Adrian was now in a very difficult situation. He was sandwiched between two Rank 3 beasts, and he was not in a favorable position.
He had initially only been fighting one beast, only for that battle to attract the attention of another formidable foe. Worse still, this foe was just as powerful as the one he was currently fighting.
Facing the Rank 3 Scarlet Flame Scorpion was not a big issue for him. If given enough time, he would be able to kill it quite easily. However, he was in a race against time.
Who knew just how many scorpions were roaming in this underground tunnel? If he had to stay here and fight both beasts, it would certainly make the situation even more difficult.
He had to do something quickly. Looking at the scorpion he had wounded earlier, he decided to quickly take care of the wounded foe.
He dashed towards it, his sword at the ready. The scorpion, though injured, was still at Rank 3. Reacting to Adrian's speed was something it could do.
