Harry walked alongside Ron and Hermione toward their first class of the day after lunch, his mind still lingering on that brief chat with Cho outside the Great Hall. It had gone better than he expected, all things considered. She had been kind about Cedric, not throwing any blame his way, and that squeeze on his arm felt... nice. Friendly. Nothing more than that, but it was a relief after all the crap from the summer.
"Can't believe we have to sit through History of Magic with that toad in charge," Ron groaned as they made their way down the corridor. His voice was whiny as usual whenever he talked about classes. "Binns was the best thing about this subject. You could just zone out, catch up on sleep, and still scrape by with whatever notes Hermione copied down. Now that's all gone."
Hermione shot him a disapproving look over her shoulder, her prefect badge catching the light as she walked a bit ahead. "Yeah, well, we all know why she's really here. The Ministry wants to control what we learn, especially about You-Know-Who and everything that happened last year. It's not about teaching history properly. It's about their version of it."
Harry nodded in agreement, keeping his voice low as they walked. "Exactly. After what she pulled at the feast and everything we've heard, I'm not expecting anything good from her class. Just more of that sickly sweet smile while she rewrites facts to suit Fudge."
Ron snorted. "Brilliant. So instead of ghost stories, we get Ministry propaganda. Can't wait."
Hermione did not argue back like she usually might have. She just shook her head, looking annoyed. "It's going to be a long year in that room."
Harry smirked a little, exchanging a quick glance with Ron. They both sped up to catch up with her. "Whoa, hold on there, Hermione," Harry said, keeping his tone light and teasing. "You not jumping in to defend the new professor? I thought you were all about respecting authority and all that."
"Yeah," Ron chimed in with a grin, nudging her elbow. "Especially you, Miss Perfect Prefect. What happened to 'we should give the new professors a fair chance'?"
Hermione's cheeks flushed a soft pink, but she swatted at both their arms without missing a beat. "Oh, shut it, both of you. You know perfectly well this is different. Umbridge is not here to teach."
They reached the History of Magic classroom a couple of minutes later. A few students had already claimed seats, chatting away with the kind of excitement you did not usually see for this subject. Harry spotted an empty spot toward the middle and nodded toward it.
"Over there looks good."
He led the way, sliding into a desk next to Neville, who was already unpacking his books.
"Hey, Neville," Harry said, giving him a friendly nod as he dropped his bag. "Ready for a whole new History experience?"
Neville returned the greeting with a shy smile. "Hey, Harry. Yeah, I guess so. It is weird though, right? No more Binns floating through the walls."
Hermione and Ron took the desks right in front of them, Hermione already pulling out her quill and a fresh roll of parchment like she was preparing for a major exam. The room filled up steadily with a mix of Gryffindors and Slytherins, the usual crowd for this class. Everyone seemed a bit more lively than normal, whispering and laughing as they settled in.
"Can you believe it?" Lavender, who was sitting a couple rows over, was saying to Parvati. "An actual person teaching us. No more nodding off and hoping for the best."
"Yeah, maybe we will finally cover something that happened after the 1800s," Parvati added with a laugh.
The chatter grew louder, full of speculation about what Umbridge might be like and whether this would actually make the class bearable. Harry leaned back in his seat, listening to it all with half an ear while his thoughts drifted back to his morning for a moment. He could really get used to being woken up like that. He smiled to himself before he shook his head and pushed that thought aside.
The door opened with a sharp click a few minutes later, and Umbridge swept in all her toadlike glory, dressed in her fluffy pink cardigan that looked completely out of place in the draughty castle classroom. Her smile was wide and fixed, but it did not reach her beady eyes.
She moved to the front with small, measured steps, her hands clasped in front of her as she surveyed the room. The excited chatter died down almost immediately, replaced by an uneasy quiet. Harry felt the shift right away. Something about her presence put everyone on edge, like the air had gotten thicker.
"Good morning, class," she said in her high, girlish voice, each word dripping with false sweetness. She gave a little titter that made a few students shift uncomfortably in their seats. "Now now, that's not how we would be doing things here. When I greet you so nicely, I expect you to greet me back. Let's try again, shall we? Good morning, class."
Students stared at her with no little amount of disbelief, although there were a few amused faces mixed in. Harry felt more than saw Hermione roll her eyes in exasperation.
However, the class complied this time, a scattered "Good morning, Professor," playing out in the room.
