Chapter 128 - 121) Regulus was again sliced into pieces.

(A/N: Another new chap! Yeaaaaa!)

...

{3rd Pov}

Subaru's next target was none other than the yapping self-proclaimed God, the man who had defeated Reinhardt in this twisted timeline.

This was the same lunatic who had dragged the Sword Saint into outer space as if it were nothing, the same man who had slaughtered elite forces from three different nations combined, harvesting their strength like he was some kind of sick Aura farmer playing at being Piccolo.

He was the one who tilted the war in the Sin Archbishops' favor almost single-handedly. Regulus Corneas.

The so-called "God of Stillness."

The root cause of why the Sin Archbishops, who should have been nothing more than an infestation, had actually won.

The reality was brutally simple: if not for Regulus interfering, Reinhardt alone would have been more than enough to wipe out every single Sin Archbishop without exception.

The Sword Saint was that overwhelming, that unstoppable. Even if there had been an absurd number of casualties in the process, Reinhardt would have been the one left standing.

That outcome was certain, a fact carved into stone.

Yet fate had twisted the battle in the worst way possible. Reinhardt had chosen Regulus as his opponent, and that single decision had led to his downfall.

Against any other opponent, Reinhardt would have triumphed.

But against Regulus? The moment their paths crossed, the tide was sealed.

Reinhardt had been decimated, humiliated, and in the end, he had been hurled into the void of space, left to drift helplessly in orbit around the sun like some shattered relic of glory.

Subaru could still picture it—Reinhardt, a man revered as a living legend, reduced to nothing more than cosmic debris.

'That is why,' Subaru thought with grim determination, 'matching opponents properly, choosing your battles based on strengths and weaknesses, is more important than anything else. It's the deciding factor between survival and annihilation.'

Now, standing in front of the mansion where Regulus lived with his countless wives, Subaru steeled himself.

He wasn't here to fight the so-called God. He would instead let Gloria who was itching for a fight to be Regulus to taste her axe.

No, his goal was different. What Subaru wanted was to copy the Authority of the man, to take for himself the very power that had made Regulus such a nightmare.

So instead of stepping forward to challenge him, Subaru released his daughter, who had been itching for a battle from the moment they arrived. She wanted blood, wanted to unleash her pent-up frustration, and this place was as good a stage as any.

"Mongrel! Come out!" Gloria bellowed, her commanding voice echoing across the mansion's grounds like a shockwave. "This concubine is here because of the rights that you have violated!"

The shout reverberated through the corridors of the mansion. Several of Regulus's many wives froze in their tracks upon hearing such brazen words spoken so openly, right outside the very heart of their residence.

It wasn't a statement—it was a declaration of war.

Inside, among the startled wives, one particular girl blinked in disbelief.

Felt, who had long since been drawn into Regulus's twisted orbit, stiffened at the voice.

She could hardly process it.

Who in their right mind would dare to stand at Regulus's doorstep and provoke him in such a reckless way? Who would have the audacity to spit defiance right into the face of certain death?

For a brief moment she hesitated, uncertainty freezing her steps.

Then, swallowing her hesitation, she moved toward the entrance.

Her hand lingered on the door before she pushed it open, revealing the figures standing outside.

There they were: one man and one woman.

The man had rare black hair, something almost never seen in Lugnica, suggesting he might be from Gusteko or some other distant land.

His sharp golden eyes gleamed with a strange intensity, both confident and calculating.

Beside him stood a woman whose beauty was almost unnatural.

Her long golden hair shimmered as though it were strands of molten metal, glowing with a luster that defied reality.

And yet, despite how surreal her appearance seemed, there was nothing fake about her.

The arrogant smirk curving her lips only enhanced her allure, making her seem untouchable, dangerous, and breathtaking all at once.

Subaru, sharp as ever, immediately recognized the girl who had opened the door. His gaze landed on Felt, and he couldn't hide his slight surprise.

