On the giant screen that broadcasted everything across the Three Realms, chaos was unfolding.
Wanzhang and Gris froze in shock, unable to believe what they were seeing.
"What's going on here?!" Wanzhang muttered, his fists tightening unconsciously.
Gris narrowed his eyes, his voice trembling, "That… that's a black hole!"
Even Zhantu, who rarely lost his composure, raised his voice in disbelief. "Impossible… a black hole appearing here of all places?!"
From the battlefield itself, the enemy commander Neihai gave a chilling laugh, the sound echoing like metal scraping against stone.
"Hehehe… magnificent, isn't it?"
Wanzhang's gaze locked on the gaping black vortex spiraling in the sky. His body stiffened as memories he had long buried began to resurface. Inside his mind, a familiar scene replayed itself—an image almost identical to what was happening before his eyes.
His heart pounded wildly. Why now? Why is this happening again? Am I… losing control?
"Emotions… they're out of control!" Wanzhang gasped, clutching his chest.
Then, without warning, his expression twisted with rage. He bared his teeth and roared like a beast. "Neihai!!"
He charged forward, his steps shaking the earth beneath him.
"Bang!"
His fist slammed into Neihai's guard with explosive force. Neihai staggered backward, unable to absorb the blow. Another punch followed, then another, driving Neihai back step by step until he was finally sent flying across the ruined plaza.
"What is this strength?!" Neihai spat blood, eyes widening. His body trembled in disbelief.
Wanzhang's aura flared violently, his eyes glowing with a feral intensity. "I'll kill you! I'll destroy you completely!"
He lunged forward again. His fist struck with the force of a cannon, sending Neihai crashing into the ground with bone-shaking impact.
The spectators across the Three Realms watching the broadcast exchanged anxious murmurs.
"Wanzhang… he doesn't look normal."
"Yeah… his movements are too wild, too reckless. It's like he's lost his mind."
"It must be connected to whatever memory he saw. Something inside him snapped."
"That has to be it. Nothing else explains this frenzy."
Back on the screen, the camera shifted. Around the battlefield, the great stone pillars of the government's main residence had begun to turn into brittle stone fragments. One after another, the buildings were being pulled into the swirling void of the black hole above.
Huan De's face turned pale. "No… the government residence is going to be swallowed whole!"
From another location, Ebert observed calmly, his lips curling into a cruel smile.
"Hahaha… yes, that's it! Keep going. The Eastern Capital will be reduced to dust!"
His voice thundered like a declaration of conquest. "This country belongs to me now! Farewell, Dongdu!"
As Neihai scrambled to retreat, Huan De collapsed onto his knees, his fists slamming the ground in grief.
"The Eastern Capital that my father built with his blood and sweat… it's gone! Completely gone!"
The Three Realms' audience gasped, their voices overlapping in panic.
"This is horrifying!"
"That black hole swallowed everything—like the end of the world itself!"
"No way… this power is far too dangerous!"
"It's hopeless… absolutely hopeless!"
The battlefield camera shifted again. Out of nowhere, a sudden flash struck Wanzhang from behind. His body convulsed and his armor flickered.
In an instant, his transformation was canceled. His Rider form shattered into particles of light, leaving him panting heavily in his human state.
"Wanzhang!" Gris cried out in alarm. "What happened?! Who attacked you?!"
"I… I don't know," Wanzhang groaned, clutching his shoulder. "But someone's here."
From the nearby overpass, a shadowy figure emerged slowly. The air grew heavier with each step he took.
Gris turned sharply, his jaw tightening.
And then the figure revealed itself.
A Rider clad in sleek armor stood tall, exuding an ominous aura.
"Kamen Rider Foundry…" Gris whispered.
The Rider's voice echoed coldly. "The Shining Energy Bottle… danger level seven."
The revelation sent shockwaves through both the battlefield and the Three Realms' audience.
For a long moment, silence reigned. No one dared to breathe.
Then the super chat erupted.
Funina: "Wait—what?! Another Foundry?! How is this even possible?!"
March Seven: "(baeh) No way, this is unreal!"
Firefly: "That voice… listen carefully. It's not Battle Rabbit. Someone else has transformed!"
Yae Shenzi: "Exactly. But who is he?!"
Hanabi: "Things are getting more interesting by the second."

Meanwhile, across the nation, Ebert—disguised in the form of Mido—stood before countless citizens, delivering a speech to the entire country. His voice was solemn, dignified, and full of carefully constructed sincerity.
