"Fat Ro is right. If he dares set foot on Island 21, we'll join forces and kill him!" The lean, muscular pirate Old Dog declared.
At this point, some among the pirates recognized the three's identities!
"They're... 'Jackal' pirate crew captain Old Dog! 'Bloody Hand' pirate crew captain Fat Ro! And 'Giant Strength' pirate crew captain Mok!" one pirate exclaimed.
"Are they really the South Blue Trio?! They're said to be the three most outstanding pirate crews from the South Blue—called the strongest sea—in recent years! Especially 'Jackal's' bounty has reached 340 million. Even in the New World, that's considered quite impressive," another pirate blurted out.
"I heard 'Jackal' Old Dog consumed the Jackal-Jackal Fruit. Though it's not a particularly powerful fruit, they say 'Jackal' has developed his Devil Fruit ability to the 'Awakened' level! And I heard he's naturally brutal—in the South Blue, he once massacred an entire town's population! We should stay away from him!" "A Marine," the pirate answered without thinking.
"And what's your identity?" Kai continued asking.
"A pirate," the pirate continued answering without hesitation.
Seeing that this pirate still wore an innocent, confused expression, Kai's mouth twitched. Even after explaining to this extent, he still couldn't understand. With this level of intelligence, how did he even survive to reach Sabaody Archipelago?
"I'm a Marine, you're a pirate. Isn't eliminating you all a matter of course?"
Kai couldn't be bothered arguing with such an idiot any longer and directly kicked out. Without using any techniques, relying purely on the powerful wind from his leg, he sent the pirate flying.
"We have numbers! Don't be afraid!"
"Attack! Kill him!"
