Chapter 198 - Argument

Laying with her back flat against a yoga mat out in the balcony. Ariel was doing her best to follow the physiotherapist's instructions. 

"Alright, take a deep breath, stretch out your legs and keep them in the air. your palms flat, and your arms straight. Don't forget to lock your knees," It was an exercise that they had done quite a bit already, so Ariel really did not need to be coached through it. Even so, she just bit her tongue and focused on doing as she was being told. In the past she would have been able to hold the position without any problems whatsoever. But in that moment she was sweating bullets, her core shaking visibly as she did her best to stay that way. 

She only managed to hold position for like five seconds and then her body just gave up, her legs falling down to the ground. Unable to hold back a frustrated scream, Ariel slapped at the ground and glared up at the sky. Why on earth was it so difficult? It should not have been that hard to do.
