"What kind of beings are dragons?" Daniel asked while flying through the sky, glancing at the distant horizon.
"On the outside, they are cold, serious, bad-tempered, and authoritative. But on the inside, they can be warm and kind beings, of course, if they like you," Evangelin answered without hesitation.
An hour ago, they had opened a spatial rift inside the palace toward the Divine Forest. However, unfortunately, they could only use that rift to reach the entrance of the forest.
To go any further, they had to fly on their own. And from the looks of it, the dragons lived in the deepest and farthest point of this continent.
Finn was flying alongside them as well, right behind them.
"You're sure they won't kill me, right?" Daniel asked seriously. No matter how powerful he was and how many trump cards he had, he seriously doubted he could escape from dragons.
"No."
Evangelin's answer only made him more worried. There truly was no certainty that the dragons wouldn't kill him.
