Shirahoshi opened her eyes and tried to feel any changes in her body
"Brother Neo, what now? I don't feel anything" she ask nervously
"Don't worry. You already awaken your power. Look at the mirror" She looks around to see if there are any mirrors in this room. When she saw a mirror, she rushed and took a look
"Wow! I have a tattoo like Sister Nami hehehe" Shirahoshi

After stabilizing for a moment the circular baubles that surround this island pop up. The Fishman people covered their eyes because it suddenly became so bright. After getting their eyes used to the brightness, they started looking around. Amazed by the big trees that surround the islands
"Welcome to the surface. I will ask the marine to send men here to construct your new kingdom. For temporary, use your old ones for the moment. You can start interacting with the locals" When Neo said this, the Fishman immediately sprung and started roaming the place. Only the royal family and Shyarly are left with me.
"Mewtwo, you will guard this island. With your psychic power, you can detect if someone has ill intent. Kyogre, you will reside in the ocean, and attack anything that you feel is a threat. As for you Palkia, you make sure that the royal family is not harmed. You will answer only to King Neptune and Shirahoshi, no one can command you beside them okay? Now go" Neo looks at the three legendary Pokemon and commands them
