Prologue

A woman suddenly arrives at a temple now in ruins, similar to the Greek temples that have deteriorated to this day. Her clothes have been turned into rags, and the dirt was like a second skin to her. Blood and soot dripped from her sword. Sword cuts running from head to toe. Panting and almost unconscious, an ordinary human being would not be able to withstand such injuries; which is not the case.

A breeze hit her beautiful face with a heart-shaped jaw, her straight black hair swayed. She clenched the hand that holds the hilt of the sword with unimaginable strength, and even injured, her will gives her the strength not to give in. Her pitiful state was no excuse not to move forward.

"Shit. I finally arrived at this fucked-up place, I hope Mjoffrain's gourd is here. I would hate for my journey here to have been a complete waste of time." She said with a scowl and a threatening tone.

With a serious face, a desire to be right and an unshakable will, she walks towards the entrance of Mjoffrain's temple. Her steps are slow, the reason is clear and her panting only demonstrates the fact that she needs to rest.

After entering, she finds herself in a dark corridor; and with a certain sense of space, anyone would say that in addition to being narrow, it would be obvious that the corridor was a death trap. Walking down the corridor, a bright light illuminates the end of the corridor, which looks more like a tunnel, indicating that the real trap would not be in a corridor, but inside an unknown temple, with unknown threats.

Entering the room, she surprisingly finds something unusual. A sarcophagus under the floor in front of her. Of course, 'her day was perfect', she thought sarcastically and with a brief roll of her eyes.

Thinking that she could find the relic kept in its owner's coffin, the inevitable action was to approach the resting place of the dead slowly and carefully, since it was the only clue to the location of the gourd. Opening the coffin, she concluded that there would be no clue to the gourd in that place. However, her mission could not end there, so she was motivated to find something in that tomb.

Turning the sarcophagus a little more, in a false bottom with a map that leads to the sacred treasure that was buried with an ancient emperor of Mjoffrain. Ard Aheindr Sar Fraain, the misunderstood.

In a single instant of distraction, the black-haired hunter felt a club in her right core, more specifically in the region of her anterior serratus, breaking at least four ribs. And flying at a frightening speed, she was thrown against the wall, which opened a hole with the perfect shape of her body.

Still conscious, pain was everything that overcame each and every region of her body; to the point of wanting to be dead. Blood ran down from under her eyes, her vision was compromised. Despite the indescribable pain, she could still move. However, as not everything is rosy, in addition to the fractures in her core, her arm was completely torn apart. Without hesitation, she grabbed her sword with all the strength she had left.

Her appearance at this very moment is that of a totally divine beauty, about to fall.

By positioning her sword, she fiercely hunts down the one who struck her, ready to retaliate. Using all her fencing skills, she tears off an arm of the being who caused her injuries.

"A Seraphim!?" she exclaimed, surprised by what she saw.

The Seraphim was probably on guard duty protecting Emperor Ard's tomb. He dodges the second sword attack he received from the woman, who then returns the attack with her wooden club with rusty iron spikes, throwing the woman back a long distance.

With the time she gained, she threw the woman away, thus gaining a safe distance to regenerate her arm.

You son of a…" a contraction of pain cut her off, and even now speaking would be bold in the face of such an enemy and in the current situation. Losing concentration for even a second would be a fatal mistake, the enemy could launch a second attack and without a single drop of effort kill her with a single blow of the club.

It was difficult to move anyway, which made it easier for the Seraphim to take advantage. A surprise and fatally surgical strike would be the right choice, but she remembered her deplorable condition, but it was a risk to take since she didn't have many options; ending the fight as quickly as possible was the key to surviving at this moment, in this circumstance.

Without much patience, her decision would be to deliver a final blow, enabling everything she had now. The Seraphim, who seemed to lack conscience and logic, charged forward with her speed and superior movement. Dodging his club, the woman used a feint to use her maximum strength to hit the enemy's weak point in front of her.

With the climax of the fight coming to an end, the blade hitting the belly, the Seraphim's weak point, allowed cracks in the supreme energy core. Causing energy leakage, and as a consequence, the guardian's flesh melted and he was defeated. Her flesh was transformed into a violet, foul-smelling rot, forcing the woman to cover her nose.

"Finally, this fucking puppet is dead… Holy shit!" With a final scream, she declared her victory.

[Love, are you okay?]—the woman's communicator rang.

"I am, but with some injuries. Good thing I brought a body recovery potion."

[Don't forget, don't remove the supreme energy nullifier. You know what can happen if you use it.]

"I know, I know. For now, keep an eye on the objective." She finished as if it were a farewell.

[For now, I'm going to cut our connection so we can't be tracked. I love you, Nataly.]

"I love you too." Her voice came out too melancholy than it should have. She ended her connection to the artifact and threw it on the ground, breaking it with a stomp. Sparks flew from the magical device.

Her wounds from the recently finished battle were healed by the powerful healing potion, and soon, with all her renewed will, she decided to look at the map more carefully and follow it precisely.

The path wasn't as difficult as she imagined; so she quickly went straight to where the forgotten emperor's treasure was.

The entrance is to a cave, and despite her doubts, she decides to enter. Inside the cave there were two ends, one corner with gold and the other side with what the woman came to look for.

Nataly walked slowly, with her guard completely closed and attentive to every grain of dust that fell from the ceiling of the cave. With her sword in her hands, ready for any disagreement.

She grabbed the golden pot as soon as she got close. Inside it was the liquid that could give immortality to anyone. And why did she want that? Anyone would be wondering, or even expressing some curiosity about such a fact.

The reason was simple. To save her son. Son? Is she pregnant or has she already given birth? Yes. In fact, she already has a son, but he is fine. The son in her womb whose life is at risk.

With this liquid, she will be able to grant a new life to her son. It would be more detailed and specific to explain it magically.

Nataly's son has a practically divine curse, cast by one of her enemies; The curse would be that after its birth the child would die prematurely, would become a stillborn and would curse its parents forever. And to avoid this the liquid would become the last ingredient for a legendary potion almost impossible to make. And the effect of this would be that as soon as it was born immortality would help it to stay alive, cheating death.

As soon as she takes the pot with the ingredient off the pedestal it was on, a light from the sky hits her, causing indescribable pain, especially in her stomach, but it doesn't last long and leaves her unconscious.

Half an hour after the light disappears, she wakes up and powerful beings appear from the sky, magical auras coming out of them and radiating destruction.

"Dragon form!" she screamed in despair, putting the item away in her dimensional ring. Then she released a burst of magic: "Explosive burst of fire!"

With this distraction, she used a dimensional device and disappeared from where she was.

She then reappears in her hiding place, in a hurry and without saying anything, she handed the item to her husband and he soon completed his potion. Nataly took it calmly and soon felt the curse being broken.

Two days later, the couple followed the rest of their plan, disappearing from the map.
