Ryuji crossed his arms. He had hoped for some miraculous learning, given that Sailor Moon's power probably had its own methods...
Typically, transformation-based characters came with some inherent combat instincts.
"Well, I noticed earlier that you..."
Usagi quickly pointed out several specific moments. Just from listening, Ryuji knew she had genuinely grasped it!
He had originally understood these concepts by watching tutorial videos from various martial arts schools! While Usagi didn't use any professional terminology, she conveyed the core ideas perfectly!
Furthermore, judging by the questions Usagi was asking, her level had already surpassed Akane's in this short time!

But after watching Ryuji and Akane spar, seeing them react and adapt to each move, and observing their various responses and transitions, her mind, like the other Moons', instinctively began considering the reasoning behind these transitions and their potential follow-ups.
It was quite unbelievable, almost like an elementary school student learning calculus on their own after seeing basic arithmetic solutions. But it happened.
"But those skills involve us manipulating various elements to form magical effects, creating highly powerful offensive moves. They require charging time, If we can accumulate energy while dodging, fighting, or grappling, we can unleash our skills without warning, before the enemy even has time to react."
Makoto chimed in. Since the only others present were Ryuji and Misato, her clothes suddenly transformed into her Sailor uniform. In the next moment, electricity crackled around her hand.
"What I don't really understand is how to accumulate energy during combat and focus it into a skill."
Seeing her troubled expression after transforming, Minako also instantly transformed, a sword appearing in her hand.
