"What do you think you're doing?"
Emily froze, but before she could say anything, they dragged her out.
Her agent was stunned. Just because she had spoken a little too loudly, they were really going to throw her off the plane? How arrogant could this airline be?
Panicking, she jumped up to stop them. "Wait a second, what's the meaning of this?" she demanded.
But the two flight attendants ignored her. Amid Emily's screams, they hauled her straight out.
On the other side, a stewardess brought a blanket to Bonnie, bent slightly, and whispered, "Miss Wesley, please rest well."
With the woman gone, the cabin instantly grew quiet. Bonnie pulled her hat brim lower and gave a faint acknowledgment.
The stewardess didn't dare disturb her further and quietly left.
During the long-haul flight, Bonnie slept straight through. By the time they landed, her neck was stiff from dozing. She rubbed it, rested for a while in her seat, and only then got up for her belongings.