To think that of all people, she would be the one the one he will meet as first as this world's Regulus' one of many wives.

And just as he noticed her, he caught something else too—the unnatural blankness in her expression. Her face was emotionless, devoid of spark, just like all the other wives enslaved by Regulus.

"W-Who… who are you?" Felt's voice trembled as she forced the words out, her eyes darting nervously between the two figures.

Fear was plain in her tone, though she tried to disguise it.

"I am Zero, the Witch Hunter," Subaru declared without hesitation, his voice carrying both authority and arrogance. "And this is my contracted Great Spirit of Yang, Gloria."

Felt's breath hitched.

The words caught her completely off guard.

Witch Hunter?

She blinked, almost unable to process it, and then her gaze shifted toward Gloria. Indeed, the overwhelming presence radiating from the woman was undeniable.

Power clung to her aura like a blazing inferno, impossible to mistake for anything ordinary.

But even as she acknowledged that, Felt's thoughts tangled in confusion.

Witch Hunter? Such a grandiose, pompous title sounded absurd.

To introduce oneself with such words seemed arrogant beyond belief, suspicious to the point of insanity.

What kind of lunatic would actually call themselves that with a straight face?

What Felt didn't realize, however, was that Subaru wasn't exaggerating in the slightest.

He was not just throwing around titles to make himself look important.

The truth was far more terrifying: Subaru really was a Witch Hunter.

He had faced the Witch of Envy and the Witch of Greed themselves, and he had "hunted" them.

Not in the conventional sense, not by cutting them down with a blade, but in his own unintentional way—by making them fall for him, ensnaring them with his very existence until they became infatuated beyond escape.

'Even if he bore the power of a Great Spirit, did this man really think he could stand against Regulus?' Felt clenched her fists in frustration, her chest tightening as the thought burned in her mind.

Was he here to fight Regulus head-on? Did this so-called Witch Hunter come to carve his own death sentence with his bare hands?

Her heart sank at the absurdity of it.

If even Reinhardt, the strongest man alive, the invincible Sword Saint, had been unable to overcome Regulus Corneas, then what hope did this man have?

Twenty thousand elite soldiers had been wiped out like ants, obliterated without resistance, while Reinhardt himself had vanished most possibly dead. If he couldn't stand against Regulus, then no one could.

"If you don't want to die by angering Husband-sama, then leave immediately," Felt said in a neutral, almost robotic tone.

Her words were flat and devoid of emotion, but what truly startled Subaru was not the warning itself—it was the way her voice matched perfectly with the tone used by Regulus's other wives.

It was as if her individuality had been erased, overwritten, leaving only a puppet parroting loyalty to her captor.

"Leave?" Gloria scoffed sharply, her golden eyes narrowing into slits as her lips curved into a mocking grin.

"I won't leave until I have that mongrel's head decorating the ground beneath my feet." Her voice carried not only fury but also a sharp edge of contempt as she locked her gaze on the source of the suffocating miasma that was steadily approaching them.

Whoever it was, they weren't rushing, weren't charging with urgency—it was as if the man was taking a casual stroll, entirely unconcerned about who dared challenge him.

"Fine. Then you can die," Felt replied coldly, stepping aside with the intent to rush off and warn the other wives of Regulus.

But before she could act further, her entire demeanor shifted in an instant.

She froze mid-step, quickly lowered her head, and bowed deeply.

Around the entrance, the other wives who had been watching also snapped into obedience.

Every single one of them halted as though controlled by invisible strings, standing stiff and rigid as the sound of footsteps filled the tense silence.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

The sharp, methodical sound of Regulus's boots echoed against the ground as he finally emerged. His presence radiated arrogance.

He walked without the slightest sign of concern, unbothered by the hostile aura lingering in the air. It was the casual gait of a man who believed himself untouchable.

Even Subaru, who had prepared himself mentally for this confrontation, couldn't help but acknowledge inwardly, with bitter annoyance, that this man's existence really was overflowing with aura.

