The car drove for a while longer, and Lin Beichen and his group arrived near Freedom City. This place was incredibly crowded, and if Lin Beichen marched in with such a large entourage, it would surely cause panic and possibly even some trouble.
So, Lin Beichen arranged for the others to stay outside the city while he took a few people to go into the city to gather information. He planned to ask around if there were any Mercenary Corps bases nearby, and if possible, he wanted to visit them. If there weren't any, he needed to find out if there were reliable construction companies around so they could build a base outside the city.
Accompanying Lin Beichen into the city were the inseparable Aixius, Tyson, and Li Kui. Li Kui was quite familiar with Lin Beichen and also had a good knowledge of Freedom City, so bringing him along would surely be helpful.
