Nina smiled and said "Oh so you admit huh----"
Rebecca looked at her & smiled as well. The she selected a dress. Although it could be thought of as semi-formal.
Nina frowned at her choice & said "Young Lady! Are you going to wear that? Isn't that a bit too plain?" Rebecca replied "I am not going to wear the things that you suggest, which I am sure will be extravagant. So I will be wearing this!"
Aliya said, "It will look good on you Ma'am!!". Nina rolled her eyes hearing this.
It was not long before Rebecca got ready. She soon went on an automatic vehicle, that was really not so conspicuous. But its insides were filled with inscriptions meant for various purposes. She reached the 'Barbos Restaurant'.
She exited the vehicle. Quite a few people looked at her. This was where GCMR was located so there were quite a few people––these people were all meridian wielders who were sensitive to power. While Rebecca was not intentionally doing anything, they all could sense her power & the note bearing ingrained into her was not something that could be masked. She did not mind these. She looked for Ben.
As she walked, she saw––a man who was almost 6ft. was standing with a dark blue shirt & a black pant. He had a slight smile. She could see a tinge of nervousness. Rebecca smiled at Ben & waved at him. Ben waved back. People looked at Ben as well.
Many people dis not feel anything from Ben. But some martials who had extraordinary perception did feel it. It was a pressure which was suppressed, a stable mountain. Peak knights , quasi-nobles & beginner noble realm martials all felt the depth of Ben's power. They were curious to know who this couple was.
Ben & Rebecca did not mind any of these. They were actually sizing each other. Rebecca's aura had a certain sharpness to it. Rebecca could see that Ben had become powerful. It was like she was in front of a mountain of immense size.
Both of them sat down at the outdoor café and ordered some hot drinks and some light food. They both did not want this to look like a date. But to others it looked like one. Nina and Aliya were near by. They were all smiles and giggling.
Nina: " She is horrible at this isn't she.
Aliya: Madam wasn't the one for sophistry. You know right.
Nina: Yes. She hates all those things. But is he good enough for her.
Aliya: I don't know about his personality. But he is strong. That much, I am sure. He has already sensed us.
Nina: What do you mean? You are a Peak noble rank. How can he sense us?

Meanwhile Ben and Rebecca started their conversation as well.

Ben: I assumed your family had many martial arts. Why would you need to come here?
Rebecca: It is true and false at the same time. It is true that our family has many swords related martial arts. But it necessary need not be compatible with everyone in the family. And almost all of our martial arts are made by our family members. But in GCMR, we will get martial arts from even other nations as well.
Ben: Oh. That's nice. So you are here to find a specific technique or just to look at techniques?
Rebecca: I am here to look at various techniques. Although I have learned some martial arts, it is not enough. The martial arts in the family are not compatible with me. So I am here.
Ben: Oh is that so. Nice yeah…
Rebecca: Yes…."
Nina: "Both of them are really bad at this.
Aliya: You don't say. I am better than this.
Nina: For once, I agree with you. Should we step in?

Both of them wanted to get out of the awkward atmosphere somehow. They both realized that they were horrible at conversing.
As they were walking, they talked about various mundane stuff. They conversed about the various facilities nearby. The food that they had, about the Barbos restaurant and so on. They soon came to a small park.
Ben and Rebecca sat by a small bench. Despite all the technological growth, such infrastructures were still around and in fact protected for several reasons. They looked to the skies for a few seconds.
Ben: " So, you became a martial knight when you were 14 right? Why are you learning martial arts from GCMR now? Why not earlier?
Rebecca: Well, it is not that I did not try. There were security reasons and also the elders in our family are rather … what do I say… Peculiar.
Ben: Jerks.
Rebecca: ( With a suppressed laugh) Yeah….you could say that.
Ben: Sorry, I did not mean to disrespect them.
Rebecca: Its alright. I also call them that behind their backs. "
