Chapter 256 - Giant Returns! Myth Reappears!

A wisp of red light sank into the insect chrysalis.

Levi closed his eyes tightly, leaving only his Crimson Eyes to continuously magnify. After trying for a full month, Levi finally saw a scene.

In a remote black world, stood a magnificent palace. A plump white figure had its eyes closed, as if in slumber.

Seeming to sense someone's gaze.

It raised its head and looked around, its expression flustered.

"Damn it, I'm actually having a nightmare. With my current realm, it's impossible to dream while sleeping... I'm afraid a strong individual from the Nightmare World is targeting me.

I heard that Hela, representing the Void Sanctuary, openly killed the Gray Mist Monarch some time ago. I don't know what that woman is thinking, is she trying to imitate Nora? The problem is, Nora has a freak like the Twilight Hall Master as her trump card, what does she have? She's really courting death! It's one thing for her to cause trouble herself, but she's causing the Nightmare World to launch a great purge against the entire Multiverse, implicating those of us who just want to live peacefully."

What's wrong with this era? Nora's great defeat of the Nightmare let it know how insignificant the Myriad Races Council was, but it was too late for regrets.

It spread its avatars to the Multiverse, and then pondered day and night how to get This Venerable One to run away as well, but after trying various methods, none of them worked.

Forgotten Land.

This is a desolate land composed of several realms, filled with resource-poor worlds, similar to the slums of the Multiverse.

Wanderers who have lost their homes, Outlaws from various civilizations, or Darkness Zone pirates all settle here. This is a world for the forgotten.

Darkness Zone, somewhere in deep space.

Sword Qi stretching for thousands of miles submerged a dilapidated spaceship... A group of terrified pirates stood in place, looking at the Black Armor Swordsman, who said indifferently, "If you want to live, go follow Nora and turn yourselves in, repent and start anew."

"Okay, we'll go to Nora."

"Thank you, sir, for your kindness!"

"We also want to go back, but we don't have the ability."

"If you need to explore this place, we can guide you."

This group of Darkness Zone pirates were all human Wizards.

They were descendants of ancient traveling Wizards who, for various reasons, remained here, branching out and forming a force no less powerful than a top Wizard organization, called the Ram Wizard Society.

Several high-level members were Eighth Ring Wizards, and there were more than twenty Primal Soul Wizards. They were quite familiar with the situation here, so Levi planned to subdue them.

The Eternal Star Abyss emerged, taking this group of Wizards into it. With the distance between here and Nora, they wouldn't be able to return even if they traveled for a lifetime.

Levi took out the artifact Shattered Jade Divine Spear, its surface flashing and trembling. Clearly, the entrance to the Giant Kingdom was here.

Suddenly, the Shattered Jade Divine Spear floated up automatically, then drew a high-speed rotating circle in the void, and a kaleidoscope-like portal appeared.

Leaving behind a contingency plan, Levi stepped into the Giant Kingdom. As soon as he entered, four powerful auras pressed down, all of them Tenth Ring!

Levi looked around. This space didn't seem like a traditional plane world. There was no sky, no earth, only blue frost walls, boundless and endless.

"Who are you?"

A Giant wrapped in crackling flames, wearing scarlet armor and a crown, holding a Scarlet Flame Giant Sword, stared down at Levi.

This was the Fire Giant King, Guman. If it didn't know that no one could enter here without ancestral tokens, it would have already attacked with its personality.

Levi chanted a spell, and the Frost Codex floated in the void, proving his identity: "I am the Twilight Hall Master, a friend of you all, and I mean no harm."

"Frost Codex, you have this thing? What is your relationship with the Frost Giant Ancestor?" The Mountain Giant King, wearing earth-yellow armor and holding a giant shield, changed his expression.

"This is something from our Giant ancestors, why is it in your possession?"

"If you don't explain clearly today, you shall remain here."

Surrounded by four guarded gazes, Levi showed no sign of tension. He looked around, there were still two Giants.

