Isabella tries to scream for help but her voice was not loud enough, it all felt weird, it felt like a dream, how could one be stabbed by thin air? Everything felt eerily and unreal but she knew that it was true, she knew that it was all happening in real life.
Isabella is bleeding out and she is using every last drop of energy that she has within her to hold on tight to her stomach that has just been slashed, she is still bleeding profusely and is even on the verge of passing out.
After a while of crying in pain about her child that she is convinced is now dead and also crying from the pain that she felt, the loud pitch sound began to ring again, this time it was more than jarring, it was frustrating to a point where it made Isabella want to stab herself in the neck with the scissors that was within her sight of vision.
With her bloody hands, she struggled and she slowly reached for the scissors, she just genuinely wanted to end it all.
