Damon tried a lot. He tried moving forward. He tried moving back. He pushed with both his legs. Nothing. He put the elven woman in his hand down and tried using Blink and ShadowStep. But nothing worked.
He was able to activate his mana, his blood essence and his primordial mana core but when it came to using the mana on his movement skills, nothing was happening. He was able to conjure both his defensive blood barrier, and offensive blood lance, even a wind arrow easily.
He was able to cast whatever skill he wanted but moving out of that spot seemed to be simply impossible. Spells that should lift him or fold space just hit an invisible wall.
Damon rubbed his chin. His magic was working, that meant that he should technically be able to activate his teleportation tattoo. Could that work? What about the teleportation scrolls?