"Better," she smiled that same wide, soulless smile. "Now, as you all know already, I am Professor Umbridge, your new History of Magic instructor. I know some of you might be used to... less structured lessons in the past, but I assure you, we will be following a proper curriculum this year onwards. One approved by the Ministry itself, of course."
She paused, her eyes scanning the rows of students as if she was already picking out troublemakers. Harry noticed how her gaze lingered on him for just a second longer than the others.
Ron muttered something under his breath that sounded a lot like "bloody hell," but Harry nudged him lightly from behind to keep quiet.
Umbridge seemed completely unbothered by the tense silence that had fallen over the room. If anything, her smile widened a fraction as she continued.
"Now, before we begin with any actual learning, I believe it is important to set some expectations. Division in our society only breeds unrest, does it not?" She paced slowly in front of the blackboard, her heels clicking against the stone floor. "Houses against houses, pointless rivalries that serve no one. While I cannot fix everything at the fundamental level, I can certainly do my part here in this classroom to promote unity."
Students exchanged confused glances. Harry raised an eyebrow, wondering where this was going. Umbridge stopped pacing and faced them fully, her hands still clasped neatly.
"Therefore, for the entire year, you will be sitting with a student from another house. No exceptions. Gryffindors with Slytherins, if that is how the numbers work out. You will learn to cooperate, to understand one another. It will be good for all of you."
The reaction was instant and exactly what Harry had figured it would be. Whispers broke out everywhere, growing into outright protests from several corners of the room. Gryffindors looked horrified at the idea of pairing up with Slytherins, and the Slytherins in the back row were already sneering and muttering among themselves.
"You have got to be kidding," Ron said loud enough for Harry to hear, turning slightly in his seat. "Sit with a snake all year? No way."
Hermione looked shocked but thoughtful as she tried to keep her voice down. "This is unexpected. Especially in this climate. How are we supposed to..."
Neville just stared wide-eyed at Harry, his face pale. Across the room, a Slytherin boy Harry recognized as Zabini, one of Malfoy's usual crowd, crossed his arms and called out, "This is an outrage, Professor. We should not be forced to..."
Umbridge merely smiled that same tight, unblinking smile, holding up one small hand for silence. She looked completely nonplussed by the uproar, as if she had expected it and did not care one bit. The room stayed noisy with complaints and reluctant shuffling as students started eyeing potential partners with clear dread.
Harry sat back, already dreading how this year was shaping up, especially with Umbridge running the show.
Umbridge let the complaints wash over her for a minute, that sickly sweet smile never leaving her face. Then she clapped her hands together once, sharp and loud. "That's quite enough chatter. Up you get, everyone. We'll do this quickly and properly. I'll call out names, and you'll find your new seats with your assigned partner. No arguments, if you please."
She started reading from a list she'd pulled from her desk, pairing people seemingly at random but somehow that made it all feel calculated. Harry watched as students shuffled around, grumbling the whole time. Hermione ended up next to Tracey Davis, a Slytherin girl with brown hair in a ponytail and a neutral expression. They both looked wary but polite enough as they moved their things.
Ron drew Millicent Bulstrode, and his face went pale.
"You've got to be kidding me," he muttered under his breath as the big Slytherin girl lumbered over and dropped into the seat beside him. Harry shot his friend a sympathetic look. Millicent didn't say a word, just crossed her arms and stared straight ahead like she was already plotting how to survive the hour.
Neville got paired with Goyle. The poor guy looked like he might faint, but he gathered his books and moved without a fuss. Goyle just grunted and took the seat, taking up most of the desk space.
"Potter," Umbridge said next, her voice lilting like she was enjoying this part especially. "You'll be with Miss Greengrass."
Harry blinked. Greengrass? He didn't know her well, just that she was a Slytherin in their year, usually quiet and hanging around with Davis. He stood up, slung his bag over his shoulder, and made his way to where she was sitting near the middle of the room. Umbridge gave him a pointed look until he settled in beside her.
Greengrass only glanced at him once as he sat down. Her face was completely impassive, her jaw tight like she was clenching her teeth. Harry returned the look with his own awkward nod. Yeah, neither of them was thrilled about this. She glanced over toward Hermione's new spot, and Harry followed her eyes. Davis was looking back at her, the two Slytherin girls sharing a quick, knowing look.
"You friends with her?" Harry asked quietly, keeping his voice low.
Greengrass turned her head just enough to meet his eyes again. She gave a tight little nod.