One was wearing blue armor and holding a black Wolf Tooth Club. The other was wearing white armor and carrying a bright silver spear.

The Earth-Fire Wind-Water four Giant clans actually had Tenth Ring experts alive, but they were hidden here by the Giant Ancestor and unknown to the world.

Levi's heart stirred slightly. The profoundness of civilizations that had given birth to Supreme existences was indeed not to be underestimated. He smiled and said, "Seniors, this matter is a long story, why don't you sit down and listen to me explain in detail?"

The Fire Giant King, in the mid-stage of Tenth Ring, had a Wrathful temper. Seeing a Ninth Ring junior with an unflappable, pretentious demeanor, he wanted to chop him with his sword.

"Don't waste words with him, capture him first!"

The supreme treasure-level giant sword in its hand shimmered with dazzling light as it slashed towards Levi. This strike used one-fifth of its strength.

In terms of average individual Strength attributes, within the Multiverse, only the Amethyst Clan and the Dragon Race could compare with the Giant Race.

The Fire Giant King's casual strike could break all laws with brute force, annihilating any Ninth Ring Wizard. However, it knew that Levi was wearing supreme treasure armor, so his life should be safe. It just wanted to teach this kid a lesson.

Levi, seeing that the other party was about to attack, was not afraid.

He didn't draw his sword, nor did he dodge. He simply clenched his fist with one hand and actively met the giant sword, with six layers of Destruction Saint Domain intertwined, and smashed out with a bang!

The Flame Giant Sword supreme treasure trembled, and the Fire Giant King's tiger's mouth cracked open. Its eyes were shocked, obviously not expecting this person to dare to actively meet its attack!

The thousand-mile-high figure retreated a few steps uncontrollably before stabilizing itself. Levi landed gracefully on the ground, arms crossed, and said:

"Does Your Excellency still want to capture me?"

"You... such an arrogant brat. I was only using a little Strength just now. This time, I won't hold back.

I am Guman, the strongest swordsman of the Giant Race. The sword in my hand is called [Flame Soul], and it is a supreme treasure. I don't want to take advantage of you. Oldest, lend him your shield so he can fight me with two supreme treasures!"

The Fire Giant King was obviously a grumpy old brother. The 'oldest' it was referring to was Raphael, the Mountain Giant King, who was the strongest, at the late Tenth Ring realm.

Raphael was the leader of all the Giant Race in this space, with the highest prestige, the most stable personality, and quite outstanding wisdom. He and Guman were like a red face and a white face.

Raphael waved his hand and threw his shield out, not worried that Levi would snatch the supreme treasure and run away. With a 'dong', the shield flew back the way it came.

"Thanks, but I don't need it."

Levi, bare-handed, with his fighting spirit rising, soared into the sky. Fighting with soft things like the Gray Mist Monarch couldn't bring out his physical advantages at all. He liked to exchange blows with tough guys like Giants and Dragons, with every punch landing solidly.

"You don't need it? Then I won't use it either."

Guman threw [Flame Soul] to Raphael. His mountain-sized fist was as fast as the wind, annihilating everything in its path into elemental particles.

Boom! Ninth Ring Red Emperor Dragon versus Tenth Ring Fire Giant King! The collision of two absolute forces was like two asteroids colliding after flying at high speed, releasing countless trillions of energies. The shock wave swept through, alarming the countless Giants living in this world. They raised their heads, their faces shocked.

"Such a strong fluctuation, this is a battle of the Giant Kings."

"Quick, the Giant Kings must be sparring, let's go take a look."

"Be careful, don't get affected."

The Giant Race powerhouses from all over the world rushed over, looking at the battlefield from afar. One was a thousand-mile-high fiery red Giant, Guman.

And opposite it... there seemed to be nothing.

No, there was a small black dot.

It was a Black Armor Swordsman, carrying a sword on his back, who, like a Fly shaking a mountain, exchanged hundreds of blows with the Fire Giant King in an instant, without a clear victor.

"This, how is this possible?"

