A Familia can be categorised as through rankings of which traverses from [I] (lowest rank) to [S] (highest rank). However, Every each rank has sub categories of minor rankings being from {Low}, {Intermediate} and {High}. The Following is the fundamentals on each ranking.
[I] RANK
- Low I-Rank: One or two Level 1 adventurers. Weak and inexperienced.
- Intermediate I-Rank: Several Level 1 adventurers (possibly 5 members roughly). A new familia with focus on business might/will be placed here.
- High I-Rank: A solid group of Level 1 adventurers (Usually around 10 members), demonstrating good teamwork and potential, but not yet H-rank strength.
[H] RANK
- Low H-Rank: A small familia with one Level 2 adventurer.
- Intermediate H-Rank: Multiple Level 2 adventurers (Possibly 1 or 2 Level 2's) or a larger group of level 1's (roughly around 15 to 20 members of level 1's). This familia is established but not particularly powerful yet.
- High H-Rank: A familia with a strong level 2 and is capable of venturing deeper into the dungeon than other H-ranked familias.
[F] RANK
- Low F-Rank: Consists of several strong level 2's. This can referenced with the Takemikazuchi Familia where they're might be around this rank. They are compotent but not a major player.
- Intermediate F-Rank: Consists of more than several strong level 2's (Roughly around 4 to 6 members being Level 2's), but are not well-established.
- High F-Rank: Consists of members that has enough power to potentially take on a few Level 3 monsters. simultaneously (Roughly 10 members of level 2's).
[E] RANK
- Low E-Rank: A familia single Level 3 adventurer or large quantity of level 2's.
- Intermediate E-Rank: A familia with a few (possibly 2 to 3) Level 3 adventurers.
- High E-Rank: A familia that consists of several Level 3's (roughly around 4 to 6 members) that allows them challenge the middle floors with little to no problems (except the rex boss) and is capable to traverse through the early levels of the lower floors.
[D] RANK
- Low D-Rank: Consists of a single level 4 adventurer or many level 3's
- Intermediate D-Rank: Consists of several level 3's that supports a Level 4. It can be considered to be a balanced D-rank familia.
- High D-Rank: Consists of roughly two level 4's and a decent amount of level 3's (possibly around 6 to 8 members) to support the level 4's or has enough power to rival a Low C-Rank familia.
[C] RANK
- Low C-Rank: Consists of a single level 5 adventurer or many Level 4's (roughly 4 members or so).
- Intermediate C-Rank: Still consists of a singular Level 5 but with a decent amount of 2nd class adventurers to support it (roughly around 10 members supporting a level 5).
- High C-Rank: Consists of tens of second class adventurers or many 2nd class adventurers with a level 5 as their captain. These familias hosts well-rounded roster of strong adventurers and significant resources, bringing them close to B-rank status.
[B] RANK
- Low B-Rank: Consists of a singular powerful level 5 that is close to leveling up also an abundant of 2nd class adventurers and resources to be within spectrum of B-rank.
- Intermediate B-Rank: Consists of at most 2 Level 5's with well established, high-level familia power and resource. An example of this rank would be the Haphaestus Familia with its strong Level 5 captain and an abundant of wealth with the many profits it generates from it stores.
- High A-Rank: Consists of multiple level 5's (possibly 4 to 5 of them). Familia within this rank are on the verge of being A-rank as a whole.
[A] RANK
- Low A-Rank: On this rank, familias has possibly more than a hundred members within their organization with all of them being strong. An example of this is the Ishtar Familia. Even though it only hosts a singular level 5, but the numbers of its members was overwhelming that any B-rank (except possibly High B-Rank) familia that would go toe-to-toe with them would have little to no chance of beating those within this rank.
- Intermediate A-Rank: Consists of a singular level 6 adventurer (possibly two newly level 6).
- High A-Rank: A familia with multiple solid Level 6's, making them nearly as powerful as the two strongest familias in Orario as of current (Loki and Freya Familia) but lacking the number of high-level elites to truly be S-rank status.
[S] RANK
- Low S-Rank: Consists of many solid Level 6's and possibly an elite Level 6.
- Intermediate S-Rank: Consists of many elite Level 6's. An example of this is the Loki Familia.
- High S-Rank: The strongest Familia in Orario. Consists of many elite Level 6's and possibly a level 7 and beyond. An example of this is the Freya Familia where its forces consists of hundreds of second class adventurers (Level 3's and 4's), executives of first class (Level 5's and 6's) and also a level 7 captain.
Of course, the rankings of familias isn't only prioritized by levels and numbers of members within a familia. things like the contributions of economic power also contributes towards the ranking of a familia. Things like Feats that has been done from a familia is also a factor towards the result of a familia ranking as well as well.
