A few minutes earlier.
IceQueen's back and forth pacing suddenly came to a stop when she caught sight of something in the ChaosKnight group chat.
[ChaosCleric: our scouts reported strange movements. They said they spotted several vehicles leaving the Broken Dawn camp and heading towards the east.]
IceQueen did not think too much about it at first. She assumed it was probably a hunting party. After all, it was quite common for camps out in the wilderness to venture deeper to hunt, especially since monsters were becoming scarce around their vicinity.
But then another report popped up in the group chat.
[ChaosKnightSidekick: I have been keeping an eye on the camp for some time. It seems Broken Heaven left with them as well, and they have been gone for hours now.]
When she read that last part, IceQueen's face twisted into a deep frown as she cursed under her breath.
"I knew that slippery bastard was up to no good. I have to report to the others."
