After a while, Daniel's car arrived.
Janice immediately walked towards the car.
Daniel got out, went to the back seat and helped Christopher get out.
Janice quickly stepped forward. Before she was about to reach out to help him, Daniel stopped her and said, "He is really drunk this time."
"What?"
Janice couldn't understand it.
Daniel frowned. "Let me help you carry him in."
He held Christopher walk toward the door.
Janice then hurried to open the door.
Daniel helped Christopher to the couch in the living room and let out a sigh of relief. Seeing this, Janice hurriedly said, "Mr. Pattinson, thank you for bringing him back."
"You're welcome." Daniel looked at Janice and said, "Chris is not in a good mood today."
"Well," Janice nodded, "I see."
"Do you know the reason?" Daniel asked.
Janice thought for a moment and said, "Maybe it's because I didn't listen to him." She was a little uncertain.
Daniel seemed to understand then he said, "Come out with me."
