They all walked into the depths of the first floor, and though their weapons were out, they were relaxed. The first floor was not a serious threat, so they weren't too worried.
The first Lizardman spawned and rushed toward them. It was a seven-foot-tall lizard with slightly longer hands and legs compared to the average lizard. It was only able to take a few steps before an ice lance pierced through its chest and killed it.
Chloe stood behind her brother with her hand stretched out. They were all shocked at how quick and easily she had taken down the monster.
For some reason, Chloe glanced at Riven after she killed the monster. The monster decomposed and left behind the crystal, but before they could pick it up, they heard a loud screech, and in the next second, over fifty Lizardmen rushed from the depths of the dungeon.
"I don't think that's supposed to happen," Noel said, already getting into a fighting stance.
"It isn't, but we still have to fight through it," Robert said.