He was practically farming it by just existing, drawing attention, commanding fear, feeding off the atmosphere like it was his personal stage.

"Who might you be?! Do you n—" Regulus began in his usual pompous manner, his voice carrying the arrogance of someone who expected everyone around him to listen.

But before he could even finish his first sentence of self-indulgent yapping, Gloria had already moved.

With a sharp flick of her wrist, she summoned her massive axe, the weapon materializing instantly with a surge of force.

Without hesitation, she hurled it directly at him.

The axe spun violently in the air, its polished surface flashing as it revolved, heading straight toward Regulus's smug face.

Boom!

The ground beneath Regulus's feet cracked violently as he raised his hand to catch the incoming weapon, the shockwave from the attempted strike blasting through the courtyard.

Felt stumbled backwards from the impact alone, her balance nearly lost as dust and fragments scattered.

But despite the force behind the throw, the axe froze unnaturally just a few centimeters away from Regulus's palm, as though caught in an invisible suspension of time.

"To attack me when I am speaking!" Regulus exploded in anger, his voice booming with outrage.

His eyes blazed as he ranted, "This is a blatant violation of my rights! Do you truly have no sense of basic manners, no concept of how one should properly greet another when addressing them?!"

Subaru moved before the pompous tirade could continue.

In an instant, he teleported directly in front of Regulus, his movement swift and decisive. Without a second's hesitation, he raised his hand and—

Thud!

—slapped him across the face.

The sound was sharp, humiliating, and utterly clear.

Regulus staggered backwards, falling onto the ground with an expression of absolute disbelief.

The slap itself was weak compared to the force of the axe that had just been hurled at him, laughably light in comparison to Gloria's assault.

But unlike her attack, Subaru's strike actually connected. It landed on Regulus's cheek, bypassing the very Authority he had believed made him invincible.

Gasps filled the area.

Every single one of Regulus's wives, along with Regulus himself, bore witness to the impossible sight: a visible palm print forming across his cheek.

His hand instinctively rose to touch it, and when his fingers brushed the stinging red mark, he flinched.

Pain. Actual, undeniable pain.

"You talk too much," Subaru said coldly, his words simple but cutting like a blade.

Regulus trembled. His body shook, not only with fury but with something deeper.

For the first time, there was nervousness in his eyes, shock breaking through his arrogance, and even a faint glimmer of fear creeping into his expression.

"H-How?! How were you able to bypass my Authority?!" Regulus shouted, his voice cracking with disbelief.

He pointed his finger at Subaru as if accusing him of committing some unspeakable crime. "This is unacceptable! This is a grave violation of my rights as a Sin Archbishop!"

"Rights? Rights? Rights?!" Subaru snapped back, his voice mocking and sharp. He leaned forward, sneering in a way that mirrored Regulus's own yapping tone. "How about, instead of whining endlessly about your rights, we start listing off your wrongs?"

Subaru then reached out without hesitation and clamped his hand down on Regulus's shoulder.

Creak.

The sound of his grip tightening was audible, sharp and suffocating. Regulus froze in place, his bravado cracking as fear flooded through him.

He could feel it—the raw strength in Subaru's hand, pressing down on him, a grip so strong that he couldn't simply dismiss it as an illusion.

"I… Impossible…" Regulus muttered, his voice trembling, his confidence collapsing piece by piece.

"Seriously?" Subaru raised an eyebrow, unimpressed. "Hearing you spit out the word 'impossible' twice in a row is kind of pathetic. Once is enough. Any more and it starts to sound like whining."

Releasing his grip with deliberate casualness, Subaru stepped back slightly and cast a sharp glance at Gloria, signaling her silently. The air between them was heavy, charged with unspoken meaning.

"Gloria, he's your prey," Subaru instructed firmly, his tone sharp and commanding. "Don't fight him here in the city. Lure him away. Take him toward the destroyed portion of the city first, and from there, drive him outside entirely. Keep the collateral damage to a minimum."

