Before Xavier could stop his brother, Killian rushed out of the room, fuming in rage that shook the palace.
Xavier tried to go after him but it was too late. "Fuck!" He cursed, raking his hands through his hair in frustration. The witch had said Killian should avoid killing anyone until the eclipse moon, but there was a hundred percent chance that Killian was going out to not just find Enzo but to kill anyone that crossed his path.
"Have the city go on an immediate lockdown now. Whoever steps out at this moment will face the consequences of their own actions." Xavier mindlinked the Beta. Thankfully, he had not left yet. As the link disconnected, he clenched his fist hard, grinding his teeth against each other as he fumed in rage. How foolish of him to have trusted Enzo. How foolish of both of them.