"That's a human, how can a human's Strength compare to Lord Guman? And we've always only had people leaving here, never entering. How could a human come in?"

"Moreover, he seems to be only Ninth Ring..."

"This, this is absolutely impossible! He must be hiding his Strength."

The Giant Race, isolated from the world for hundreds of thousands of years, couldn't believe that a Ninth Ring existence, and the weakest human race at that, could fight a Tenth Ring Giant.

On the battlefield, Levi didn't activate the Bloody Battle Armor effect or use Giant Strength, but relied on his hexagonal physical qualities, repeatedly and forcefully meeting Guman's fists. Fortunately, the space opened up by the Giant Ancestor was strong enough, otherwise, if it were an ordinary large world, it would have long been torn apart, and the plane would have died.

"This human must have used some kind of sublimation and explosive secret technique, he won't be able to last long. And the supreme treasure armor he's wearing is very powerful, otherwise he would have been annihilated into slag by Lord Guman long ago. Lord Guman hasn't even used the Flame Soul Sword."

"That being said, it's still amazing. Lord Guman is a mid-Tenth Ring, even ordinary Tenth Rings don't dare to directly meet its fists. This person is only Ninth Ring, what will happen when he reaches Tenth Ring? By the way, what's going on in this era? When our ancestors were placed in the Ancestral God Land, humans were only good as Wizards, but their physical level was at the bottom among the Myriad Races."

Raphael's gaze was solemn. As a late Tenth Ring, it could see Levi's extraordinary nature the most clearly. It felt somewhat complicated. To ensure the absolute safety of the Ancestral God Land, the Frost Giant Ancestor had set a series of rules, such as:

This place only allows exit, not entry, and after leaving, one will automatically forget anything about the Ancestral God Land. The ancestor said that the only existence that could possibly enter must be the one holding the [Frost Han Codex] token, which is the person in front of him. Do not make things difficult for him.

But you can use some means to test his character. If this person is too evil and cannot be dealt with by the Giant Race, then kill him directly. If his character is good, then cooperate with him to plot the matter of conquering the heavens! Currently, judging from the Black Armor Swordsman's behavior, Raphael inwardly approved of him. This person was neither humble nor arrogant, calm and composed, and humble and polite. He was not angered by the provocations of the hot-tempered second child, and was a person who could accomplish great things.

Of course, the most outrageous thing was that he was too strong! To be able to plot the conquest of the heavens with the Giant Ancestor, this person was indeed qualified.

In the history of the Giant Race, only one person's achievements at the Ninth Ring were barely close to this person, and that was... Gulveig! The great battle between Levi and the Fire Giant King lasted for a full month, and the number of spectators increased, with everyone watching this unprecedented battle.

Perhaps not wanting to bully Levi, Guman didn't use any spell-like abilities. It didn't believe in evil, and although it was already somewhat exhausted, it still refused to give up.

As a dignified mid-Tenth Ring, if it really lost to a junior.

Next, I'm afraid I'll become a disgrace to the Giant race.

After another two months of fierce fighting, everyone recognized Levi's strength and also saw that the Fire Giant King was somewhat struggling.

Raphael wanted to call a stop, but was worried about losing Guman's face.

"Too strong, is this really a human?"

"Exactly, this is a humanoid dragon, right? That dragon might is too obvious."

"I don't understand, how can humans have the power of a dragon? And judging from the aura, it's even stronger than the mythical dragon skeleton in our museum."

Boom! After another collision that ended in a draw, Levi lightly landed on the ground, then cupped his fist and said, "As expected of the Giant King, why don't we stop here?"

Guman heavily landed on the ground, panting like a bull. He was almost at his limit, but didn't want to admit defeat. Now, Levi had given him a way out.

He laughed and said, "A hero emerges at a young age. Although you are human, you have mastered six unimaginable dragon powers. You must be an unparalleled genius from the outside world. Strictly speaking, I lost this battle. I admire you, I admire you."

Raphael also walked over.

"It seems that you are indeed the person our ancestor told us to wait for. The second brother has an impatient personality, but he has no malice. I hope you don't mind."