Gloria gave a curt nod in acknowledgment, her golden eyes flashing with anticipation.

"You! How dare you ignore me?!" Regulus roared, his face twisting in indignation. His outrage boiled over, his arrogance flaring as he regained a fragment of his composure.

Fueled by fury, he stomped against the ground with explosive force, shattering the floor beneath his feet.

The impact launched a massive tile like a projectile, propelling it toward Subaru at supersonic speed.

The chunk of stone smashed directly into Subaru's body. The impact was deafening, the air cracking with the force.

To Regulus's utter shock, Subaru remained unharmed—instead the projectile despite being frozen in time crumbled into dust as it touched him.

"What?!" Regulus gasped, disbelief widening his eyes.

At that exact moment, Gloria struck.

Without hesitation, she swung her Divine Axe Rita with brutal precision.

The weapon cleaved through the air like a meteor, slamming directly into Regulus's body and hurling him skyward. His form was launched upward violently, his body spinning out of control.

Gloria wasted no time.

Her figure flickered, teleporting in an instant to meet him midair.

With a ruthless snarl, she swung again, smashing the flat of her axe and blasting Regulus across the city skyline.

His body crashed straight toward the ruined sector of the city—the wasteland of rubble and shattered buildings left behind by earlier conflicts.

Meanwhile, Subaru was focused elsewhere.

His attention wasn't only on the battle.

He was preparing for the real task: eliminating Regulus's hidden hearts stored inside the bodies of his countless wives.

If he didn't deal with those, killing Regulus outright would be impossible.

He glanced at the destroyed part of the city and just to be sure that there was no one there he spread his Aura thin, scanning meticulously through the wreckage of the devastated city blocks.

Then he caught it.

A faint flicker. A nearly undetectable pulse hidden beneath layers of debris, barely noticeable even to him.

If not for the fact that he had performed one final, cautious sweep with his Aura, he would have missed it entirely. Subaru who was taken aback by it quickly shifted his focus.

Without hesitation, he teleported.

Far away, Regulus crashed violently through a mound of rubble, stone and dust exploding in every direction.

He struggled to regain his balance, coughing in fury as he forced himself upright. His pristine arrogance was cracking, his composure slipping as he tried to reassert control.

"Hahaha! Mongrel!" Gloria's mocking laughter rang out as she descended from above. She landed with force, her golden hair blazing under the sun as her massive axe floated menacingly at her side. "Prepare to be punished for your crimes!"

"How dare you! How dare you infringe on my—" Regulus began his usual tirade, but the words were cut short.

Gloria's axe flew before he could finish. Rita gleamed brilliantly, its entire form glowing with divine radiance as it spun forward.

The weapon slammed into Regulus with a thunderous crash, sending him skidding backward.

This time, however, things were different.

His clothes ripped apart under the impact, fabric shredded as a shallow wound carved itself across his body.

Regulus's eyes widened in shock.

His Authority—the one that froze time for himself, rendering him untouchable by the world's phenomena—had been pierced.

Not completely nullified as of yet, but clearly bypassed.

Divine Axe Rita was cutting through the impossible, pushing against the very concept of his invincibility.

Hovering above him, Gloria's figure blazed with light as she soared into the sky again, her weapon spinning and orbiting like a predator circling its prey.

She had already locked onto Regulus, and there was no hesitation in her pursuit.

She would chase him until there was nothing left to stand.

From afar, Subaru observed the clash carefully.

Subaru sighed as he watched.

The injury made it clear that even a half-powered strike from Divine Axe Rita was enough to break through Regulus. It might not be sufficient to kill him outright, but it would certainly be more than enough to bring him down and secure victory.

Yet Subaru didn't allow himself the luxury of distraction. The battle was one thing, but the matter of the person whose aura he detected remained.

