It was the same girl whose quirk directly sent the pain to a person's brain.
Shigure had once been captured by her and almost had his limb cut off.
"Fuck." He sighed, glancing at Momo, who was looking apologetic.
She didn't think that raising a flag actually works. Three times in a row.
'If I say, will All Might—'
"DON'T", Shigure stopped her. Momo stopped her thought process. She was playing with fire.
"Aren't you overreacting?"
"What if you have a secret quirk or some form of side effect of your quirk?"
That shut Momo up.
Seeing that as a cue, Seiko finally spoke. "You remind me of someone... I don't remember where, but I do remember playing with you before. I saw you on TV after escaping. Did some research and I am here."
Shigure frowned. 'It seems her memories about 'Heretic Smasher' were only erased. I will need to talk to Keigo later.'
"Wait, is she?" Momo turned her head towards Shigure, asking for confirmation.
Shigure nodded. He had told her about this encounter.
'I am more worried about whether she has some accomplices. Even without using my quirk, I could now defeat her. But things would be difficult if she messed with my locker.' Shigure was prepared for the worst-case encounter. The day was already quite unlucky so far.
He glanced at the cameras. Broken.
Momo's body relaxed. "Wait, isn't she too weak?" She wasn't even looking at Seiko.
That was when the latter moved, her hand rushing to touch Momo.
Shigure wanted to warn, but he stopped himself. 'Will be a good lesson for Momo.' He internally gave himself a thumbs up.
He definitely was not doing it 'coz Momo had raised flags 3 times in the last few hours.
"Aren't you little cocky?" Seiko stretched her hand towards Momo.
She wasn't able to spectate their battle, but knew that two of them had to have some skill. Shigure was already pretty skilled during their last encounter. So, she had decided to meet him when he was supposed to be tired.
"Huh?" Seiko's hand touched something cold and metallic—not skin.
Momo smirked. "So predictable."
"AGHhhhhh..."
Shigure looked at her with a deadpan.
'Right, I forgot. She already knows her quirk. Then again, even if she didn't, the result wouldn't have really changed much.'
Seiko's limbs were twitching on the ground. She was literally shocked when she touched Momo. She hadn't touched the skin, but the object Momo made on the spot.
"So... you were the one who tortured him..." For a second, Seiko watched Momo's eyes darken before turning back to cheerful.
"It's a shame that I just got a provisional license. If we were in a different setting... this would have been so much fun." Momo said regretfully. Seiko internally thanked the gods.
Shigure opened his locker and quickly devoured chocolate bars before activating 'Speed Up' on his body.
This will help him quickly digest it and get energy.
Each bite was quick, as if he might not get any other chance to eat chocolate.
Most of his quirk abilities could be just used on a person's body without affecting their mental state.
This is how the people who are put in a Loop by Shigure remember the memories of the previous loop.
"Finally 100, with backup." He sighed in relief.
He glanced at Seiko, who was out cold on the ground.
Soon, both of them got ready. Meanwhile authorities came up and took her away. Shigure, just in case, sent a message to Keigo about the situation.
They left the exam centre.
"Where is your car?"
"I am taking the metro today."
Shigure raised his eyebrow. "You and metro? Have you ever travelled in it before?"
"This would be my first time." Momo cheekily said.
Shigure deadpanned at her phrasing. "Guess, it's my bad luck that I have to be your first."
"Shad-dup." She lightly punched him on the shoulder.
Shigure rolled his eyes.
They travelled towards the station.
"Woah, that was fast." She said, showing her phone to Shigure.
It was her digital license.
"Yeah. Not really surprising coming from a hero organisation. They are not supposed to be late, no?" Shigure also checked his mail.
BOOOOMM
A loud sound reverberated throughout the entire street.
A man stepped out of a hole in the wall. He was carrying a black bag, some small strips of paper falling out of it now and then.
It was a bank robbery.
Shigure glanced at Momo. "It wasn't me!" She shouted while flapping her hands.
Shigure didn't stop staring. His eyes looked suspicious.
Meanwhile, the man was looking around. Suddenly, his earpiece buzzed.
"FUCK." Terror appeared on his face. He quickly rushed at both Shigure and Momo. His hands stretched out towards them.
Shigure felt his mobile along with various objects pulled towards him. They were in his pocket, so Shigure's body started getting pulled towards the thief.
He almost tripped.
"Jeez. This guy is like a moth rushing towards the flames." Momo sighed in relief that Shigure stopped staring.
The next second, a circular object materialised in her hand. It flashed green.
"Huh?" The man's eyes widened. His quirk wasn't responding to him.
