Tyler's POV

The moment the doctor said the words "you're discharged", I felt my lungs finally work again.

Not because I was healed.

But because I was ready.

Ready to face the devils that took everything from me. Ready to fight. Ready to burn the ones who thought they could break me.

I left that hospital without even looking back. First stop? The mansion.

Thank God it was still standing. Battered, bruised, scarred—but just like me, it was still here. Still breathing.

Azazel had told me to come here. Told me this was where it all would begin.

And when I walked in, I saw them.

A few.

Only a few.

I paused at the entrance, taking in the faces—most of them familiar, some strangers. Azazel stood in the center like a warrior queen, arms folded, sharp eyes watching me. Butler was there—brown hair slicked back, still as stoic as ever. Bruce sat hunched over the table, his jaw tense, lips tight. The rest? Either old allies or desperate fighters.

But too few.
