All of them were sitting around the table having dinner. Daniel didn't say a word the entire time, though his gaze occasionally fell on Diana.
He had already figured out the situation, and it wasn't hard for him to realize that even this so-called friend of his mother was probably just getting close to her to gather information, or something similar.
Still, he decided not to say anything, at least for now, choosing silence. Though honestly, it was mostly because he couldn't see through the power level of that woman, Diana's older sister and his mother's friend.
Whenever he tried to read her strength, it felt like staring into an endless abyss, and that alone made him frown.
Even when facing an S-Rank Awakened, he had never felt something like that. It meant that this woman was definitely beyond S-Rank. In his current state, it would be pure stupidity to pick a fight with someone like her.