"The war that claimed countless lives has finally ended," he declared.
"Our nation is unified at last. I refuse to allow such tragedy to ever happen again."
His words tugged at the people's hearts. They erupted into applause, shouting with tears in their eyes.
"Yes! This is what we've been waiting for!"
"Finally… peace!"
Ebert raised his hand for silence and continued. "From today forward, all weapons not used purely for self-defense will be abolished. No more bloodshed!"
The crowd's excitement grew even louder. Cheers filled the streets, people embracing as if the nightmare was finally over.
"We have lived divided by the towering Sky Wall for too long," Ebert continued. "But that era ends today. Now, we must stand united as one people!"
In countless locations across the land, hundreds clapped until their hands burned, their faces shining with unshakable smiles.
But elsewhere, the news reported a darker truth.
"Kamen Riders in the East, West, and North Metropolis have banded together," a reporter announced grimly. "They've formed an anti-government army… and a riot has already broken out in the Eastern Metropolitan Area."
Misora quickly pointed at the screen. "Look, Battle Rabbit!"
Gris's expression turned cold. "They're painting us as rebels now. The government is branding us as traitors."
Sayu's voice trembled as she added, "In Area B, anti-government forces are wreaking havoc everywhere. The situation is getting worse!"
Wanzhang's fists clenched tightly. His voice carried grim resolve. "It's a trap. They're using this to bait us… but we can't just sit back and do nothing."
Battle Rabbit's eyes narrowed. His voice was calm yet firm. "Of course not. We'll fight."
He turned toward Gris. "I'll leave Area B to you."
Then he faced Steve. "Let's head to Area E."
Steve nodded. "Right."

When Battle Rabbit and Steve arrived at the chaotic battlefield in Area E, Utsumi was already waiting with a squad of enforcers.
Utsumi sneered coldly, "You Riders never learn. Do you dare make yourselves enemies of the nation?"
"We don't fear you," Battle Rabbit said in a low voice.
Utsumi barked a bitter laugh. "Fight all you want—it's meaningless. Kamen Riders are useless relics of the past!"
But Battle Rabbit stepped forward, his eyes blazing with determination.
"If Ebert intends to steal the future we've fought for… then fighting is not meaningless. It's our duty!"
His words carried a weight that stirred Steve's heart. He remembered his late father's teachings, the promise he had sworn to uphold.
"You're right," Steve said solemnly. "We cannot let it end like this. To defeat Ebert… to rebuild this country… I will fulfill my mission with everything I have!"
"Kamen Riders will never die!"
Utsumi's smirk faltered. "Pathetic. I've already logged every bit of your combat data. You don't stand a chance."
Both Battle Rabbit and Steve activated their systems simultaneously. A blinding pink blade of energy erupted, crackling with unstoppable force.
They charged forward together.
When their blades collided with Utsumi's, the impact unleashed a thunderous explosion. Shockwaves tore through the streets, shattering glass and sending rubble flying.
Utsumi was flung backward, his armor cracking.
"What… what is this?!" he cried out, his eyes wide with disbelief. "I had your data! I should have predicted your every move! Why are you still stronger?!"
Battle Rabbit's voice was calm, resolute. "Because the Knight System cannot be measured by numbers or simulations."
Steve added, "It's fueled by the belief that we must protect the future entrusted to us. That belief makes us stronger than any data ever could."
Their words cut deeper than their blades.
Rising together, Battle Rabbit and Steve launched into the air, their bodies gleaming with power.
"Rider Double Kick!"
"The End of Genius!"
Their combined strike tore through Utsumi's defenses, blasting him across the plaza. His armor shattered, exposing his true form.
"No… no! This can't be happening! I don't accept this!" Utsumi roared desperately, clawing at the ground as if to deny reality.
But it was too late. His defeat was undeniable.
The audience of the Three Realms erupted in cheers and laughter.
"Serves him right!"
"Utsumi was utterly destroyed! That was so satisfying to watch!"
"Haha! His defenses couldn't last a second against them!"
On the screen, the smoke cleared.
But before the Riders could celebrate, a sharp crack split the air. Bullets rained down, forcing Battle Rabbit and Steve to dodge.
A familiar, chilling presence stepped forward through the haze.
Kamen Rider Foundry approached slowly, his visor glowing ominously.
"That's right," he said in a cold, merciless tone. "The Knight System was never built for pretty ideals or foolish dreams."
