Kaito: I did not expect to see you here, Dr. Ryuzen.
Ryuzen: Yeah it's not like I ever make appointments. Let's go inside, the clock is against me.
Kaito: Is this good enough or are we dealing with matters of higher confidentiality?
*Why dude? you are literally in the president's house what more "confidentiality" do you need.
Ryuzen: This should suffice, it ain't gonna be a secret for long. I'm here with a proposal Mr. Kaito Nakamura. Not one for the Japan's President or the Shinto Vanguard, but one for the entire Vanguard itself. How quickly can you arrange such a conference?
Kaito: Well it is going to very easy as all them have been awaiting your return.
Ryuzen: That's concerning but helpful. I'll give it straight, the humans have no representative and I've already signed a Trinity Accord with the Elves and the Dwarves and we are planning to announce this alliance soon but for that we need someone who represents humans. Which will be you as the Supreme Delegate. I will have the members of Vanguard vote and make you win, as a bonus we only have about a month to accomplish all this.
Kaito: Slow down Doctor, that's a lot you just unloaded on me. You just made an alliance without sending me a word? if only you were more communicative I would have been more ready from my side. To convince them of an election, run a campaign, conduct the election and make a new position of supreme power such things take time Dr. Ryuzen, we can't just rush them also I think your sign would be enough for such an alliance.
Ryuzen: Although I hate to be lectured by you, I am at fault this was something I thought on the fly which I don't usually do. That does not mean I can't make it happen. First gather the Vanguard. I am also gonna use this chance to devour that scum Anderson. And I don't think my signature has any power to it, was that a joke?
Kaito: It is too late to ponder your decisions and I do trust in your skill to get what you want, I'll go gather them up I hope you will have a more sound plan by then. I'll explain the signature thing later.
Ryuzen: Lorein!
Lorein: Yes.
Ryuzen: How good are you intellectually and strategically?
Lorein: Honestly, I believe I'm pretty good although the princess does not resonate with me.
Ryuzen: Sadly I do trust the Princess's judgement but you are all I got so let's brainstorm some ideas.
*Hmm I thought Ryu was more of an alone thinker well I guess having someone to bounce ideas of makes the process faster.

Shera: Rivendale is much closer to Durgundar than the Shinto Vanguard and my ship is much faster than your average Mana Train, so we should be there in a couple hours at most.
Ayane: Oh! that's reassuring, not like I was worried though. This new world also looks quite beautiful from up here…
Shera: True, It feels like home yet so different at the same time.
Ayane: RIGHT! exactly my thoughts, sorry I got too excited your highness.
Shera: Oh don't worry I'm used to Ryuzen's constant disrespect, I expected you to be the same as he brought you along but you are worlds apart at least in some aspects.
Ayane: Yeah I hate his constant nonchalant god complex too but I'm still not sure why he is involving me with all this, that too to a point where I'm becoming a burden like in the Orcs attack.
Shera: As much I hate him I know he doesn't do things without a reason.
Ayane: That is what's keeping me going.
Shera: Remember one thing Ayane I don't even acknowledge humans let alone fear or respect them, Ryuzen is the sole exception. I invited him for my own reasons but I'm taking you there for him so there will be some differences in your stay although I'll try my best to give the same treatment, after everything he said I can't do him dirty.
Ayane: Respectfully your highness, do you really think "the phantom hand" would chose someone who couldn't even see that much as his subordinate? ^ What did he say to get me to their capital, teach me about mana and battle train me with VIP treatment? does he already hold so many bargaining chips or is he taking a gamble for me?...Nah no way he would do that, the only one he would ever trust would be himself. ^

Shera: That's what I expected, I was just double checking. It is pretty late you should go get some rest I will move you to your quarters in Rivendale we can catch up tomorrow.

Ryuzen: You are pretty good, now I know why Shera doesn't reciprocate this. It's because your style of planning is closer to someone like mine but that isn't a good way of thinking for someone ruling a country.
Lorein: I'll take that as a compliment Dr. Ryuzen.
Ryuzen: Oh c'mon you can stop with the honorifics and formal language, we are well acquainted now, not like I would care either way.
Lorein: Then it shall be informal Ryuzen.
Ryuzen: That's better. Look who's back.
Kaito: Well it did go as I think it would have and as I said, your signature would have been sufficient. They will be here in 2 days tops.
Ryuzen: Good to hear that it went well. Ask Renji to be here early, I have some work for him. I'll be gone I'll come back in like 20-30 hrs. I'll ask about the signature thing then.
Kaito: You needn't tell me. See you later.