"Yeah," Harry sighed. "Hermione's harmless. You don't need to worry about her or anything."
She rolled her eyes at that, the first real reaction he'd seen from her. Before he could say more, Umbridge cleared her throat with that familiar "Hem, hem." She was standing at the front again, looking entirely too pleased with herself, like she'd just pulled off some brilliant masterstroke.
"Now then," she said brightly, "isn't this much better? Sitting with someone from another house will teach you all valuable lessons in cooperation and understanding. The Ministry believes strongly in unity, especially in these trying times. Division only helps our enemies, after all." She tittered again, scanning the room. Most students looked miserable. Malfoy was stuck with Seamus Finnegan across the way, and both of them looked utterly disgusted, shooting each other dirty glances every few seconds. Pretty much everyone else seemed just as unhappy.
Umbridge waved her wand, and stacks of new books appeared on everyone's desks with a soft thud. "Your new textbook for the year. A History of Magic: A Revised and Approved Edition. Much more suitable than those outdated volumes you've been using. Open to chapter one, please."
Harry flipped his open and started skimming. It didn't take long to spot the bullshit. The chapter on the rise of dark wizards was twisted, painting the Ministry as flawless heroes who'd stopped every threat through careful governance and public trust. Voldemort's name wasn't even mentioned properly. It was all "certain unfortunate incidents" and "isolated disturbances caused by radicals." Harry felt his jaw tighten.
The lecture started off sounding scholarly enough, but it was all propaganda wrapped in dry facts. Umbridge paced slowly as she spoke, her voice high and sweet. "You see, class, history shows us that stability comes from trusting our leaders. The Ministry of Magic has always acted in the best interests of our world. Those who spread rumors and fear, well..." She gave a little shrug. "They often have their own agendas."
Harry's grip on his quill got tighter. She went on about how the events of the previous year were "greatly exaggerated by certain attention-seeking individuals," and how the community needed to focus on unity rather than panic. It was all so neatly packaged, like a textbook version of the Prophet's lies.
One line really got to him. She was talking about the graveyard incident, calling it "a tragic accident involving wayward students and unverified claims," dismissing the death like it were nothing. Harry started to push his chair back, ready to say something, but right then Greengrass let out a quiet scoff beside him.
He glanced over, surprised. She was staring at Umbridge with clear disgust on her face. Their eyes met for a second. Greengrass looked at his surprised expression, her own face still mostly blank, before she turned back to the front. Harry stared at her a moment longer before doing the same.
Interesting.
Umbridge kept going, dropping more lines about how questioning authority weakened society and how proper education meant accepting the official record. Harry caught Greengrass in his peripheral vision a few more times. She shook her head slowly at one point, her lips pursed tight. Another time she let out a sharp breath through her nose, clearly pissed off. It threw Harry off. He hadn't expected a Slytherin to react like that to Umbridge's crap. Most of them seemed to lap up Ministry stuff.
Throughout the whole lecture, Umbridge kept glancing Harry's way whenever she said something particularly loaded, like she was waiting for him to explode. He just stared back at her, keeping his face as neutral as he could. It clearly annoyed her, but she didn't call him out. She just smiled that fake smile and continued.
"Remember, students, history is written by those who maintain order," she said toward the end. "Not by those who seek to disrupt it."
When the bell finally rang, Umbridge gave them their homework with a wave. "An essay on the importance of Ministry oversight in historical events. Two feet minimum. Due next class."
Chairs scraped as everyone started packing up fast, eager to get out. Harry shoved his books into his bag, glancing sideways at Greengrass as she did the same. He wondered if he should just keep quiet, but the words came out anyway.
"I didn't expect that kind of reaction from a Slytherin," he said quietly. "The way you were looking at her during all that."
Greengrass paused, her hands stilling on her bag. She turned to face him fully, her expression tight. "Not all Slytherins are evil or cruel, Potter," she said softly. "Some of us actually have brains and a conscience. I'd expect better from you, of all people. You've had assumptions made about you since before you even got to Hogwarts. Try not to do the same to others."
She finished packing without another word and stood up. Harry sat there looking pensive as she walked over to join Davis by the door. Their eyes met one last time as he looked up. Greengrass stared at him for a moment longer before turning away, and the two girls left together, their heads close like they were already talking about it.
