Riven saw the head of the adventurer flip through the air. Everything moved in slow motion, the air went stale, every breath felt like he was breathing fire, his eyes wide open, disbelief written all over his face.
As he watched the body of the adventurer hit the ground, he realized that the situation he had found himself in was more dire than he thought.
"You really thought running off after what you did would make us leave you?" the one in the middle asked. He gripped his sword tightly as he walked toward Riven.
"You used an advanced spell, kid. A kid your age should not know that, yet you did, so I'm sure you have a lot of good things to give us," he said.
'After what I just saw, these three men are really good. If I hold back even a little, I'm definitely going to die. I have to go all out.' Riven came to a conclusion in his mind.