They teleport to Ryuzen's place in Germany
Ryuzen: Its been what a month or so since I've been here feels much longer so much happened in such a short time albeit we aren't sure if the time we are measuring is consistent with that of Earth's.
Lorein: Are we here just to reminisce, Ryuzen?
Ryuzen: Although that would make for a touching scene but I am not that type. We are here for various reasons:
1. Now I know that you can teleport anywhere as long as you have something to go off of. All the previous places were places you visited personally but this isn't, yet you made it because you could trace this Elven magic(the thing he used for the teleportation the first time) here through my memories.
Lorein: Yeah but it isn't something anyone can do, I am rarity in such talents.
Ryuzen: Continuing…
2. I have grown too distant from normal human lives I want to observe the livelihood of commonfolk in this post-convergence world, for which this is the perfect place because I have a good idea of its pre-convergence state.
3. Last but the most important, I'm here to take ARIA with me. No, before you say it it isn't a human or a living being it is an Artificial Intelligence that I made. It works only for me and has been collecting data on this new world and various other things for the past 1 month. If you ask me, currently this data is more valuble than any number of lives of any species.
Lorein: This is something I don't exactly understand, human technology, It seems so advanced yet so weak.
Ryuzen: That's because most of the power relied on the ground being a planet, as it no more is one we are facing major issues. It would take you years to understand human tech and decades to understand mine.
One of the main reasons for my influence in the human world is because of one single invention - THE VOIDLINK - that can transfer data completely encrypted and instantly between any two points in the universe using some crazy quantum shit at least that's all I told the other humans. I can actually use it almost limitlessly meaning I can store a nigh-infinite amount of data in what is basically a different personal dimension. That's what I'm gonna do now transfer all of ARIA and the data its collected into voidlink.
Lorein: Although I don't understand its working I get its functionality and it certainly is impressive especially considering the lack of mana.
Ryuzen: You bet it is. Although the transfer inside the void is instantaneous the transfer to it isn't, so we will have to wait. I'll go take a nap you can do whatever you want maybe talk to Aria, we will go do some reconnaissance in the morning and will leave by evening.
Lorein:^ He owns this entire facility? it is as big as the princess's share of the castle and is all completely hidden and filled with strange tech most of which seems to be designed by him, meaning forget finding this place let alone have access to it and even if you do you still won't be able to use anything here as they are all 1 of 1 exclusives. I was impressed back at the Vanguard's place but this, this is what makes me truly understand why the Princess shows so much interest in him. ^

Aria: I'm being transferred so my functionality might be restricted Ms. Lorein
Lorein: ^ it listens huh ^ So I have authorization to use you?
Aria: Not completely Ms. Lorein, I know you are here with a friendly relation to the Doc so I can help you around. I also know you aren't human so using the stuff around here might be inconvenient so I thought I could give a hand. Can I help you with anything?
Lorein: ^ So it decided my relation from our conversation and somehow knows my familiarity with human tech ^ So you made that decision completely on your own, but what if the conversation right now was just an act?
Aria: Yes Ms. Lorein, I make all my own decisions just as the Doc intended. About the concern for security, if this was all an act I would know. the moment you stepped in this compound I can measure all your vitals including your mana signatures and compare to see if there are any deviations while speaking so I'm pretty confident you aren't acting, even if you deceive me you couldn't have possibly deceived the Doc so there is nothing to worry about.
Lorein: ^ Seriously!? to even think that this isn't actually alive is mind bending, but it's no use trying to understand it anymore, it might even be able to read my thoughts. ^
Aria: Ms. Lorein, If you are wondering if I can read your mind then worry not because I can't but I can make an educated guess. Its getting late you should rest I will show you to your bed.
Lorein:^ I'm Speechless ^ yeah I need some rest.
*Finally I got some time, I have so much to say. What the hell is with this voidlink and aria what sort of madman has such tech hidden like hiding them now makes sense but why did he hide them before the convergence? I wish I was watching him before the convergence. Also what is his plan exactly? I missed it cuz I went to take a look at Ayane chan….
Ryuzen: Well today was definitely successful and moreover much less nerve wracking than all the other days I had since the past month.
Lorein: Yes and humans seem to be doing fine even after the convergence.
Ryuzen: It might be surprising to you considering how much you look down on humans but the reason I didn't check up till now was because I knew they were gonna make it irrespective of how difficult or world-altering things get, also because I don't exactly care. Well we will take a nap and leave at around midnight then meetup with Renji at the Britain Vanguard's and put our plans in motion.