Hermione and Ron appeared at his side a moment later. Ron looked like he'd rather be anywhere else, still shooting glances toward Bulstrode's retreating back. "That was bloody torture," he grumbled. "Sitting next to that lump all year? I'm done for."
Hermione gave him a sympathetic pat on the arm but looked more focused on Harry. "Ready to go?"
Harry nodded, still thinking about what Greengrass had said. He glanced over at the spot where Umbridge had been lecturing. She was already gone.
"Yeah," he muttered.
The three of them made their way out of the classroom with the rest of the stragglers, the corridors already buzzing with students complaining about the new seating arrangements. Harry kept quiet for the most part, but his mind was turning over the whole weird class. Umbridge was going to be a problem, no doubt. But that glimpse of Greengrass's reaction? That was something he hadn't seen coming.
XXXXX
Harry pulled the Invisibility Cloak tighter around himself as he slipped through the empty corridors that night. Dinner had ended a while ago, and most students were back in their common rooms. The castle felt quieter than usual, the torches casting long shadows on the stone walls.
His mind was still turning over everything from History of Magic. Daphne Greengrass's tight expression, her quiet scoff at Umbridge's crap, and those sharp words she'd thrown at him afterward. He had not expected any of it from a Slytherin.
He reached the familiar door to Tonks's quarters and knocked twice, quick and soft. The door opened almost immediately. He stepped inside, and Tonks shut it behind him before locking it with a click. Harry dropped the cloak, letting it pool at his feet, and sat down on the edge of the bed with a sigh.
Tonks turned around with a big grin on her face, her hair a playful mix of pink and purple tonight. But the grin faded fast when she got a proper look at him. She walked over and sat beside him on the bed, reaching up to cup his cheek gently so he would meet her eyes.
"What's the matter, Harry?" she asked, her voice soft and full of concern.
Harry sighed again and leaned into her touch a bit. "It's nothing too bad. Just... today in History of Magic with Umbridge. She made us all switch seats and sit with someone from another house. I got paired with Daphne Greengrass."
Tonks raised an eyebrow but stayed quiet, letting him talk. Harry went on, telling her about the awkward start, how Greengrass had barely looked at him at first, that tight jaw like she hated the whole thing. Then how she had reacted during Umbridge's lecture, scoffing at the obvious lies, shaking her head, looking disgusted. He explained the conversation after class, how Greengrass had called him out for assuming all Slytherins were the same.
"I always thought Slytherins were mostly about blood purity and following the Ministry's line, especially with someone like Umbridge," Harry said. "But she made a point. Said not all of them are evil or cruel, that some have brains and a conscience. And yeah, she's right. I've had people judging me my whole life based on rumors. I shouldn't do the same to them."
Tonks listened calmly, nodding at the right spots. When he finished, she gave his cheek a gentle stroke. "She's got a fair point, Harry. Not everyone's the same, even in Slytherin. House doesn't define everything. Sounds like she surprised you in a good way."
Harry nodded slowly. "Yeah, she did. I conceded it to her too. It got me thinking. I don't know what Umbridge's agenda is with forcing Gryffindors and Slytherins together like that. Maybe she thinks it'll cause more fights or something she can use. But right now, it doesn't feel too bad. Could open up some chances to actually talk to people I never would have before."
Tonks got a teasing look in her eyes. "Chances, huh? You got your eyes on some Slytherin girl now, Potter?"
Harry rolled his eyes and laughed a little. "It's not like that. Come on."
She grinned wider, clearly enjoying herself. "Oh really? Not Slytherin then. Maybe someone from Ravenclaw instead?"
Harry shut up fast. His face must have given him away because Tonks's eyes widened. "No way," she said, half laughing.
He sighed and told her everything. The complicated thing with Cho the previous year, how it had been awkward and never really went anywhere because of the tournament and Cedric. Then the quick chat that morning outside the Great Hall, how Cho had been kind about Cedric and squeezed his arm. It felt good to talk about it.
By the time he finished, Tonks looked amused as hell. "You still have a soft spot for her, don't you?"
Harry sighed and did not deny it, though he looked a bit uncomfortable. "Guess so. It's nothing serious. Just... yeah."
Tonks turned him toward her properly and kissed him softly. Harry kissed her back, letting some of the day's tension melt away. She pulled back after a moment and looked at him seriously.
"Listen, Harry. Just because we're involved with each other doesn't mean you have to hold yourself back if someone else catches your fancy. I'm fine with it."
