"Has she finally fallen asleep?" Michael asked as he walked in and Noah raised his head, nodding. "Hah, it was about time." He sat on the bed next to Noah and crossed his legs. "This little rascal has a lot of energy stored up. I heard kids all have such vast energy stored up. I almost feel bad for their teacher."
As soon as he said that, they both laughed softly, not wanting to wake her up.
"Michael," Noah suddenly called, the atmosphere shifting to a rather heavy and sad point. "I took too long, didn't I?"
"Hm?"
Michael tilted his head.
What was he on about now?
"Olivia said she couldn't give you all the love you needed because she was too small, and because of that you were always sad." He explained. "She didn't have a lot of love to give and now she wants me, who is very big, to give you the love I have so you won't be sad anymore."
Michael stayed silent.