"So, it was really generating a magnetic field." He sharply turned toward the girl, who was looking at him with a deadpan expression.
'Is her quirk a natural counter to me? But didn't she just create something?' Feeling confused, he quickly stopped his charge and started retreating.
"Nope. Not on my watch." A taser materialised in her hand before the man found himself writhing on the ground, in agony.
Shigure raised a brow, "Is it even possible to create a taser without using metal or something?"
"Maybe or maybe not. Maybe that guy was too slow to use his quirk to seize that gun?" She smirked.
The money thief stopped writhing on the ground, knocked unconscious.
"I wonder why he decided to confront us head-on," Shigure muttered, staring at the man's earpiece.
He then looked at a group of police man approaching them.
Some of them quickly restrained the thief while one of them confronted them.
"Kids. I appreciate that you apprehended him. However, we need to verify if you used your quirk in pure self-defence or not."
It was illegal to use your quirk on non-private property for non-self-defence related cases. The rule was lax for cases like this, especially when kids are involved. So, Shigure and Momo would probably be released with a warning after the inquiry.
"Well, he did approach us and used his magnetic field to... I don't know why he used that? Maybe to make us panic or disorient us. So, I decided to knock him out." Momo said, showing her taser.
The police officer's face scrunched. "Girl. You should be careful about how you are framing your words. It's going to get you in trouble." 'Can't she just say that he attacked them, and it was self-defence. No need to be so honest.' He already felt the headache at the possibility of having to inquire about them.
Before he could say anything, somebody interrupted him.
"Fear not. I am here." Everyone turned their head towards the new arrival.
'So, that's why that guy was panicked. It means he has accomplices. That guy probably ran off already. I will mention that to the officer.' Shigure thought.
The man standing beside him was none other than Japan's Number 1 Hero.
The man who had single-handedly stopped so many crimes that everyone called him "Symbol of Peace."
A name which would make even the worst of villains pause. Lower-ranked ones were terrified when they heard his name.
"Woah. You are flashier in person." Shigure said, looking at the tall man.
All might's smile brightened. "I will take that as a compliment. It seems the situation was dealt with here. Did you two take care of this?"
The youngsters nodded.
"It's quite motivating to see future pillars of the country, however, you do know that breaking the law is bad. I hope it was just self-defence." He glanced at the officer, who straightened up.
"Technically, didn't break any laws. We have a provisional license. This was an emergency situation, so I don't see any problem." Momo replied to him, taking out her phone and showing the license.
All Might's face turned into surprise. So did the police officer's.
All might took the phone. "You are 14?..." Yagi blinked at the date of issue. He glanced at both of them.
"Are you guys just coming from the exams?"
Shigure shrugged. "Yeah. Our luck is bad today. This is the second time we encountered a villain after the exams were over. The first one was in the lockers." Shigure took out his phone.
'Guess, he didn't come on the call of association. Probably just a random encounter.' Shigure internally thought.
A few years ago, it wasn't that rare to see All Might in real life. At least it was possible to see him once a month or every 2 months.
The man was just that active. However, in the last few years, his activity has reduced significantly along with his area of operation.
"Is that so?" Yagi returned the phone to Momo before giving a glance at Shigure's.
"Wait. Are you Hatsune Shigure?"
Shigure blinked.

In a dark room, the light of multiple monitors illuminated the room.
A faceless man sat on a chair, looking at those screens.
On one screen, a kid could be seen holding a chainsaw and running towards Edgeshot.
On the other screen, he could be seen dispatching 5 people.
These were the scenes from today's provisional license exams. The man had somehow gotten his hands on them.
On a screen, a boy and a girl could be seen talking with All Might.
However, that didn't catch his attention. What caught was a blurry footage of the same boy getting stabbed in his heart by a blade, dropping like a doll with its threads cut.
Next instant, as if the video was put on reverse, the boy's body got up and the hole in his chest closed.
This video was being played on a loop. Repeating again and again. The man stared as if he would burn the screen with just his gaze.
Shigure might have thought that his luck was pretty bad during the Provisional Hero License Exam.
From not being able to take his chocolates in the exam, to facing Edgeshot in the exams. Then he faced the two villains while he was exiting the exam.
He might reflect on a later date about the absurdity of that day, and his suspicions would be proved right. All the events that day were no coincidence.
"I want his quirk." The man finally spoke. "With this... not only will I be healed but..." The man didn't complete the statement, already imagining the future.
He then looked back at the screen, at the individual's face.
"I must get his quirk before he gets into U.A." All for One smiled.
