Tyrion snuck a few glances at Penelope, trying to read the mood she was in.
Penelope said that she was not angry, but now that they sat down, she was not looking at him.
"If there is something you wish to say, then say it. I won't ignore you," Penelope said, looking away from the window.
"I didn't know about Faye, and I am curious how you knew about her," Tyrion said.
"She sent a love letter to our home, and since we were on my parents' estate, it arrived in the letters meant for us, so I read it. I apologise for reading a letter addressed to you. I thought it was strange when I saw the name, but it was no excuse," Penelope said, knowing it was wrong.
"I can skip by you opening my letter, but I cannot understand why you didn't speak of it to me. What did you think I would say? Or, did you think it wouldn't matter?" Tyrion wondered.
