His upper body becomes bigger, and in a millisecond, the cop turns into this giant monster of muscle and veins.
But before he finishes his transformation, Blaze is already here. In Blaze's hand, a ball of lightning has formed.
He shoves the ball into the cop's face, and immediately, an explosion of thunder presents itself. Its shockwave sends the cop away and breaks the formation of all the cops behind him.
