Serena smiled mischievously at her husband who was very innocent when talking about punishment. She guessed that her husband must have imagined something that made them have to lock themselves in the room. However, what happened in the real world was different from what she imagined.
Asher was a little disappointed to receive a punishment from his wife that did not meet his expectations. He stared at a bucket filled with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. His wife gave him a spoon and did not continue talking about the punishment.
"So, my punishment is to finish my ice cream?" Asher asked in a high-pitched voice.
Serena lifted her head to touch her husband's chin with an intense gaze. "What kind of punishment do you want? I happened to not have time to finish the ice cream I bought earlier. It would be a shame if I didn't finish it."
"Still, I don't want the punishment to be just finishing ice cream," Asher whispered, turning his eyes away.
