Since it was getting late, Wooyun didn't want to let them leave on an empty stomach, so he and Soomin prepared a quick but delicious meal to enjoy.
"You really are full of surprises, young master Seo-yoon," Gyu-min said after a last bite of his rice. "I didn't know what to expect when I heard there would be a direct disciple of the Demon Lord."
"Haha. I'm sure it was a surprise."
"It was, but we are glad to have you here," Dasom said. Hwi-seo nodded in agreement.
"It would've been a pain to have another insufferable person here. We already have Chan-woo, and when you combine Chan-woo with Dong-geun, you get an even more insufferable result." Gyu-min added.
Wooyun was beside himself, though he shouldn't have been surprised. He hadn't known Gyu-min for long, but from what he'd seen, he wasn't one to mince words. He was brutally honest, and Wooyun understood it didn't come from a place of malice, but one of unadulterated fact. He could still benefit from some tact, though.
