The Lin Family is an ancient family on the Celestial Martial Continent, known to very few martial artists. Only those at the very top have some understanding of this hidden family.
Hundreds of thousands of years ago, the Lin Family was the foremost family on the Celestial Martial Continent, with three or four Kings of the Life and Death Realm, and their strongest ancestor even held the title of King. However, during the ancient battle against demons, the entire Lin Family quickly declined. Only one King of the Life and Death Realm remained, and their strongest ancestor, the Evil Wind Emperor, died.
The martial artists of the Lin Family fought to retrieve the body of the Evil Wind Emperor and placed it in their family's burial grounds. What outsiders didn't know was that the Evil Wind Emperor had practiced an evil technique called the "Evil Yuan Nine Lives Technique." A martial artist who practices this technique can be resurrected after death using a unique method.
