Whilst Yon was transfixed with his holocron, Corvus had sorted through all the loot that Master Qalsneek had managed to save from the doomed planet of Ossus.
About a dozen chests had been laid bare before Corvus's eyes. Within, there were dozens of data slates detailing many different topics. The art of diplomacy, farming, lightsaber combat, treatise/legal documents, and the routing number to Ossus Temple's bank account were among these data slates.
Including this vast sum of knowledge, there were about seven items that really stood out to him, and made this trip worth it.
1) To start things off, amongst all the dataslates, there was one that had caught his gaze. It was a detailed report regarding 'naval' spaceship vs spaceship warfare. From the contents he had glazed over, it taught generic things such as ship placement, command of a vessel, and tactics. Half of which Corvus figured he would be decent at, because he was rather decently skilled at the Empire at War RTS. But this information would help him fill in many gaps. If he were to ever serve in the role of General, studying this data slate would be crucial to his career.
What really had him excited about this study, was the information regarding precognition, and wielding the strengths of a Jedi to serve as a battlefield commander. It didn't delve into Battle Meditation or anything, but the text detailed how to trick or influence enemy commanders through the Force, or sense their intentions seconds before, and to act accordingly.
In conclusion, among all the non-Force attributed items he discovered in this treasure trove, this one was potentially the most important object in terms of war, and macro conflict.
2) A bag of wroshyr seeds that absolutely glowed in the Force. There was a crumpled note left behind that said they had come from a Force Sensitive tree on Kashyyk, that during an experiment, it was found that they had the potential to aid in terraforming a planet.
Considering how terrifying the forests on Kashyyk were, Corvus didn't know how much he would want to plant these seeds, but it was something to keep in mind. Who knew, perhaps there would come a day, where to secure a new ally, he could fix their planet's ecosystem? Otherwise, if he ever learned how to manipulate plants, Force Sensitive trees that had the potential to rival skyscrapers in height would probably be some epic weapons.
3) Amongst the clutter, there was a droid brain, as well as schematics for its design. It seemed this droid was designated SCLR-99, and had served as a custodian for the library on Ossus. Corvus was somewhat disappointed that it wasn't a combat droid, but he wasn't surprised considering all the loot here was retrieved from a library.
However, such a droid would prove valuable to Corvus. Considering he had a dozen metric truckloads worth of loot from Coruscant, there was no way he could organize it all. Once he returned to Tython, he could have SCLR-99 sort the items, and help rebuild a new library for the Jedi Order.
Besides this very important function, the droid was sure to have conversed with many ancient Jedi, and was likely very knowledgeable. Using his database, Corvus could ask 'scholar' about all sorts of topics, basically treating the droid like an AI or a form of google search. Perhaps it was inglorious, to use an ancient venerable bot in such a way, but it would be a good use of SCLR's talents considering how heavily censored the holonet was.
4) About a dozen pristine Old Republic Jedi Knight armor sets made from trimantium. It was no beskar, but in comparison, the material was extremely light, and wouldn't weigh the user down.
Testing his weapons out, Corvus found that the gear could resist blaster bolts relatively well. A dozen blasts from a standard issue clone rifle barely left a blackened stain. Considering this metal was sometimes used for spaceships, this wasn't entirely surprising. Additionally, it took four swipes of his lightsaber before he could cut through it.
Overall, this armor wasn't life changing, but it was head and shoulders above the shitty clone armor Obi-Wan wore during the war. Corvus would be happy to send this gear out once more Jedi had been rescued. As a bonus, once he dismantled a set, it would be added to his workbench. Considering he could make everything from 'components' that could be broken down from any piece of gear, this was a great find. Meaning, once he looted the kaminoan armory with millions of pieces of gear, Corvus could break them down, and then use those resources to make countless Jedi battle armors.
The dream, of course, would be to get his hands on some mandalorian armor, so he could break it down, then make copies. An army of beskar wearing soldiers? Yes please!
Of course it wouldn't be that easy, as more important/valuable pieces of gear took more resources. For example, a clone chest piece may be broken down for 5 components, but it might take 500 components-or even 1,000-to craft a Mandalorian chest piece. Still, with the sheer volume of clone armor he intended to steal, he should still have enough to outfit at least 10,000 men. Arming an elite unit like that wouldn't be a joke, even Vader might struggle to take such a unit out.
