Chapter 173 - Chapter 173: Battle Rabbit Turns Evil Again! Will Misora Kill Him Herself?!

"Please!" Battle Rabbit—Steve—said seriously, his voice calm but resolute.

Misora shook her head helplessly. "I… I can't do it," she said, tears welling in her eyes.

Steve leaned closer, whispering, "Chuangqi was created by both of us. You and me."

He looked at her with pain in his eyes. "You must take responsibility."

Misora's tears finally rolled down her cheeks. "How can you say something so cruel…?"

"I'm sorry," Steve replied, his voice trembling. "But I have no one else to ask. Only you."

In the realm of the Three Worlds, audiences watched with bated breath. Emotions ran high.

"I didn't expect Steve to take such a big risk…"

"Yeah, and Misora is being forced to take responsibility personally…"

"Steve might die!"

"She has to kill him with her own hands—this is heartbreaking!"

"I'm crying! This is too much!"

"I've never been so moved in my life!"

In the Extraordinary Chat Group:

Furnin: "Ugh, this hurts so much to watch!"

Kiana: "No! I don't want Steve to die!"

Hu Tao: "I'm crying—he's gone through so much already!"

March Seven: "Misora too… She must be in agony right now…"

Keqing: "Yeah, it's tragic!"

Back on screen, Sayu overheard their conversation and her face turned pale.

"Will Build Rider… really disappear?"

Meanwhile, Steve tightened the belt on his waist, stepping forward.

"Danger start!"

"Rabbit! Tank!"

"Super Best Match!"

"Build Rider Upgrade!"

"Out of Control Switch!"

"Dark Danger!"

As the transformation completed, a black aura enveloped Steve. His Build Rider armor turned completely dark—ominous and corrupted.

Xue Qian, watching from a distance, whispered grimly, "So this is the path we're forced to take…"

Suddenly, Steve lunged forward.

He charged at Gris, moving faster than anyone could react. His strikes were ferocious. Gris stumbled backward, unable to keep up.

Steve then grabbed him, lifting him off the ground effortlessly, and slammed him hard into the dirt.

Elsewhere, Sayu ran to Wanzhang, breathless.

"Steve used the dangerous trigger! He's losing control!"

Wanzhang sat still for a moment, clearly troubled.

"It's no use telling me…" he muttered.

Sayu grew more frantic. "Don't you care if he lives or dies?!"

Those words hit Wanzhang like lightning. His expression changed instantly. He stood up and marched out, not saying another word.

The audiences in the Three Realms watched, moved again.

"Wanzhang acts like a jerk sometimes, but he really does care about Steve."

Back in the arena, Steve was spiraling out of control.

He kept his head down for a long moment—then raised it, his eyes filled with darkness.

With a thunderous kick, he sent Gris flying.

Without hesitation, he pulled out his gun and fired.

"D!"™—Bang!

The shot struck true.

Gris exploded mid-air and crashed into the ring below, light flashing around him.

The transformation lifted. Gris' true form was exposed.

The referee quickly stepped forward. "Knight System disengaged! The winner—Dongdu!"

Cheers erupted from the audience.

"WE WON!"

"Dongdu wins again!"

"It's a miracle!"

People hugged and celebrated everywhere, tears and laughter mingling.

Even Himuro Taizan couldn't hold back his joy. He laughed heartily, "Haha!"

But not everyone was pleased.

Tajimi's face darkened. His brows furrowed as he muttered, "How… how is this possible?!"

Meanwhile, the audience in the Three Realms exploded in joy.

"F**k yeah, finally!"

"Steve is a beast!"

"But wait… what if he can't control himself now?"

"Yeah, I'm getting worried again…"

Back in the ring, Steve didn't stop. He slowly walked over to where Gris lay.

He picked him up effortlessly.

Then, raising his fist, he prepared to end it.

Steve was completely lost in his rage.

He had become a monster.

Misora stood frozen, overwhelmed by emotion.

She held the kill switch in her trembling hand.

She was supposed to stop him if he lost control.

She knew it.

But now, at this moment, she couldn't do it.

Tears streamed down her face.

Steve's fist was just inches from smashing Gris.

She shut her eyes.

She couldn't look.

She couldn't press the button.

She just… couldn't.

Then suddenly—

A flash!

A figure appeared in front of Gris and took the full brunt of Steve's strike.

It was Wanzhang!

He caught the punch head-on.

"You're really something, Steve," he said softly.

Misora's eyes shot open. Relief flooded her face.

"Wanzhang!" she cried.

She lowered her hand. She wouldn't have to make that choice.

Huang Yu rushed over to Gris.

"Boss!" he shouted in panic.

Gris groaned and weakly replied, "Stop… You can't stop him…"

He knew how powerful Steve was now.

He knew this battle could end them all.

Wanzhang stood his ground. "I don't care! I'll bite the bullet if I have to!"

The two fought furiously—one driven by madness, the other by unshakable determination.

Steve punched Wanzhang hard in the neck. He stumbled but didn't fall.

Wanzhang wiped the blood from his mouth.

"Only me," he said.

"I'm the only one who can bring Steve back!"

Across the Three Realms, tears welled in the eyes of many.

They were deeply moved.

Steve, consumed by darkness, had become truly terrifying.

If Wanzhang failed…

He would die.

And yet, he pressed forward.

All to save his best friend.

The world watched in awe.

This was true friendship.

In the arena, light suddenly flared across Wanzhang's body.

A glowing blue aura surrounded him.

"The Dragon of the End," he whispered, surprised.

"I can move… with my own will again!"

"Let's go!"

"Break! Smash!"

"Smash it completely!"

He unleashed a powerful beam of blue light straight at Steve.

"WAKE UP, STEVE!" he screamed.

The two clashed, a collision of light and darkness.

Their powers surged, shaking the entire arena.

And then—

Both of their transformations broke.

Steve collapsed unconscious onto the ground.

The arena was silent for a moment.

Then…

Cheers exploded.

"He's okay!"

"Steve's back to normal!"

"He didn't fall too far into madness!"

"Wanzhang did it!"

"He's incredible!"

Even in the Extraordinary Chat Group, the excitement was through the roof.

Everyone was typing frantically.

Hearts had been broken, healed, and inspired again—all within a few minutes.

This was no longer just a battle.

This was history.
