"Wait! Did you hear that?" asked Aiden, shocked.
The man did not expect that Rachel, still on his back, had heard Aiden and Aetherna's talk and seen the goddess. Rachel only responded with a faint smile on her lips.
"Sorry. I feel bad asking you directly when you're talking to her," Rachel explained, softly.
Aiden shook his head as he sighed quietly, not expecting anyone else to hear and see that moment. However, it was lucky for Aiden that the one who heard him was Rachel.
With Rachel's personality, Aiden was confident the dark-haired girl would not cause any trouble about this in the future.
Just as Aiden was still holding the girl, Aiden's back felt a small vibration coming from Rachel. The man turned his head, Rachel's eyes glowing back into the dark elemental aura.
'She's hungry,' Aiden explained.
Rachel's face turned red when Aiden realized the sound of her hungry stomach. She tried to bury her face so as not to be constantly seen by her master.