Harry's eyes went wide with shock. "I won't do that to you, Tonks. No way."
She chuckled and shook her head. "You won't be doing anything wrong if I'm the one telling you I'm okay with it. You're too noble for your own good sometimes, you know that?"
Before he could argue more, Tonks sighed and transformed right in front of him. Harry's mouth fell open as her features shifted. The pink hair darkened and straightened, her face changed into delicate Asian features, and suddenly it was not Tonks sitting there. It was Cho, wearing the same thin nightdress Tonks had on, looking at him with pure lust in those dark eyes.
She leaned in closer, mimicking Cho's voice perfectly. "Don't you want me, Harry?"
Harry stared at her, his eyes a bit wide and his heart pounding. She pushed him gently onto his back on the bed and threw one leg over his lap, straddling him smoothly. Their mouths were only inches apart now, breathing each other in as they locked eyes.
"You don't need to worry about anything when it comes to me," she whispered in Cho's voice, and before he could reply, she slammed her lips against his in a hot kiss.
Harry regained his composure quickly and kissed her back hard, his hands coming up to grip her waist. The nightdress felt soft under his palms as he ran them over her curves, feeling the swell of her hips and the dip of her waist. She ground down against him, pressing her pussy against his quickly hardening cock through the thin fabric. A low groan escaped his throat at the friction.
"Fuck," he muttered against her mouth. She moaned softly in response, the sound exactly like he imagined Cho might make, which only made him harder.
His hands slid under the hem of the nightdress, caressing the bare skin of her back. It was smooth and warm. He worked the straps down her shoulders slowly, exposing more of her. She sat up straight on top of him, helping him out by grabbing the nightdress and pulling it off completely.
Harry could not stop staring. Cho's body was gorgeous, her tits perky with dark pink nipples that were already hard. Her slim waist flared into nice hips, and a neatly trimmed patch of dark hair sat above her pussy. She looked perfect in his eyes.
"Like what you see?" she teased in Cho's voice, smirking down at him.
Harry just kept staring, his hands reaching up to cup her breasts, his thumbs brushing over her nipples. "Yeah... bloody hell, yeah."
She smirked wider as she reached for her wand and gave it a casual flick. His clothes vanished instantly, leaving him naked under her. She leaned down again, pressing her tits against his chest, skin on skin. Her hard nipples dragged over his skin as she whispered against his lips, "I'm sure the real thing would be even better. But for now, you'll have to make do with the best copy there is."
With that, she reached down between them, wrapping her fingers around the base of his cock. She stroked him a few times, smirking down at him, before she aligned his hard cock with her wet entrance.
"Ready?"
Harry nodded, and she bit her lower lip as she dropped down, taking him to the hilt inside her.
"Ahh, fuck!" Harry groaned loudly, his head falling back against the pillows as she sank all the way down. He felt his cock throb inside her tight, wet heat. The feeling was intense, her pussy gripping him perfectly, hot and slick around every inch of his cock. "Tonks... shit, that feels incredible."
She moaned deep and throaty, the sound coming out exactly like Cho's voice would. "Mmm, Harry... you're so big. Filling me up so good." She stayed still for a second, letting them both feel it, her inner walls fluttering around him. A few seconds later, she started moving, rolling her hips in slow, sensual circles that made his cock drag against every sensitive spot inside her.
Harry's hands roamed up her body, sliding over the smooth skin of her waist and up to her perky tits. He cupped them, squeezing gently at first, then firmer as she picked up the pace. His thumbs brushed over her hard nipples, pinching them lightly. She gasped and arched her back, pushing her tits into his hands.
"Yes, touch me like that," she breathed, still sounding just like Cho. It was driving him wild. She braced her hands on his chest and began riding him properly, lifting up until only the head of his cock stayed inside her before slamming back down. The wet, filthy sounds of her pussy sliding up and down his shaft filled the room, mixing with their heavy breathing.
"Fuck, Cho... I mean, Tonks," Harry muttered, his hips bucking up to meet her on every stroke. He could not help it. Seeing her looking exactly like Cho, hearing her voice, made the whole thing insanely hot. She grinned down at him, fully immersed in the role now.
"Call me Cho tonight," she whispered huskily, leaning forward so her dark hair fell around them like a curtain. "Tell me how much you want this. How much you want me." She ground her clit against him on each thrust, her moans getting louder and breathier. "Ahh... Harry... your cock feels so good stretching me."