Levi naturally understood these tricks and laughed, "It's okay, it's been a long time since I've had such a hearty battle. Thanks to Senior Guman for letting me win."

"Let me introduce myself, I am Hanu, you can call me the third."

The Wind Giant King came over with a spear on his back, laughing heartily.

The Water Giant King familiarly patted Levi on the shoulder and laughed, "I am the fourth, my real name is Kura, brother, you are so strong."

"Twilight Hall Master, Extremity Knight Levi."

"Knight? That's strange. I've heard a little about Knights, but they are just mortals who have mastered some breathing techniques and contain a trace of bloodline power."

"Times have changed. You have been isolated here for too long. I have come here this time to follow the will of the Wizard Ancestor and the Giant Ancestor to discuss cooperation."

"Okay, let's go, back to our Ancestral God Hall."

Along the way, Levi looked at this endless frost space and asked in confusion, "This place is basically filled with frost power. Apart from the Frost Giants, it is difficult for other Giants to cultivate and grow, right? Could it be that there are other spaces in the Ancestral God's Land?"

Raphael explained, "Yes, but the frost space is the largest, and it is generally used as a place for our public communication."

Ancestral God Hall.

A hundred-mile-tall Frost Giant statue held a giant axe, defying the heavens to slay a god. She also had long silver hair and a towering chest, so she should be a female Giant.

This was Yogmir.

Inside the hall, the four Giant Kings and Levi took their seats.

One at the late Tenth Ring, one at the middle stage, and two at the early stage. Levi also sensed the existence of dozens of Ninth Ring Giants, and even more above the Sixth Ring.

What a powerful force, I must find a way to bring them to Nora.

Levi thought to himself.

"Please tell us about the situation outside," Raphael said.

Levi roughly talked about the current situation and how he obtained the key and token, without hiding anything. It was meaningless to lie to Tenth Ring experts. If something didn't match up, he would lose the hard-earned initial trust.

After hearing this, the Fire Giant King sighed, "So that's how it is. Seas Change, Fields Transform. The once weak mortals have actually become the second force after our Giant Empire that is about to dominate the Multiverse. Thirty Tenth Ring experts are almost half of the empire's peak."

The Wind Giant King said, "Amazing Nora, defeating three Abyss invasions, one Nightmare invasion, and killing more than a dozen behemoth Tenth Ring experts in less than two thousand years, and still being safe and sound. It seems that the Wizard Ancestor is still protecting you."

The Water Giant King said, "I didn't expect the Ancestral God to replace that Ice and Snow Goddess. This is a wonderful move. Only by infiltrating the enemy can you grasp the situation and gradually disintegrate them. It is impossible to fight against behemoths with brute force... The Origin Empire, the Double Dragons Empire, and the Giant Empire have all failed in succession throughout history, which are examples."

Raphael said, "We originally thought that the ancestor had a death wish, so he was like a moth flying into the flame, defying the trend to slay the heavens. We didn't expect that he wanted to escape with this method of feigned death."

Levi said, "I have come here this time to invite the Giant race to join Nora. The current Nora is sparsely populated and rich in resources. All races coexist without conflict. Its prestige is unprecedentedly strong in the pan-plane, and it has already formed alliances with the Void Sanctuary and the Shadow World, with a total of more than fifty Tenth Ring experts. This number is still growing.

In addition, although I am at the Ninth Ring, I will definitely step into the Tenth Ring in a few hundred years. I am not boasting... After I, Levi, reach the Tenth Ring, I should be worth ten Tenth Ring experts. In the next millennium, the number of Tenth Ring experts in Nora is expected to approach one hundred.

Nora's only goal is to clear the behemoth worlds that are pressing down on the heads of the myriad races in our Multiverse, leaving only the neutral Netherworld to maintain the order of life and death. What bullshit Abyss, Star Realm, Nightmare, we will flatten them all!"

The Fire Giant King clapped his hands and said, "Good! Ambitious! Although this is almost impossible! But I like it!"

