Janice shook his head. "No, it hurts every time it comes. I'll be fine after sleeping for a while."
Seeing that she insisted, Christopher didn't force her anymore. He helped Janice lie down on the bed and reached out to gently rub her lower abdomen to relieve her pain.
The warm big hand touched her lower abdomen. Janice felt the warmth, and she was touched.
"I... I'm fine. You can sleep too."
After such a long time, he should be tired too.
Janice thought to herself.
Christopher shook his head. "Go to sleep first. I'll sleep when you're no longer in pain."
He insisted.

She nodded and slowly closed her eyes.
Christopher sat beside her and stared at her sleeping face.
Janice's sleeping face was not peaceful. Occasionally, she would frown slightly because of the cramps in her abdomen.
Christopher sat by the side and watched, feeling a little distressed.