His Aura guided him once more to the collapsing rubble where someone lay buried, her body weak and frail, moments away from being crushed under the shifting weight of stone.

Subaru teleported instantly, appearing in the heart of the crumbling ruins.

Without hesitation, he reached forward, pulling the woman into his arms just as the debris gave way.

Stone and dust collapsed around them, but he had already teleported again, vanishing with her before the wreckage consumed them both.

The battle between Gloria and Regulus raged above, but Subaru's mission was far from over.

"Damn, Gloria is really going overboard this time," Subaru muttered with visible frustration as he glanced at the chaos in the distance.

He let out a sigh, his shoulders tensing.

Still, he made no move to stop her. 'Fine. I'll let her have her fun with Regulus. Once she's satisfied, I'll finish this quickly by hunting down the other Sin Archbishops as fast as possible.'

Despite how Gloria appeared—an adult woman with the physical presence and mannerisms of someone seasoned in battle—Subaru could never forget the truth.

In reality, she was barely a year old. A child.

While She hadn't been born from him, but she was shaped by fragments of his own memories, and that didn't change the fact of her age.

Her arrogance, her ferocity, even her impulsive nature—they were all things Subaru had chosen not to correct. He wasn't in a rush to erase those traits.

Because deep down, he wanted her to grow on her own.

To make her own mistakes, to form her own sense of self.

To become more than just an extension of what he wants.

Even if she retained her current personality as long as she was more sensible and mature he would be satisfied.

Shaking his head, Subaru turned his focus back to the woman he had just pulled from the collapsing rubble.

One look at her left him unsettled.

Her body was frail, her frame weak, and her condition utterly miserable.

She was trembling slightly in his arms, her breath shallow and uneven.

Pity welled up inside Subaru almost instantly, unbidden but impossible to ignore.

'Did a Sin Archbishop do this to her?' he thought grimly, his eyes narrowing as he examined her closely.

Her vitality was nearly nonexistent, her aura faint and flickering as though she was barely clinging to life.

"Are you okay, miss?" Subaru asked softly, genuine worry in his voice.

He quickly moved a safe distance away from the battlefield, putting as much space between them and the ongoing clash as he could.

With careful movements, he prepared to lay her down gently on a spare bedroll he was about to take out from any of the houses nearby, already planning to heal her injuries with what methods he could.

But then, as he adjusted her position, something caught his eye. He froze.

'Wait… that hair color… those eyes…'

His golden irises widened in recognition, disbelief washing over his expression.

The contrast between who she was and the broken state she was in now nearly made him recoil.

"Wait a minute… You're Anastasia Hoshin?!" Subaru exclaimed in shock, staring down at her as though he couldn't believe the words himself.

It was her. But barely.

Her once vibrant body was now gaunt, emaciated to the point that her bones pressed against her skin.

Her complexion was ghostly pale, not the healthy shade he remembered. Her lips were cracked, her breathing ragged, the obvious signs of prolonged starvation clear as day.

What struck Subaru most was her face.

There were dried trails of blood staining her cheeks, lines that originated from her eyes. His heart sank as the realization hit him: she was blind.

At least partially. Her left eye was completely clouded, robbed of sight.

"Y… You… remember… me?" Anastasia whispered weakly. The words slipped out with great difficulty, each syllable carrying the weight of her exhaustion.

Her voice was faint, fragile, and yet desperate enough to cling to recognition.

Subaru's chest tightened.

He didn't know what had brought her to this state, what horrors she had endured to be reduced to this shell of herself. But even in her brokenness, there was a flicker of the woman he once knew.

And then, as if the confirmation of his memory had given her peace, Anastasia's lips curved into a small, faint smile.

It was a fragile expression, but one filled with relief—as if simply being remembered had been her final wish.

Before Subaru could say anything else, her body went limp in his arms. She had lost consciousness.

Subaru wasted no time.

Without hesitation, he extended his Shadow Hands, tearing straight through the walls of a nearby house as if the material was nothing more than paper.

