As the Water Elemental leader of the Cosmic Realm, the Catastrophe from the Sea is extraordinarily powerful. Its presence is overwhelming, even though it's just at the Peak Realm, surpassing many in Longevity.
However, things have two sides.
While the rules of the Cosmic Realm bestow these divine lives with boundless power, they also restrict their power's exertion. This means these divine beings cannot act against outsiders unless they truly threaten the Cosmic Realm.
This restriction applies not only to outsiders but also to the native beings of the Cosmic Realm.
If it weren't so, there would not have been such periodic rotations among the Watchers of the Cosmic Realm.
After all, the total amount of power is constant. Aside from life and death, anyone who tries to seize your power is your enemy.
This is true for ordinary people, and even more so for the divine lives of the Cosmic Realm.
For them, indeed, power is life itself.
