Varnyx was an experienced veteran. He already knew what Damon was about to say. "A couple more minutes at most, my Lord." He hurriedly answered with a bow.
"Fuck it. Break the dome now. Collapse it and send out our forces. The archers, the mages and the long-range troops need to act now to go the maxiumum damage. Erin's miasma is at its strongest right now, and we need to take full advantage of it." Damon ordered decisively.
Every second the barrier was up, it was their advantage, and they would be draining the resources of the opposition. But it was also good to know when to stop.
Varnyx quickly acted and pulled up the system screen. The next second, all the vampires assembled in the city heard a booming voice. "It begins now. The barrier is coming down. You have 10 seconds to prepare yourself!"
Varnyx's voice rolled through every street and cellar. "Ten… nine… eight…"