His black tendrils snaked inside, grabbing hold of a bed with a thick, comfortable mattress.

He dragged it out and set it to the side, carefully placing the unconscious Anastasia down on it so she wouldn't have to suffer on the cold ground.

Just to make absolutely sure of her condition, Subaru activated the Authority of Lust, scanning her existence and her aura.

His golden eyes narrowed the moment the results became clear. Anastasia's aura was flickering and rapidly turning grey—a clear signal that she was already on the brink of death. If nothing was done, she wouldn't last more than a few minutes.

"Damn it… she doesn't have much time," Subaru muttered under his breath, his jaw tightening.

Immediately, he attempted to intervene.

He used his Authority of Lust, forcefully turning her dying aura from a deathly grey into a vibrant green. Her spiritual flame stabilized, but even with that, her body did not heal. Her injuries remained.

This reminded Subaru of a frustrating truth about the Authority of Lust: it only restored people to their peak physical condition after death.

It could heal someone perfectly, but only if they died first. If he wanted to, Subaru could simply kill Anastasia on the spot, then resurrect her instantly, bringing her back completely healed.

It was an option—but one he wasn't comfortable using.

Instead, Subaru took a different approach.

He combined multiple forces at once—his Authority of Transformation, the flow of his Ki, the energy of his Aura, and the structured patterns of healing magic.

He poured his very life force into her, forcing his vitality into her body.

Her once pale, starved figure filled back out as flesh regained color and life.

The gauntness in her face receded, replaced by the healthy softness of living skin.

Her destroyed left eye regenerated completely, restoring her lost vision.

Her internal injuries mended one after another, knitting together as though they had never been damaged.

Cuts, bruises, scars—all of them vanished.

Piece by piece, Anastasia Hoshin was being returned to the state she once was in.

Subaru didn't stop until her breathing became steady and consistent, the irregular weak gasps replaced by calm, strong inhalations.

Only then did he finally exhale in relief, sweat dripping down his forehead.

Meanwhile, at the edge of the city, Gloria stood proudly, clutching her Divine Axe Rita.

She grinned with wild anticipation, eyes blazing with arrogance as the golden light of the weapon illuminated the battlefield.

"Bathe in his blood, Rita!" she shouted triumphantly, her voice carrying far and wide.

The Divine Axe instantly began to glow with an overwhelming golden radiance.

The brilliance was so intense that everyone within the city and even outside its borders could see it.

The light was impossible to ignore, a declaration of her power for all to witness.

With a sharp movement, Gloria hurled Rita directly at Regulus.

Regulus, gritting his teeth in fury, reacted quickly.

He tore several massive trees straight out of the ground with sheer force and flung them in the axe's path.

But these weren't ordinary trees—his Authority froze them in time.

That meant they were now indestructible objects, unaffected by physical or magical laws, an eternal obstacle in Rita's way.

For a brief moment, it seemed to work. The axe struck the frozen trees and stopped—just for a second.

But then, with an ear-splitting sound, Rita cut through them as if they were nothing but blocks of butter.

And that wasn't all.

After each obstacle, the axe spun faster and faster. It cut through one frozen tree, then accelerated and destroyed the next, and then even faster still as it tore apart the next.

The Divine Axe Rita's momentum grew exponentially, shredding obstacle after obstacle without losing speed or force.

Soon, it was upon Regulus himself.

Panic shot through the Sin Archbishop's eyes.

Realizing his tricks weren't enough, he turned to run, but it was already far too late.

Rita didn't simply chase him—it hunted him, accelerating to a velocity that seemed to surpass light itself.

In the blink of an eye, the weapon sliced through his body.

Regulus froze mid-step, his entire figure locking up as though time had abandoned him instead.

Then, his body fell into two perfect halves, cleanly divided from head to toe.

No blood spilled out due to his still-active Authority of Stillness, but the damage was absolute.

