left hand.
Rex swinged his claw in the air and a sharp air strike came at Lance and he was barely able to dodge it.
You really are a pain in the ass, Rex.
Don't complain child, it was you who made me into this.
Lance roared and the scale developed on his whole body and his eyes changed into that of a dragon's.
Lance's speed increased greately and he charged on Rex with full speed. Rex again opened his mouth to blow the air strikes on Lance but Lance grabbed his mouth before he could do anything and smashed his face on the ground.
Rex grabbed Lance by his right hand and throw him on the air and again blowed the air strikes on Lance. Lance was on midair so there was no way that he could dodge it but Lance, he understood the wind element better than Rex because he was the one who created it for Rex and Rex was the one who created the scale element for Lance.
Lance punched with all his force towards the air strikes with his right hand and the direction of air strikes changed and came back at Rex and wounded his face.
Rex became furious, he used his wings to fly in the air.
Hey, that's cheating. We decided that you will not use your wings to fly, Rex!
Everything is fair in love and war, Lance!
Rex blowed air strikes again on Lance and this time with full power.
Several cuts developed on Lance's body and he was severaly wounded now.
Do you know about the mutation in the scale element, Rex!?
Don't day dream, Lance. There is no way one can mutate a self developed element!

Lance body started changing, his back slowly developed two orange-yellow gradient wings.
Rex was truly shocked to see it but he didn't know that that was not the only mutation Lance developed in the Scale element.
Lance started flying towards Rex with great speed and to reduce his movements, Rex again blowed air strikes on Lance.

Rex was confused because he just didn't want to believe that Lance had created more mutation in the Scale element.
The air strikes connected Lance and more cuts developed on his body but rather than dodging it, he moved his hands in such a way through which he was able to control those air strikes and made a weapon from it, a Wind Scythe and swinged it towards Rex.
Lance screamed with a smile on his face,
Farwell! My one and only friend!
Before Rex could understand anything, he felt like all his body weight had gone and he saw that his body was falling on the ground and his head, it was falling in the different direction.
Just from a single swing, Lance was able to behead Rex.
Lance came on the ground near the head of the Rex and walked towards the head. He put his right palm on Rex's forehead and said,
Dragon Pact.
A yellow-orange gradient light started emitting from the contact of Rex's forehead and Lance's palm and a symbol of Rex was developed on Lance's right shoulder.
His heart chamber developed two elements, the scale element and the wind element.
Ah, so he really achieved it. I didn't think he was going to win but he surpassed my imgination too.
A shadow figure who was watching the battle of Lance and Rex said this.
Lance had long yellow messy hair and he was 5'10 in height. His eyes were yellow too and he was quite muscular. Lance had a heavy voice.
The shadow figure who was watching Lance was also a trainee. She was a girl who was training under the shadow dragon. She first founded a electric dragon but the dragon was already training someone else, so she tried to find another dragon and it took her 3 weeks. After 3 weeks she found the shadow dragon and had to fight it to convince it to train her.
She was also at the stage of forming the Dragon Pact but was unable to defeat the shadow dragon.
She walked towards a shadow of a big tree and disappeared. It was like the shadow sucked her in the ground. It was one of her ability she learned under the guidance of the shadow dragon through which she can travel from one shadow to any shadow with in 200m of radius.
Lance had great instincts and after learning the Scale element, his instincts reached an extreme level but even his Instincts were not able to feel the presence of the shadow trainee because she used another ability, shadow presence. Through shadow presence she can conceal her presence for as much time as she wants.
Noah was ready to form a Dragon Pact and Voidran wanted him to but Noah, he didn't want that.
Child, you are finally at the level where you can form a Dragon Pact with me, so why are you still hesitating?
It's just, I do not want to lose you Voidran. There must be another way through which I can form a Dragon Pact with you, without having you to die.

Noah had a sad expression on his face. In this one year, he also changed quite a bit. His hair grew long and he became muscular but not much. His voice also deepened. In this one year, Noah was able to create a mutation in the element, the Void Travel.
Through Void Travel, Noah can create crack in space and travel from one place to another. For now, Noah was only able to travel in 300 meter radius through developing cracks.
Noah stood up to continue his training of developing an offensive technique but then, he felt few footsteps coming towards him. Even Voidran sensed them.

After a few footsteps, they became visible. It was a group of trainees who were just roaming around the forest and happen to fell into the den of the Voidran just like Noah.

Those words were enough to make Voidran mad and Voidran used the infinite void technique and threw them into the endless void. One of the guy from the group used his technique and destroyed the whole infinite void and came back at the surface. The technique he used was of a water dragon.
He threw water everywhere in a form of a beam and this was enough to destroy the infinite void because Voidran himself didn't have much power.
The girl who was leading the group said,
See, we have no intention of having a battle with you. We just want to obtain your element.
Obtaining my element is same as killing me!
But.. but you are not even training anyone, so why not let us obtain it?