Harry groaned and sat up a bit, wrapping one arm around her back to pull her closer. Their mouths crashed together in a messy, heated kiss. Their tongues tangled as she kept bouncing her ass on him, her tits pressing against his chest. He could feel her hard nipples dragging over his skin with every movement. His free hand slid down to grip her ass, squeezing the firm flesh and helping guide her faster.
"Fuck, you feel amazing," he growled against her lips. "So tight and wet for me." He thrust up harder, making her cry out into his mouth. The bed started creaking under them from the rhythm they were building.
She pulled back just enough to look at him, her eyes dark with lust. "Harder, Harry. Fuck me like you've thought about." Her voice was pure Cho, and it sent a fresh wave of heat through him. He flipped them suddenly, putting her on her back without pulling out. She wrapped her legs around his waist right away, her heels digging into his lower back as she pulled him deeper.
Harry started pounding into her with deep, powerful strokes. Skin slapped against skin loudly in the quiet room. "Like this?" he asked, his voice rough. He braced himself on one elbow and reached between them with his other hand, finding her clit and rubbing it in tight, fast circles.
"Oh fuck, yes!" she moaned loudly, her head tilting back. Her pussy clenched around his cock with every thrust. "Right there... don't stop, Harry. You're gonna make me come so hard." Her nails dug into his shoulders, leaving little marks as she held on. Her tits bounced with each hard slam of his hips, and he leaned down to capture one nipple in his mouth, sucking and biting gently.
The sounds she made were perfect, drawn out and needy. "Ahh... ahh... Harry... fuck!" Every moan went straight to his cock. He kept thrusting deep, hitting that spot inside her that made her walls flutter wildly around him. Sweat started to slick their skin as they moved together faster.
Tonks was completely lost in the role, her face flushed just like he imagined Cho would look. "You're so deep... filling me up. I love how you fuck me," she panted, her hips rising to meet every thrust. Harry could feel her getting closer, her pussy getting even wetter, gripping him tighter.
He sped up, pounding into her relentlessly. The wet squelching noises were obscene and hot as hell. "Come for me, Cho," he groaned, rubbing her clit faster. "I can feel how close you are. Let it go. Come on my cock."
That did it. Her whole body tensed up beneath him. "Harry! Oh fuck, I'm coming... fuck, I'm coming!" Her voice broke into sharp cries as the orgasm hit her hard. Her pussy clamped down around him like a vice, pulsing and milking his cock as fresh wetness flooded around him. She shook and trembled, her legs tightening around his waist while she rode it out, moaning loudly the whole time.
Harry kept thrusting through her orgasm, drawing it out as long as he could. The feeling of her coming around him, looking like Cho and sounding like her, pushed him right to the edge. "Shit, I'm close too," he warned, his voice strained.
"Don't pull out," she gasped, still sounding breathless and desperate in Cho's voice. "Fill me up, Harry. Come inside me." She clenched her inner muscles intentionally, squeezing him even tighter.
That was all he needed. Harry buried himself as deep as he could and came with a loud groan. "Fuck... Cho... Tonks... yes!" Thick ropes of cum pulsed out of him, spilling into her spasming pussy. He kept moving through it, short, deep thrusts as the pleasure crashed over him. She milked every drop, her walls fluttering around him until he was completely spent.
They stayed locked together like that for a long moment, both breathing hard. Harry collapsed on top of her, careful not to crush her, and buried his face in her neck. She stroked his back gently, still in Cho's form, pressing soft kisses to his shoulder.
"Damn," he muttered against her skin. "That was... intense."
She chuckled softly, the sound shifting back toward her normal tone a bit. "Told you it would be hot. You liked calling me Cho while you fucked me, didn't you?"
Harry lifted his head and looked at her. Her features were still Cho's, but her eyes sparkled with Tonks's mischief. "Yeah, I did. But you're the one who made it feel real." He kissed her deeply, slow and tender now that the heat had peaked.
She kissed him back as she shifted back to her own pink-haired form with a little shimmer. The nightdress was long gone, and they lay skin to skin, warm and satisfied. "See? No need to hold back on stuff like that with me. I had fun playing her for you."
Harry smiled and pulled her closer, their legs tangled together. "You're something else, Tonks. Thanks for that."
"No need," she repeated. "And I had fun too."
Harry leaned down and captured her lips once again in a searing kiss, the day's dilemmas feeling far away now.
