Chapter 157 - A sparring suggestion

The triplet alphas, who returned after collecting wood to cook food and lit the campfire along with the other alphas, looked at Amelia, who was coming from the other direction, and raised their brows when they saw how flushed she looked. 

Ryan, worried that it was some kind of allergic reaction to any bush, walked to her.

"Hey, why is your face so red? Are you okay?" His brows furrowed, his tone laced with concern as he raised his hand to cup her cheeks. 

As soon as his hands touched Amelia's skin, she stepped back awkwardly. 

"Yeah, I am fine. I was just feeling a little stuffy earlier and went for a walk. As you can see, we healers are not much of athletes, unlike you alphas," Amelia chuckled before she looked at Fabian, who finally climbed his way up. 

Her brows raised at his condition. 

If she didn't know better, she would've almost mistaken him for someone who was returning from a long war. 

Leaves and mud adorned his features as his face was soiled from remnants of mud.