5) An old leather hide with the symbol of the Jedi Order embossed on it. At first glance, this was nothing special, but when really looking at it, the object engendered feelings of hope and serenity. On the surface, this was a throwaway gimmick item, but considering how often people fell to the darkside, Corvus saw this as a great object to help with mental health.
Not only for his students, and other Jedi, but for himself as well. He had committed a lot of terrorism, and despite all his preparations, he still had the boogeyman Palpatine lurking in the background. That Sith menace really could randomly post up, like when he took out Savage Opress and Maul in a 2v1. Just because he stayed on Coruscant 98% of the time, didn't mean there was a non-zero chance of running into him! Such thoughts were terrifying, and was why Corvus valued this leather sheet so much.
Peace of mind during war time was perhaps one of the most valuable resources, and he would be busting this baby out every time he meditated, or was feeling frustrated.
6) About a dozen+ orbs the size of an egg had caught Corvus's eye. They had a faint signature in the Force, and a description had been left in their box. Apparently these were 'primitive' long range communicators that used the Force as a medium. Before the advent of hyperspace, or long distance relay stations, this was how Je'daii kept in touch with one another.
In terms of war, information was one of the most crucial things one could possess. Considering technological comms could be jammed at any time, or broken up by an astrological event, using these orbs seemed like a good backup method.
They would be especially valuable for hard to reach places like Tython. At the moment, Corvus couldn't discuss a single thing with Keira, or enquire about her situation, because that ancient planet wasn't connected to the holonet.
Thus, these orbs were sure to serve as valuable tools during this war.
7) Lastly, there were a few crates full of miscellaneous materials that were attuned to the Force. From what Corvus could tell, they were primarily set aside for constructing lightsabers, but could also be used for crafting Force attuned objects, like the orbs.
Unfortunately, Corvus didn't know how to imbue objects with special properties, but he was sure he could learn how to do something like that from the many holocrons in his possession.
In summary, the loot he had gotten his hands on was quite substantial. It would have been nice to have more esoteric, powerful items, but this wasn't a Sith treasure trove, so Corvus couldn't be too mad. It was very Jedi-like to save things that could be used for something other than war. He should be thankful he got some armor at all.
Taking one last glance at the loot with a wry smile, Corvus turned to Yon, and felt like his young apprentice was going to wake soon.
What mysteries had the holocron imparted on this precocious brat of his?

(Yon POV)
Finding himself within a circular meditation chamber surrounded by waterfalls, Yon saw a flesh and blood version of the skeleton sitting in a meditative pose.
"Greetings young one, I am-"
"The Jedi are at war with the Sith. Master Qalsneek, teach me what you know." Yon all but demanded.
"Desperate times must be upon us for a youngling to have become so impatient." Qalsneek flapped his flipper-like arms, and slowly 'swam' through the air and circled Yon curiously.
"I am not a youngling! I am Yon, Master…Master Revan's student, and I seek knowledge that can help him overcome the Sith!"
"Master Revan? Yes, such a firebrand would raise such a youth." Qalsneek muttered to himself. "Not much time has passed since I entombed myself then. Hm. Tell me young one, does Darth Nihilus roam the stars?"
"Nihilus? No, Sidious has taken over the Senate, and decimated the Jedi Order. The Temple on Coruscant is in ruins, and my former Master was murdered at his decree. Please, Master Qalsneek, I seek your wisdom." Yon sucked up his pride, and took a knee, begging the Jedi Master for his aid.
"Wisdom, Padawan? It is clear as day that you seek power." Qalsneek gently mocked, and slowly began to fly around the room.
"...yes, to avenge my Master, to be worthy of my new Master, to show my friends that I am a true Jedi. I know that you hid this knowledge for future generations, to safeguard it against the Sith. I will be the instrument of the Jedi. Instruct me."
"Fierce like fire. I felt your burgeoning rage as soon as you stepped foot on this planet, child. Come, meditate with me, become free flowing, like water." Qalsneek gestured to a place in the sky next to him, and then continued to harmoniously fly around the waterfall chamber.
Yon furrowed his brow at the statement, and groaned.
Why did everything have to be so cryptic when it came to Jedi Masters?!

(Jax POV)
Left alone, and instructed to teach Omega the basics, Jax had spent the last few hours testing her connection to the Force, and assessing her potential.
