The sea train rattled to a halt at the station. Granny Kokoro, taking a long swig of her bottle, pulled out a piece of paper. "So, you're off to Water Seven to get a ship built? I know just the person for you."

She messily scrawled a letter of recommendation on the paper, even leaving a lipstick mark on it. "Go to Water Seven and find Iceberg. He's a top-notch shipwright!"

"Oh? His skills are that good?" Ikki asked. "Can he be our partner? We're short a shipwright right now."

"Haha…" Granny Kokoro took another drink. "Well, that depends on you, boy. Let's see if you can convince him to join you."

Just then, Ikki put a hand up, stopping Luffy. "Our partner isn't Iceberg, it's his junior apprentice, Franky."

When Ikki said that name, Granny Kokoro's previously glazed-over eyes snapped into focus. "Boy, where did you hear that name? Franky is a bad boy—all he does is destroy ships."

Ikki knew what she was thinking. She was worried that he was a Marine or someone who would inform the World Government about Franky's real identity.

Franky's original name was Cutty Flam. After his master, Tom, was taken away on the sea train and sentenced to death, Cutty Flam stood on the tracks, trying to destroy the train that took his master away.

He was severely injured but managed to survive by using scrap metal to transform his body, a process that earned him the new name of Franky.

His best friend, Yokozuna the frog, saw the entire incident and believed Cutty Flam had died. Ever since then, Yokozuna had challenged the sea train every day, determined to destroy it.

"That boy is destined to be our shipwright," Ikki said confidently.

With that, he and the Straw Hats left the station and began their journey toward Water Seven.

As they got closer, Ikki and Luffy stood on the deck, mesmerized by the magnificent sight of the city floating on the water. A small, childish voice suddenly chirped, "No matter what, Water Seven is really cool!"

"Yeah, it really is," Luffy replied, not looking away from the city.

Ikki felt something was off. He turned around and saw Chimney and her pet rabbit-dog, Gonbe, standing on the deck. Gonbe waved at him. Luffy also noticed them.

"Huh? Chimney, how'd you get on our ship? You didn't get enough snacks or something?" Luffy asked. Then, he yelled toward the kitchen, "Sanji! I want snacks!"

"I bet you do," Nami said, coming over and smacking Luffy on the head, creating a large lump.

The Straw Hats didn't mind the new arrivals and instead prepared a feast for them. As everyone was eating, Nami leaned over to Ikki. "Is that Franky guy really going to be our new shipwright?"

"Yeah, he is. I told you what would happen in the future, remember?" Ikki said.

Nami waved a hand dismissively. "Yeah, but the two worlds are still different. Things might not go the same way."

The mention of "the two worlds" made Ikki suddenly remember killing Momonosuke in his original timeline. He wondered if Momonosuke was still alive in this world.

Soon, their ship docked at the edge of the city. This particular area, known as Hulk Island, was the birthplace of the legendary shipwright Tom.

It was the closest place to the Franky Family's base. The plan was to go straight to Franky, get him to help build a new ship, and then tie him up and take him with them.

The crew split into two groups. Nami, Usopp, and Vivi took the gold they had brought from Skypiea to exchange for local currency.

Meanwhile, Ikki, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji went to find Franky. The others could freely explore the city as long as someone stayed behind to guard the ship.

"Don't worry, everyone! I'm an old hand at this. You all go and have fun," Captain America announced, taking on the responsibility of guarding the ship. With that, everyone else headed into Water Seven.

Ikki and his group soon arrived at a huge, peculiar-looking house with a spire. This was Franky House.

"Ikki, it looks like they're having a party in there," Luffy said, wiping his drool as he smelled the aroma of grilled meat. "Can we join them?"

There was indeed a huge party going on inside Franky House. The smell of barbecue wafting from the chimney was incredibly tempting.

"Sure! Let's go crash their party," Ikki agreed without hesitation.

Ikki went right up to the door and pushed it open. The moment the door swung inward, everyone inside went silent. Franky, who had been dancing with some of his crew, stopped dead in his tracks.

The Franky Family was known as the largest organized crime syndicate and ship-breaking yard in Water Seven. Any pirate ship targeted by them was as good as gone.

After a moment of silence, Franky struck a pose and asked, "Who are you? Did you come here to start trouble?"

Luffy ignored him completely and walked straight toward a plate of barbecue. Without asking permission, he grabbed a piece, stuffed it in his mouth, and then mumbled about how delicious it was, but not as good as Sanji's cooking.

The surrounding Franky Family members all pulled out their weapons.

Zoro drew his sword, looking at Ikki. "Looks like we're gonna have to fight."

"No, we don't," Ikki said, waving a hand. He then looked at Franky and yelled, "Franky, why are you such a pervert?"

"Are you serious?" Sanji said, dumbfounded. He couldn't believe Ikki would just call a stranger a pervert, even if the guy was one. He could have at least been a little more polite!

Franky froze for a second when he heard the word "pervert." He then pointed at Ikki and shouted, "Hold on, everyone! I want to have a drink with this guy! You know me so well, and we just met! You're the first one to say that!"

At that moment, Luffy walked over with another piece of barbecue in hand. "You do look like a pervert! Who runs around in just their underwear anyway?"

"That's a great point!" Franky said, looking pleased. "Alright, everyone! The party's still on! Let's get this party going!"

Thanks to Ikki and Luffy's unique approach, they successfully joined the Franky Family's banquet.

During the party, Franky suddenly got a call on a Den Den Mushi. Because Ikki was sitting right next to him, he could hear the conversation.

The person on the other end was a black market contact, and they were calling to inform Franky that the legendary Treasure Tree Adam was for sale. The price? A staggering 200 million Berries.

Franky looked distressed. He had been saving up to buy some of the legendary wood for years, but he only had a few million Berries saved. Two hundred million was far beyond his reach.

After hanging up, he sat there, drinking alone and mulling over whether he should go to his senior apprentice, Iceberg, for help. But he quickly shook his head, dismissing the thought.

Ikki saw his troubled look and approached him. "Hey Franky, are you short on cash?" he asked with a smile.

Franky looked up. "What's it to you? You got some money? Because if you do, I wouldn't mind taking it."

Ikki just laughed at that. He reached into his own pocket and pulled it out, showing that it was even cleaner than his face.
