The guard quickly verified with his fellow soldiers inside. Moments later, the guard nodded and promptly opened a smaller, more manageable side gate, pointing them inside respectfully,
"Welcome, Young Nobles. Many students from Thunderpeak Royal Academy have already arrived ahead of you. The demons haven't attacked for about a week now so the students haven't had the chance to fight against the demons yet. But the next wave won't be far off. I suggest you quickly make your preparations. The city needs whatever help it can get."
Orion nodded his head gratefully for the goodwill that the guard showed him and replied to him with a sincere smile, "Thank you for your efforts, and please continue protecting the city vigilantly."
Stepping through the gates, Orion immediately noticed a faint aura scanning their bodies. He raised an eyebrow as he noticed that this was the same thing that was at the gate of Thunderpeak Royal Academy.