The other two Giant Kings also applauded.

Raphael thought more, he asked, "What if one day we really overthrow these three mountains, with the strength and wisdom of the Human race, our Giant race will definitely not be able to beat you. As you said, resources are fixed, we can't compete with you, this..."

Clearly, it was worried that without a common enemy, the Nora human race might discard them like a bird put away after the hunt, stifling the meritorious officials who had contributed to their success.

This was normal; there were plenty of such cases throughout history.

Levi said, "You're right. No civilization can remain united forever. Even within the human race, there's infighting, let alone among myriad races. And as time goes on, various drawbacks like class solidification will inevitably surface.

So, we can only try our best to maintain balance, allowing for healthy competition within the myriad races. But if we face a great calamity that threatens the status of the myriad races, we must unite.

Besides, resources aren't completely fixed. Our universe is expanding, though the speed is a bit slow. But with Nora's technology, when that day comes, we can travel to other universes through wormholes, just like the Zerg.

Whether it's for exchange or war, in short, we can set a bigger goal, focusing on the Multiverse rather than the Multiverse."

No one could resolve Raphael's concerns.

This was the best solution Levi could think of.

Raphael pondered and said, "Indeed, our vision has been too narrow. The Zerg can cross universes to fight and find resources, so why can't we?"

The warlike Fire Giant King was already looking forward to it: "Hahaha, conquering other universes, interesting! I hope I can live to see that day."

Raphael said, "Allow us to consider it. We'll give you an answer within a month."

Although life was safe for the Giants here, the resources within this space were limited, making it unsustainable in the long run. Otherwise, one day, there wouldn't even be a Tenth Ring. Taking this opportunity to venture out might lead to further advancement.

Time flew by.

A month later.

Raphael and the others finally decided that all four Giant Kings would follow Levi to Nora, and they would take two-thirds of the Giant race with them. The remaining one-third would stay in the Land of the Ancestral God as a seed, to decide whether to emerge based on future circumstances.

The Giant race members going out this time included Earth, Fire, Wind, Water Giants, Green Giants, Thunder Giants, Copper Giants, Frost Giants, Multi-Eyed Titan Giants, and over a dozen other clans, with twenty-four Ninth Ring experts.

Levi had already contacted the Supreme Council, and the Earth Saint had gone to the East Sea, planning to create a supercontinent to accommodate the Giants. It would contain blessed lands rich in various attributes, definitely better than the Land of the Ancestral God.

The mighty army left the Land of the Ancestral God with Levi's help and arrived in the dark void. The Giants looked bewildered for a moment before returning to normal.

Levi asked:

"Lord Raphael, do you still remember the Land of the Ancestral God?"

The Giant King shook his head.

"What Land of the Ancestral God?"

"Do you still recognize me?"

"Of course, Lord Levi, what's wrong?"

Seeing this scene, Levi was somewhat horrified.

This supreme method was indeed powerful; even Raphael, a late-stage Tenth Ring, had forgotten the Land of the Ancestral God where he had lived for tens of thousands of years.

It was a pity that it didn't work on Levi. He didn't know if it was because he was special or because he possessed the Giant race's token and the Shattered Jade Divine Spear.

"Everyone, to make the journey easier, please board the ship."

Levi took out the silver spaceship. The Giants all shrunk their true forms, and it could accommodate them. The Fire Giant King laughed, "Interesting, this is the first time I've seen this thing. The Nora Civilization is so wonderful; I can't wait."

Everything was new to the Giants. Their knowledge of the outside world all existed in ancient books and records passed down through generations, as well as museums. There was no practical experience, so they would need to be properly reformed upon returning to Nora.

Inside the spaceship.

Levi summoned the leader of the Ram Wizard Society.

"Daramut, what races live in the Forgotten Land? Have you heard of the Black Scales, Golden Scales, and Red Scales?"