"How many fingers am I holding behind my back?" Jax asked.
"Three!" Omega replied with confidence.
"Wear this blindfold, and try blocking these with your lightsaber."
"Okay!"
"Leap from this end of the room to the next, imagine that there is no resistance."
"Like this?"
On and on, Jax had been running through a gauntlet of tasks, and was surprised to discover Omega had a talent for learning. She was like a sponge, one biogenetically engineered to grasp topics quickly. It was incredibly impressive, and Jax could see why Master had gone to such lengths to recruit her. The idea of Omega, or Force forbid, and entire army of Omegas answering to Palpatine was cause for concern.
"Whatchu thinking about?" Omega tilted her head, and beamed a bright, innocent smile up at him.
Jax felt his heart ache as he was reminded of his best friend, and barely composed himself.
"Come. Let us meditate. Do as I do. Follow my breathing pattern, and hold onto the feeling of the Force." Jax said, trying his best to refrain from any thoughts of self pity as it was his solemn duty to help guide the youngling properly in the ways of the Force.
"Sure thing, Jax! Meditation, ooo, this sounds so exciting!" Omega clenched her fists in cheer, then sat down mimicking Jax's posture.
Jax faintly smiled, but was quick to return to a mellow, neutral expression.
"Calm yourself, Omega, close your eyes, and let us begin." Jax said in a tone trying to mimic his Master, and sound more official, like an adult.
Omega nodded her head, then began to meditate.
Jax helped correct her several times, and answered a few questions.
Before he knew it, a few hours had gone by, and a zen-like atmosphere had enveloped the pair.
"Jax!" Omega tugged at his arm in worry.
"What is it, Omega?" Jax looked down in concern.
"My brothers, they're in trouble, I can feel it!" Omega said in a fretful tone.
Jax was about to say something, when the door to the room had its access codes overwritten, and it opened up. Standing outside was a squad of ten clone troopers. Thinking fast, Jax placed his helmet back on his head, and stood up just as the door hissed open.
"Orders from the top, you two are to come with us for questioning."
Omega held onto Jax's leg in fear, and peaked around him at the menacing clone troopers.
Jax gathered himself, and subtly held out his hand. After watching Master Corvus do this dozens of times, he had a basic grasp of how it was done.
"You don't have the authority to arrest a soldier under an Agent of the Empire. Return to your consoles, and freshen yourselves up on the law." Jax said, and at the same time, applied a Mind Trick that enhanced his words.
"You're probably right, but you'll have to come with us for now. We'll free you as soon as we confirm the new laws and regulations." The clone Sergeant said.
"Cover your ears." Jax whispered to Omega. "Alright, let's go." He said to the clones.
As soon as it looked like he was going to leave with them, and the clones had filed out the door, he unclipped a sonic grenade from his utility belt, and tossed it at them. Slamming the door shut, the bulk of the noise didn't impact him all that much.
Prepared for the intense ringing, he grabbed Omega, then ripped apart a panel in the ceiling leading to the maintenance tunnels.
"Let's go, Omega." Jax said, then jumped up into the entrance with her in tow.
As soon as he cleared the jump, the clone troopers had entered the room, and began to start indiscriminately blasting, barely missing Jax's leg.
"What's going on?!" Omega saud in a worried tone.
"I don't know, but my Master will get us out of this." Jax said with certainty, and as they crawled through the maintenance shaft, he sent strong feelings through the Force Bond that he shared.

Seated within an all white room, Lama Su had a dozen monitors in front of him. Some displayed data, others flicked between various channels showing footage of his facility, Kamino, and a dozen other situations developing across the galaxy. His wide glossy black eyes took in all the data at lightning speeds. Bioengineered to be the perfect being, Lama Su was the culmination of milenia of research, and had held onto the position of Prime Minister for thousands of years.
One did not create genetically improved armies of super soldiers to dozens of clients, and not accumulate a knack for intrigue. Even now, he was keeping satellite tabs on the Agent.
"Sir, the Inspectorate trooper, and test subject Omega have fled into the maintenance shaft!" A trooper saluted.
"All according to plan. Continue the chase, Commander." Lama Su ordered in a disinterested tone.
Steepling his fingers, Lama Su wore a calculating look on his face as he took in hundreds of streams of data.
Republic? Empire?
Why should he answer to such short lived, shortsighted concepts when he could be the genesis for perfection.
