Chapter 253 – Naruto Loses Control! Nine Tails Unleashed!
Uzumaki Naruto, having finally uncovered the truth, was so furious he could practically cough up blood.
Damn it, what kind of "training" was that supposed to be?!
All that nonsense about "tempering the mind" and "strengthening the body" — what a joke!
As someone who had personally suffered through that so-called "training," Naruto now just wanted to grind the Third Hokage's bones into powder and make soup out of them. As for his flesh and blood — he could feed that to the dogs!
After all, Sarutobi Hiruzen was so old, his meat probably wasn't worth eating anyway. But his bones? Simmer them down into a broth — maybe that would make up for all the expired milk and rotten instant noodles Naruto had to endure as a child.
More importantly...
He was the son of the Fourth Hokage — Namikaze Minato — and the previous Nine-Tails jinchūriki, Uzumaki Kushina!
So what happened?
That damn Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, lied to the village, calling him an orphan — even labeling him the culprit of the Nine-Tails' attack. That betrayal alone was enough to drive Naruto to madness.
A child born a hero… treated worse than a stray dog.
All thanks to that two-faced "Professor," Sarutobi Hiruzen.
And now, the deep resentment in Naruto's heart, long buried, could no longer be contained.
The hatred took hold.
The Nine-Tails stirred.
"Rrrraaaaahhh!"
Seconds later—
Naruto, now cloaked in fiery red chakra, let out an inhuman roar.
Before Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura's disbelieving eyes, he transformed, his body growing monstrous, fangs stretching wide.
The Nine-Tailed Fox had returned!
BOOM!!!
An eruption of tailed beast chakra burst from Naruto like a storm.
A full manifestation of the Kyūbi now stood in the heart of Konohagakure, shaking the entire village to its foundation.
SWISH!
Sounds tore through the air as dozens of masked figures shot into action — Konoha's Anbu Black Ops, responding instantly to the threat.
"Move!"
"Get away from Naruto—now!"
Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura, stunned by the transformation, quickly scrambled away, retreating to a safe distance.
Sasuke was completely dumbfounded.
They were just venting about old grudges — so how the hell did Naruto go full Nine-Tails?!
"Wh-what the hell?!" Sasuke muttered.
Wasn't this the same Naruto who never took anything seriously?
And now he was… this?
---
Meanwhile, the Anbu didn't attack. They simply stood there — watching.
"Why aren't they moving?" Sakura asked, breathing heavily.
"They're... waiting," Sasuke answered, narrowing his eyes. "They must've received orders."
Sure enough, whispers passed through the earpieces of the masked Anbu:
> "The Fifth Hokage — Lord Uchiha — has issued an order. Do not engage. He will handle it personally."
Despite the terrifying chakra pressure, the Anbu showed no fear.
In fact… some of them looked amused.
Even as the Kyūbi let out a furious roar, they stood their ground calmly — as if this was nothing unusual.
---
To Naruto — or rather, to Kurama, now in partial control — this was an insult.
These shinobi weren't cowering.
They were mocking him.
"STUPID KONOHA!"
ROAR!!!
The Nine-Tails lunged forward and opened its massive jaws — unleashing not one, but three Tailed Beast Bombs in quick succession.
SWISH!
SWISH!
SWISH!!!
Three swirling orbs of destruction tore through the air, screaming toward the heart of the Hidden Leaf Village with earth-shattering power.
But...
None of the Anbu flinched.
They didn't run.
They didn't even raise their weapons.
They just stood there — calm, unimpressed.
It wasn't fearlessness.
It was confidence.
And Kurama noticed.
> "W-what?!"
Why weren't they afraid?
In the past, when the Nine-Tails went wild, people screamed, ran, and trembled in terror.
But this time... they were treating it like a theatrical performance.
Some villagers had even brought out snacks and folding chairs, watching from rooftops like it was the Chūnin Exams.
Even the children weren't crying. One kid was even cheering.
---
That's when it hit Kurama.
> "Have I... become a joke?"
Had he been locked away so long that the world had forgotten his power?
No — this had to be an illusion. A trick. The Nine-Tails — the strongest of the tailed beasts — couldn't have fallen this far.
Could he?
---
But reality was cold.
Kurama didn't know that Konoha was no longer the same.
Under the rule of the Fifth Hokage — Uchiha Yuta (once known as Liunian), the village had transformed.
It wasn't just stronger.
It was home to nearly every tailed beast, all of whom had been rescued or sealed in harmony.
Kurama was no longer unique. In fact… he was just one among many.
He had no idea that Four-Tails, Five-Tails, Six-Tails, Seven-Tails, and even the Eight-Tails were all sealed safely in Konoha under the Fifth Hokage's protection.
In this new era…
The Nine-Tails wasn't a symbol of terror.
He was… a has-been.
And now, he was throwing a tantrum in the middle of a village that didn't fear him anymore.
---
To be continued...
> Next time: Will Kurama face the truth of his new reality? And what action will the Fifth Hokage take against the rampaging Nine-Tails?