"Lord, I've heard of the Black Scales. They seem to be skilled in water manipulation. Their clan lives on Black Water Star, and their leader is a Ninth Ring expert. The Red Scales are also called the Flame Manipulating Clan, skilled in fire manipulation. Their clan lives on Red River Star, and their leader is also a Ninth Ring expert... As for the Golden Scales, I haven't heard of them. Please forgive me, Lord."

"Good, take me to find those two clans next."

"These two clans have been at war for many years, lasting for ten thousand years. The battlefield is in the Black Gold World. I'll take you there."

Levi was in a good mood. If this trip went smoothly, he could collect six of the Seven-Colored Scale Race, leaving only the Golden Scales, which were currently untraceable.

In addition, he had also collected Earth-Fire Wind-Water, Lightning, and Frost of the seven-elemental legendary Giant Apes, including those from the Beast Tamer Civilization.

He was only missing the Metal Giant Ape to complete the set. It seemed that the existence of metal-based factions within the Multiverse was relatively rare.

The spaceship turned into a silver stream of light and disappeared. The Giant race, with uneasy hearts, embarked on an unprecedented new journey.

Star Realm.

The Land of Eternal Winter, the Gate of Extreme Cold.

The Divine Kingdom of the Ice and Snow Goddess is located here.

As a powerful god born in the Primordial Era, this goddess has always been low-key, but her actions are quite ruthless and decisive, and few dare to provoke her.

At the end of the Ancient Era, the ancestor of the Frost Giants fell. As the God of Frost, she benefited the most, and after devouring Yogmir, her strength soared. From an ordinary powerful god, she leaped to become an existence not inferior to the Heavenly Father.

Now, she should be able to rank in the top ten of the Star Realm.

However, in order to digest the power of the Giant Ancestor, she has been in seclusion for a long time, not leaving her home for nearly 300,000 years, nor fighting with others, just silently managing her land of faith.

Naturally, other powerful gods are happy to see this.

On the Frost Throne, a stunning figure had her eyes tightly closed, and with each breath, vast, sea-like Divine Power formed a storm that froze time and space.

Suddenly, she opened her eyes, revealing a look of surprise.

"The Ancestral God Land has opened. It seems that the contingency plan left by Sauron is almost ready. Next, the Giant Clan will integrate into Nora, and perhaps we can get a share.

The Frost Giants do not currently have Tenth Ring combat power… The current leader is one of the Earth-Fire Wind-Water clans. No matter who it is, if another Eleventh Ring can be born, the chances of success in future actions will be higher."

Yogmir, who wanted to defy the heavens, knew how strong the Star Realm was. He hadn't even managed to wake up the Star Ancestor before being killed by two avatars.

Even if all the rebels from ancient times were added together, they would still not be a match for the Star Realm. Therefore, more Eleventh Rings need to be born! The more, the better!

When all preparations are complete, the Eleventh Rings hidden in the Multiverse will appear at the same time, attack the Star Realm, jointly crusade against the Star Ancestor, and gang up on this old thing! Only then will there be a slight chance of winning!

Especially Levi, who inherited the bloodline power of the former Ultimate Creation, is particularly crucial, because he alone possesses the six Supreme Powers and is the absolute main force!

"Sauron has been planning for so long. With his astonishing wisdom, Levi is only one of the contingency plans. There should be other Supreme Powers joining as well. Among the three behemoths of the Star Realm, the Abyss, and the Nightmare World, there must be moles or insiders."

Unfortunately, they are all too well disguised. The Ice and Snow Goddess has been silently observing the Star Realm for 300,000 years, and she can't even see a single suspect.

They are all a bunch of old foxes, deeply versed in the art of survival.

Of course, this is a good thing. The deeper they are hidden, the deeper the wounds they will inflict on the behemoths when they turn against them. Backstabbing is always fatal!

"This super game of chess that has continued from the Primordial Era to the present, involving the entire universe and countless living beings, should be coming to an end. Will it be a victory against the heavens, or will all efforts be in vain? Everything will be revealed within this millennium…

The unchanging Annals of Time shall be rewritten by our generation!"