His form remained eerily pristine, yet his condition was beyond repair.

For all intents and purposes, Regulus Corneas was finished.

Back with Anastasia, Subaru carefully carried her into another house for safety. Leaving her there, stabilized and breathing soundly, he turned his attention back to unfinished business.

Teleporting instantly to Regulus' mansion, he appeared before the wives who were still carrying his heart.

Before they could even register his presence, Subaru acted. Invisible Providence lashed out with precise, lightning-fast strikes.

He crushed Regulus' heart within one wife's body.

It instantly transferred to another—but Subaru was faster. Again and again, with blinding speed, he destroyed it each time it appeared.

In mere seconds, the cycle ended.

The heart was obliterated from every vessel.

Then Subaru teleported to the battlefield where Regulus had fallen.

The moment he arrived, the suspended body of the Sword Saint convulsed violently.

His chest erupted in a grotesque explosion of blood and organs, the result of Regulus' Authority finally being undone.

The flow of time on Regulus' body had resumed, releasing all the fatal damage he had accumulated in a single, horrific instant.

His soul had also been annihilated, guaranteeing that even reincarnation would never be possible. Regulus Corneas, one of the strongest men in the world, was truly dead.

At the same moment, Gloria landed triumphantly, holding Rita tightly, her expression gleaming with expectation. She looked at Subaru with eager eyes, waiting for his acknowledgment.

Subaru's gaze shifted to her, but before speaking, he noticed something.

From Regulus' corpse, a dark, suffocating energy emerged—the Witch Factor of Greed.

It surged outward, but before it could disperse, it shot toward Subaru.

Without hesitation, Subaru absorbed it.

The Witch Factor of Greed within him devoured Regulus' Witch factor of Greed, consuming it entirely until nothing of the Authority remained.

Finally, Subaru turned back to Gloria. He raised a hand and patted her gently on the head. "You did a good job, Gloria."

Her expression immediately brightened, her arrogant grin turning into an innocent giggle.

She beamed at him like a child basking in praise from a parent.

If anyone in the world had witnessed the scene, they would have been unable to comprehend it.

A young girl—who looked and acted more like a spoiled child than a warrior—had just slain one of the most dangerous beings alive.

And the man who orchestrated the entire downfall of Regulus Corneas, one of the greatest threats in history, was casually treating the whole matter like a family moment.

But the truth was undeniable.

The world's balance had shifted. The Sin Archbishop of Greed, Regulus Corneas, was dead.

And the shock of this revelation was about to send ripples across the entire world.

'Though I won't be here to witness it', Subaru thought.

To be continued...

(A/N: I have deleted my minecraft server...

I was playing RL craft, found a dragon which was actually near my base. Then I tamed it and was riding alongside it, exploring everything. Then I found a structure, there was a mini boss nearby but I had my armour and dragon by my side, I thought dragon will take care of it and so just dismounted when I got trapped in bushes.

Game lagged and in a single hit I died, after that I respawned... My dragon was gone, even when I returned to that place. It neither return to me when I respawned as it usually should, or in the place where I died.

After that I tried many things, using the backups that I recently made but my dragon had glitched out.

If that wasn't enough I later died at same place when I teleported to waystone which was inside the house btw, to get my new armour enchanted as mob was selling mending book, and I had like 39 levels on myself.

I teleported like seven blocks outside, then when I got the house the fucking mini-boss somehow killed me without breaking any block. Undoubtedly a glitch.

I got so angry that I freaking deleted the server, not the world... The entire damn server.

*Sigh*

The thing is should I get it back? I have the raw file of server and an previous version of the world as backup. But since it doesn't save character progress I will have to start from beginning which means I will need over 400 levels that I spent on my progress.

Or I can just go throw my trash can to get back the separate files of my server with other trash in it.

Seriously I am no mood in playing that game, but the effort and days I wasted on that.

I seriously spent like 400 levels on my character progress.
